The home itself was roomy. We only had 5 guests but it could have easily slept 3 more. The beds were comfortable and the layout made it easy to spread out with having three teenagers. The pool, definitely the best part. We had a couple of cooler and windy days on our trip (expected in December), and even though the home is on a canal, it is tucked back in far enough that the wind didn't really bother us. We even took the kayaks out on the calmer days, but it was a bit of a challenge to get into the kayaks from the dock/ladder. We also spent every evening fishing from the dock. It was a lot of fun! We even took the owner provided bikes for rides in the community, which is absolutely adorable. You can tell that many of the homeowners take great pride in their landscaping. In regards to things nearby, the community is located on a bus route. You can ride it further inland to multiple stores and restaurants or take it across the bridge and catch the trolley in Bradenton Beach which goes the whole way up to Anna Maria Island. Both Anna Maria Island (north end) and the Bridge Street pier (mid to southern end) have a bunch of shops, bars, and restaurants to explore. And of course, if it is warm enough, you have plenty of beach access at the southern end. Lots to do and explore, cannot wait to come back!

Plenty of towels kitchen pans. Need more silverware and king size bed could use a 3 inch foam pad. Pool was excellent. Beautiful bay great place to stay

responsive host, great pool, quaint house, waterfront with manatees in back of the house, great fishing, easy bike ride to the beach, close to pickleball, kayaks.......whats not to love. the only issue is it is the first house in the neighborhood that borders a retail property. it is not a problem but take away from the experience a small bit......but you may love that because there is a local clam restaurant with outside seating. i recommend the place.

We stayed for Memorial Day weekend. The house was nice. We had a great time. The Clam Factory right next door was one of our best meals of the trip. It's a 5 Star Dive Bar. We loved the Epoxy floors in the house. The kitchen was functional. The pool was clean and warm but not hot. The host accommodated up by bringing better Kayaks. The bikes all worked. The handyman was very nice "Junior" came by to fix a few things that needed attention. My kids enjoyed his Accent. We fished off the back dock. The dock is a little tricky. It needs maintenance. The pool Screens need maintenance. This unit is perfect for a group with lots of people. 5 beds total. One King, One queen, and 3 singles.

Property was as described and represented by photos. Great location. Plenty of room and amenities. Well stocked with essential items…. Bikes and kayaks were a great bonus! Really enjoyed our stay. Will be back!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood! A few min drive to Anna Maria island beach and Bradenton beach. House was very clean and although the hurricane Ian had torn the screens around the pool we still enjoyed it during the day. Would recommend! Property managers were very helpful and responded quickly!

After a misunderstanding on the booking websites the staff was quick to take great care of us, the home was beautiful and very close to Ana Maria island which is beautiful. Highly recommend to stay in this home.

Our family came down to hang out at the beach. Brought our boat and the boys went fishing every day. Enjoyed the pool. Overall great trip. Would suggest owner check the bike tires. Kids wanted to use but couldn’t. Otherwise nice trip.

Beware if you have a low car the driveway has a big lip and one of our low cars wouldn’t make it in the driveway. The kitchen was dirty upon and there was no cleaning supplies. A used sponge and no dish soap was left. There were no extra garbage bags or toilet paper so we had to go out to the store to purchase these items. The master shower would not turn on and when we contacted the property owner we got no response. The rest of the house and bathrooms were clean and the pool was the best part of the house.

Pool Is half the price of the property. Piece of crap. House. Nice. Pool . Crap.

This property has a wonderful pool with private back. The house itself was cleaned just enough but good.

We are REALLY disappointed 😞 the property was a mess . The kitchen and accessories too Poor and dirty , towels dirty and broken. Trash around the Pool , Pool furniture broken, pool dirty , the property manager come to fix some things for 2 days with us in the house the Pool company come to put bleach in the Pool the second day at 3pm so we can’t use the Pool that day. We lost time in our vacations. Also we found a roach in a bedroom. The light of a 3rd bedroom doesn’t work Screens in pool area were broken . Mattress and blankets dirty and broken too . The laundry area completely dirty.We never saw something like that.

The pictures posted are likely from a photo staging as the home interior was much darker inside. The home is in need of some updating as there were two rooms where the light switches did not even turn on the ceiling light and fan. Additional fixtures were installed above them with chains and you had to turn a toggle switch in the corner by the bed to turn the lights on each time. The washing machine was functional, but dated. The extra room closet doors were all glass and one had a crack running through it but because they were not secured properly on their tracks we made sure not to slide them so as not to have them come unhinged more and break. The electric stove had uneven heating elements from different burners. I was not impressed with the outdoor pool area. It was a mess when we arrived. I had to clean up old bandaids, hair bands, some rusty screws on the ground, and parts of ripped up pool toys and goggles. The pool cleaner was still attached and didn't appear to be moving at all and there was no net accessible to get the surface debris from the pool. There were recliner chairs with rusted out bottoms on them that we did not use. The screen door was broken and the grill was very dirty (both on the grates and underneath them). There are broken screen panels both above the pool and along the bottom edges to let bugs and animals in. It is not safe to use the dock for kayaking because there is only a slime covered metal home ladder in the water to get in and out and the dock boards are in need of repairs. The dock appears to be old, broken, and unused for craft vehicles so we didn't trust that ladder that was put into the water. There was old pet waste in the backyard also. One of the master bathroom sinks didn't drain properly. Overall our party of seven made it work for the week and there were plenty of beds.

The pictures of the property are not accurate. Is is a lot darker home. The biggest issue with the house is that it is suppose to sleep 10 and it does not. There were no bedding sets to sleep 10. It is a two bedroom home and the 3rd bedroom is not a bedroom. It has a closet and two twin beds. I do not consider the pull out a bed. Who wants to sleep on the floor without any bedding. That room also has a patio door without any coverings. Where is the privacy? There are no furniture in this 3rd bedroom - no tables/chests, etc... The couch that is suppose to sleep 2, when unfolded has hardware inside that frankly is unsafe plus no begging available. Just an extra pillow ( no pillow cases ) and a thin blanket. Do not let kids play on it unfolded as they may get hurt. House was clean but it is a bit on an old side. Overall we made it work, but it is not a house for 10.

The family was super happy with the house . What a great space to all together .
