The place was clean and ready to go . The check in was a bit strange im assuming because of a gated condo complex. Witch im sure they could give you the gate code and put all items needed in a lock box. Other than that was a vet nice place to stay

I stay during the winter months due to work therefore everything was quiet. Apt was nice clean with a very nice view of Lake Erie. The only draw back it’s the mattress too soft for me, maybe upgrade to a foam mattress.

I would say the biggest perk to this property is it's location. You do have a view of the lake from the balcony. It is also a good location because you are central to the ferries, activities, etc. There is also a nice little ice cream shop just a short walk away. The negative for me was that there was no central AC, there is a window unit in the bedroom and some box fans, so you can position the fans to try and cool down the living room, but then you are freezing at night trying to keep the living room cool. The bed is also a full not a queen and very uncomfortable. So between the air unit, the trains running somewhere in the distance, and the bed I did not sleep well at all. The unit has a new kitchen but the rest of the unit is a bit dated with grungy grout, etc. So an average unit with a good location.

Good experience

We really enjoyed our stay here despite the less than ideal weather. The outside of the building looks pretty rough, but it was very nice inside the condo itself. It looks like they are in the process of repainting the exterior and replacing a lot of the wood railings. As other reviewers have pointed out, the parking spot was pretty tight and difficult to get in and out of if you have a larger or mid-size vehicle. When we arrived, the garbage cans in the kitchen were full, and there were coffee grounds still in the coffee maker — however the rest of unit appeared clean.

This well-appointed and renovated unit with a spectacular view was absolutely perfect for our first visit to this charming area. The only drawback is that the assigned parking space was really tight for a Toyota RAV4 - but there are easily accessible parking spots for larger vehicles. Cannot wait to return - but this private unit in particular was key for a great stay!

Everything from the property to the grounds was wonderful!

The condo is very clean, high-end appliances, well located near the water, the pool and commons area. The parking underneath the condo was a little tight for a full-size SUV, so we parked in the common area. The glass sliding doors were very heavy, and difficult to open and close, the rollers are worn out on the bottom. The view of the lake from the patio was awesome, the sound of the waves, very therapeutic. It was a little warm when we checked in, the air conditioning unit in the bedroom was considerably loud, but did an adequate job cooling down the condo, with the use of two box fans, three were provided but one of the box fans was broken. The sleeper sofa was worn out, probably should be replaced. The pool was very clean and nice, refreshing, and the Jacuzzi /hot tub was very nice and clean also. The common area with the outdoor fire pits very very nice, everything was landscaped beautifully. A nice experience overall, and we would consider staying there again.

The apartment has a beautiful view. It is very clean and had all the necessary amenities as we could stay there for more than a weekend with an infant. Easy access to the pool area and has parking right underneath our stay. Overall it is a wonderful experience.

Nice view, nice layout. Kitchen and family room updated and clean. Shower worked well. Patio looking out to water and you can see a little of pool area. Note: no paper towels, no wash cloths, only 1 hand towel for 2 adults, no extra blankets (thin coverlet on bed). There was additional toilet paper and trash bags. Bring your own bar soap for shower. The supplied soap was the size of a pat of butter! TV cable boxes were outdated with 3 remotes but we were able to figure it out. Drip coffee pot worked fine. Window unit a/c in bedroom. All in all, it was a good place to stay for a couple of nights.

Condo was very clean and had all the emenities we needed. The lake view was beautiful, and the pool area, and grounds were very well maintained. The experience was a very easy process. Would definitely stay here again!!

We were quite pleased with the proximity to the lake, cleanliness of the property and convenience to shopping places and restaurants. We were able to focus on relaxation and the excellent view. Great stay!

The apartment was super close to the beach and pool area and had a beautiful view of the lake! The pool and hot tub area was very clean and comfortable. The sleeper sofa mattress was very thin, but the queen in the bedroom was comfy. Kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of things to do in the area. I recommend it.

Perfect get away for two. We had an excellent weekend. Great access to the lake for our kayaks and fast access to fun places to eat/drink. TVs were small but we never needed them because we were to busy enjoying ourselves. Parking in carport was a bit sketchy in my truck because it was near impossible to turn around to get out. Backing down the length of the building was not a big deal for me though. Just go slow in case there’s kids around. Overall an excellent experience and I’d go back for sure. Owner was very responsive when I asked a question two days prior to our arrival.

This condo was just as advertised. It was clean, had everything we needed, and had a great view of Lake Erie. It was a really peaceful place to stay!!

It was alright, except for the parking space was extremely tight, so we parked in an open space and didn't have the proper parking pass, so we had a parking violation on our car the day before we left. The 1st weekend there was nice. There was terrible noise from upstairs the 2nd weekend we were there. Sounded like someone upstairs was moving a refrigerator or stove from one end of the condo to the other end. There's no carpeting in the unit above #33. It went on all hours day and night until about 1:30 a.m. and was about every 5 minutes. I have video of the sound. Spoke with the manager of the unit. He apologized but said there was nothing he could do because he doesn't know who owns the condo above. We had to go to a motel the 2nd night of the 2nd weekend because the noise was terrible again. Still waiting to see if the owner of the condo we stayed in (#33) is going to comp us for the night at the motel. Oh, the view was spectacular from the balcony. The AC didn't work on the last 2 days before we checked out. Contacted the manager, the AC got replaced while we were there. We stayed 3 weeks minus the night at the motel. Stay was from May 1st, 2021 to May 22nd, 2021

Such a great place! Location was amazing, view was BREATHTAKING, and accommodations were very comfortable! I will definitely stay here again!
