This was the perfect cabin with plenty of rooms and tons of Amenities for our group of 10, ages 3, 5, 7, 8, 14, 17 and 4 adults. The location is just 20 minutes from West Yellowstone and the entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The beds were comfy, the owner was so quick to respond to any questions we had for him, and the cabin was stocked with tp, trash bags, detergents, soaps, etc. we loved the bear and wolf discovery center for our little kids, and enjoyed the Parlor Pizza at Mack’s Inn, located just 1 minute from the cabin! We had a blast and made awesome memories together on the playground and hot tub every evening! Thanks Kevin!

Property fit our group very well, was close to our planned activity. Host was gracious, communicative, and helpful. Excellent space and would definitely stay again.

Cabin was exactly what our family of 14 needed. Comfortable, clean, and convenient for our multi generational reunion. Hot tub was enjoyed, fort for teens getaway was great, contact with owner was quick and helpful. I highly recommend this Island Park cabin! Thank you Kevin for the memories, we loved our stay!

We were only 25 minutes from west Yellowstone entrance and shopping. Quaint area and quite. River is close for canoeing or paddle boarding. Great restaurants and grocery store in area.

We enjoyed your home a lot - and appreciated all the supplies. A fully stocked spice pantry, laundry room and bathrooms were excellent. The only thing that could be made better was a 1/2 bath attached to the outside cabin. The kids loved the play area and hot tub (adult daughters did as well). Thank you.

We had a few mishaps along the way, however the host was very accommodating and was easy to keep in contact with. The thing I was most impressed with is the customer service he provided. I would rent a cabin from him in the future!

The home fit our crew perfectly with all the amenities we were looking for. The location provided us great access to trails and off trail snowmobiling. There was ample parking for 2 trailers, an additional vehicle and 10 sleds.

Property was perfect for our family. It was well stocked and comfortable. Great location.

The accommodations were awesome everybody had their own room we had plenty of space, and the great room accommodated everyone. We had a few minor issues but the hosts were able to jump on them right away and take care of them. We appreciate being able to rent from down to earth people that are communicable and very friendly. We will be going back this summer no doubt about it.

Good location, nice cabin

I highly recommend this property if your going to Yellowstone or are just wanting to vacation in that area!! This Cabin was so nice and spacious for our family. It is decorated so beautifully with awesome pictures of wild life and landscape❤️ They even had a high chair and pack n’ play for our one year old grandson and it was fully stocked with anything you could need for your stay! The hot tub was amazing and helped with the aching muscles and joints from all the walking/hiking that we did at Yellowstone!! Kevin was such a wonderful host! He brought us fish food to feed the fish at Big Springs in Island Park and he took my husband and son fishing being he and his wife happened to be in Island Park as well that week. They caught some beautiful rainbow trout and had a really great time!! It was a very memorable trip!! Thank you for everything!!

Only need more bathroom for 4 Rooms, and dishes and 🛌 make to much noise

I stayed here with my wife, mom, 17 yr old daughter and 5 yr old daughter. The owner was very responsive and helpful right from the start. The location of the house was perfect as a base camp for venturing into Yellowstone, fishing on the South Fork of the snake river, and shopping in West Yellowstone. The owner also gave us a great tip to go see Big Spring just down the road which was beautiful and feeding the massive trout was exciting for all of us. The house was also the perfect atmosphere to relax after busy days exploring, by making fires and using the hot tub. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to others.

Our family ( Parents, 3 adult sons, and daughter in law) stayed here on a trip to Yellowstone Park .We enjoyed the movie den, hot tub, fire pit, and nearby hiking and 4 wheeler rental. One drawback is there are only two bathrooms for everyone. There are plenty of beds.

Great location. Everything was nice and clean with the exception of the bathroom garbage not being taken out and the towels smelled a little musty like they had been left in the washer overnight so we just rewashed them. Over all though a nice place to stay. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

Cabin is located near west entrance to Yellowstone. Plenty of amenities are included which made it easy to cook in or prep for a day at Yellowstone. Communication with owners was great and helped quite a bit in planning our stay.

Cabin was in a great location easily accessible to most island park activities. Plenty of room for everyone and we all enjoyed the hot tub at the end of a long day! Would recommend to stay here!

The property was all that we expected except we were not able to lower the thermostat at night to get comfortable had open windows slightly

Kevin even dropped off some premium trout food for us to feed fish in the nearby Big Springs!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Cabin. The owners were very responsive and offered some great tips for our visit. We enjoyed visiting the trout bridge at Big Springs! This was honestly the most well stocked property we’ve stayed in. We very much appreciated the coolers, ice packs, laundry detergent, dish detergent, and spices. The cabin was clean and I felt like the dishes were cleaner than other places we’ve stayed. As reported by the occupants of the rooms, the master bedroom, horse room, and grizzly den all had comfortable beds. The other three rooms could maybe be made a little more comfortable. Granted, it was adults sleeping in them, and kids probably usually sleep in those rooms. We did report that one of the bed frames was broken and a new bed frame arrived within a couple days. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. There was plenty of storage - lots of hooks, cubbies, cabinets, and closets. The extra blankets were a plus. The only thing I dropped a star for (and really that seems like an unfairly high deduction) was the description that it is 20 minutes from Yellowstone. It’s 25 miles to the park entrance and takes closer to 30 minutes. I didn’t have anyway of knowing this until I was given the address well into the booking season. It wasn’t a huge deal, but we were aiming for something within 20 miles and thought this was the perfect spot. All in all, we would recommend this cabin without hesitation!

Location was right in the middle of where we usually ride, so that was perfect. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us. The cabin was cozy and comfortable. The hot tub was a great bonus after a long day of riding.

This is our second year to come up as we are a blended family and decided annually we will come up and have a weekend. It was a great place to stay and the property owners are awesome
