Great place and location. The pull out bed wasn’t the best but everything else about the stay was wonderful!

My daughter and I drove 23 hours across country for a girls trip. When we got to the location the code we were given didn’t work. We reached out to the property manager the were able to get us in within 15 minutes. Once we were in the space was clean and modern. When we pulled the sofa bed out to sleep on we put the extra pad on that was in the closet. Unfortunately it was the MOST uncomfortable bed ever. We decided that we would not stay the second night. So we cleaned the space and left. We did reach out to the manager and told him of our issue and he offered us another space in the same area but we declined. They did give us some money back for the inconvenience. All in all the ad was correct on size and such. We appreciated the refund but would not stay again.

This is by far the best location in Richmond, in my opinion. The property itself is fabulous! The sleeper sofa is wonderful. You walk outside and all around you are places to eat and shop. Church Hill historic district is by far etched in my heart after this stay.

The location of this property was perfect for our needs. We came to hang with family for the Richmond Marathon and it was within walking or short drive to everything we did. It was clean and comfortable, albeit small, although it does list the square footage in the description. The hosts were attentive and even dropped off an umbrella early one morning when the weather forecast indicated a need. I'd stay again if I find myself in the area.

I was traveling for business and wanted to experience Richmond while in the area. The location was close and easily accessible to major highways. The studio is located in a cute walkable neighborhood. While I was there I walked to some of the local restaurants and enjoyed the friendly chats with the locals.. The studio was well kept and fit my needs perfectly. The owners were not only kind, but provided tips about the area, a lovely bottle of wine and book of resources nearby. The space is decorated with style and comfort. I would stay in their properties again and again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Very cute unit. They made the very most of the space & it’s well decorated! It’s very cozy & has everything you need for your stay. The mattress topper is excellent. Highly recommend putting that on the bed!

Interesting gentrified neighborhood

Lovely apartment complex, convenient location and amenities for a Richmond trip!

I was drawn to this property because it was new and the modern design appealed to me. I’d hoped to cook a meal while I was there so the kitchenette was a plus, and I was able to make popcorn and keep my drinks, produce and dairy fresh in the full size fridge. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well kept (an absolute priority for me). I’d describe it by likening it to my Mini: lots of features ingeniously packed into a small space to give you everything you need and make it feel larger than it is! Access was simple, but be prepared to climb a very long flight of stairs (fortunately I had my 25 YO son with me to carry my bag which was packed for a 2-week trip and rather heavy)! Also, be advised to use the wonderfully thick and cushiony mattress topper or you will not be comfortable—the topper is a tri-fold and super easy to unzip from its storage bag and put on the bed, then fold up and stow away in the morning. Definitely worth the effort! My only disappointment was the neighborhood. I’m not familiar with Richmond and the listing led me to believe there would be lots to do in the neighborhood, but it’s essentially residential and a dead zone. You have to drive everywhere, and I wouldn’t feel safe walking alone at night. Be that as it may, it suited me perfectly and I would definitely stay there again. Daniil was extremely responsive with all my inquiries and requests. The surprise complimentary bottle of Cab was much appreciated and showed a lot of class on the part of the owner!

This place is a fabulous place to stay when visiting Richmond. The studio apartment was exactly as described and met all our needs. The neighborhood it is situated in is so nice and having establishments nearby that you could walk to was a bonus also. The park just down the street is a great place to go and relax with an outstanding view of Richmond at one spot! Correspondence with Daniil before and during the trip was great, as was the owner's special touches, including a bottle of wine to greet us, two chilled bottles of water, and supplies of coffee and a few other essentials provided. We will definitely stay at Eileen again when visiting Richmond!

I love to walk and this was right in the middle of everything which made for amazing morning walks. Great amount of space and a real comfortable and homey feeling. Would absolutely stay again. Great place!

Everything about renting this place was a breeze right from the start. Very prompt response from the moment I booked. Super easy instructions on check in. Very clean, cute studio in a great location. Would definitely recommend and stay again on future trips to Richmond.

My wife and I chose this place for a weekend getaway. We wanted a small, quaint place where we could stay secluded and intimate, only coming out for food, if we wanted to. This place provided just that. It had everything we needed to prepare meals and store meals, but it was within walking distance to restaurants and ice cream shops. The best part about this space is that I can't say much about the host... because there was not one issue which required us to reach out. Check in and checkout was smooth and easy. All in all it was a great weekend in a great place. Thank you.

Great place. Super clean! Parking was no problem. Our family used 3 of the apartments on this hall in a beautifully renovated old building and it was fun to travel this way. Much better than a hotel but provided more privacy than renting a house.
