We had a wonderful time in Terlingua! It was overcast our whole stay, but our room was perfectly cozy and comfortable! We got to the property in the dark, so it was a little disoriented, but there are lighted driveways to the parking area. I recommend bringing a flashlight! Can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay in the Chisos Suite. It is just as described. It is a very unique place to stay. The room is very nice and cozy. While it did not have all the bells and whistles of a regular hotel, we loved it. Being able to set outside at night with a glass of wine and seeing all the stars was very relaxing. We enjoyed touring the town of Terlingua and spending time in Big Bend which is close by. We would definitely stay here again.

If you’re headed to Terlingua 10/10 recommend staying at La Posada Milagro! Also, breakfast at Expresso y Poco Mas is a MUST!

We spent 3 wonderful nights here. We made use of the outdoor kitchen as well. The patio area was great. Wonderful place to stay to explore the area. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful place..very intimate n cozy. Loved it all…we would definitely stay there again. Only one thing, maybe take an extra fan the bathroom gets hot but small fan is provided. We didn’t ask for another one because honestly we weren’t in the room too much only to wash up and sleep. And evenings room is pretty cold. Overall still a 2 thumbs up!

The rooms are just as pictured, and are in a super good location! I would recommend this to anyone heading to Big Bend. Also, the cafe that the owners have is the best coffee I’ve had in a while!

Loved the personality of this place and the location! Despite the blistering heat outside, the air conditioning kept us plenty cool inside. I had read a previous review complaining about the gap to the outside in the bathroom and the owner had dealt with that. Water pressure was a bit weak but that wasn't surprising and not that big of an issue. We'd come back!

The property is on the top of a hill which looks over basically all of their properties. So is it one of the higher ones in the area. You get a great view of the Chisos mountain range. The cafe that's next door had a lot of options and they were all very well prepared and tasted great. They even had smoothies and milkshakes! You can sit and eat some bacon and eggs while watching the sun rise over the mountains.

Exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable.

This place was amazing! Located in Terlingua Ghost Town, it is just outside of Big Bend National Park. The room was fantastic, the scenery incredible, and there is lots to do nearby. The local restaurants and coffee shops kept us well fed and happy, all within walking distance. Everything about the Casita gets my highest recommendation.

This was a beautiful property that had comfortable accommodations with incredible views! I loved the outdoor kitchen and used it several times for breakfast and dinner. Very quiet and friendly staff.

This little casita is perfectly located next to several restaurants and a coffee shop that serves breakfast and lunch. We came with a group of friends and they dropped us off at the casita. When meeting them for dinner, we had an easy walk to the restaurant while they had to load up the van and drive back. There are beautiful views off the patio which we wish we had planned more time to enjoy. We were greeted by a harmless worm in the sink the next morning. Presumably it followed the water up from the night before, but such is the life in this corner of Texas. We would definitely stay here again.

Very quaint, historic property in a great location. Room was comfortable. We didn't cook, but used the refrigerator and appreciated the common kitchen availability. The coffee shop in front was amazing and busy! Had a great dinner at the Starlight Theatre. We stayed when the nights were cool and the days were warm, yet the thick walls kept everything a constant temp! If we stayed in very warm weather, I would be concerned about critters with the natural cracks in the walls. My only complaint was just a little mold in the base of the shower.

Great location, walking distance to many restaurants and the on site coffee shop was great. The only minor issue we had was the electrical breaker that supplied the common kitchen/eating area kept tripping.

The guesthouse was great. Rustic Luxury. Conveniently located to restaurants.

My husband and I stayed here after taking maternity pictures in Big Bend. The location was perfect. Check-in process was super easy. The views from the room were absolutely beautiful. The room itself was great - comfy bed, big shower. When we arrived the room was cold but the mini split heater quickly warmed it up. I wish the room had a TV, but it wasn’t a big deal. Highly recommend eating breakfast at Espresso y Poco Mas, dinner at Taqueria el Milagro, followed by a drink at Starlight Saloon, which is walking distance from the cottages! We will definitely be coming back!

When we arrived, we were in shock about the pure beauty of where this bungalow was located. It was a long drive, so when we got to there, we wanted to shower. Unfortunately the pipes were frozen, so there was no running water when we first arrived at the location. However, it was OK we may do and hunkerd down for a cold night. The power didn’t go out that night, but good thing my wife and I stayed warm together the next morning we were awakened by the pure beauty of where we were so everything that happened the previous day and night seem to just disappear. we appreciate that. They refunded the money the first night to us due to the pipes being frozen, so Christmas Eve we were excited to start to explore. We left for a long day and came back ready to cook our food that we had bought at the grocery store the previous day walking into the bungalow to find water all over the ground. My wife was in shock, her boots were all wet, walking through the living area. So we get in touch with the owner to see where to move forward. She finds us a motel last minute on Christmas Eve. However, we had already had a previous run-in with a motel and that’s not ideal at all so luckily were we remembered where this beautiful golf resort was only 10 miles away from that location with frantically called got a reservation I went to the beautiful golf resort in Lajitas. All of the accommodations at this bungalow or five stars. We appreciate everything that was done however, not with getting a motel. When it’s not cold, I bet this place is a beautiful place to be.

Loved the property and would definately stay again. Well stocked outdoor kitchen with gorgeous views. Beautiful views of the chisos to enjoy. The room inside had a quaint rustic charm that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Terlingua Texas is a very unique one-of-a-kind-place. This property of 4 casita's is a masterpiece for Terlingua. Room was spectacular, clean, trendy, very thoughtful design if one likes to stay in something other than the traditional hotel BOX ROOMS. Best thing is the community patio with a fire pit, lots of chairs & tables and the BEST PART .... a community kitchen stocked with just about everything one would need to cook your average meals. YES, I SAID STOCKED!!! Even has a fridge. The view of the western side of the Big Bend range is spectacular and a super bonus to watch as the sun comes up. Just down the road in which one could walk to is the coffee cafe called "ESPRESSO Y POCO MAS" .. excellent coffee selection, breakfast items, lunch plates and the best little patio to eat on... My wife and I are most certainly returning to this little gem of a place in the near future. Highly recommend staying at this trendy place if you are visiting the Big Bend National Park.

Such a great spot to walk to everything in Terlingua. We enjoyed the sunrise each morning from bed. The view is amazing! We will definitely be back for our next Big Bend trip.

Great spot for our first visit to Terlingua! All recommendations were excellent and we were just 35minutes from Big Bend. We look forward to going back for cooler temps!

I've never stayed in an adobe building before. This one was lovely. Just outside our room was nice patio with a firepit. And a full outdoor kitchen, including grill and fridge. Within easy walking distance is a cafe for breakfast, a fun arts store and a lively restaurant for dinner.
