Came to Manitou Springs for a quick weekend getaway with my dad and brother. Property was in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown and a short drive to Old Colorado City. Check-in was a breeze and the property was perfect for us. Thoughtful amenities and very clean. Would highly recommend this property!

The views were awesome - backyard had chickens and wild flowers! We could sit out on the patio and have coffee. It was delightful :). A quick drive into town as well.

Had an incredible time in Manitou Springs and having a great place to return to made it that much better. Plenty of space for our family of 4.

This property worked out perfectly for our needs. It was close to everything. We felt very safe staying at Calors Nest.

We very much enjoyed staying at Caleb and Taylor's property. The location was extremely convenient for accessing downtown Manitou, the Cliff Dwellings and Pikes Peak. It is obvious that they want to ensure a pleasant stay for their guests, as the house is well stocked, clean and welcoming. They were immediately available for any questions we had. Will stay here again!

The house was great, perfect for our family of 5! Lots of nice touches and little additions that made it feel like home. Location is great for hitting the sites in Manitou, everything was a few minutes away

We had an amazing week at the Calor Nest! Everything has been very well thought out down to every detail. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, and there were movies to watch and games to play with our kids. We loved being able to come back and relax in-between our adventures and it felt like a home away from home. Our family loved getting up early to see the mule deer that came into the yard every morning and the views of Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak were fantastic. There is a great park nearby to walk to and Red Rock Canyon Trailhead is right up the road! We loved getting to know Caleb and Taylor. They gave us plenty of privacy but we’re always available to give advice, chat, and really make us feel welcome to the area. We also enjoyed greetings from their dogs Nala and Chai. They have done an amazing job and we would love to come back! Tim and Kelley Alkema

We stayed two nights while traveling from Dallas to Boulder. Our stay was wonderful. The property is perfect for families. Plenty of space to be comfy and rest after sightseeing. Everything we needed was provided. We didn’t get to use the firepit table because of rain, but it looks really nice. The kitchen is well stocked and very spacious. A dining room is also perfect. Beds are comfy and bedrooms are wonderful. We’ll plan on staying here again when we travel to Manitou!

The attention to detail of the property was impeccable! This property is centrally located to any and every Manitou Springs/Colorado Springs activity you plan. The hosts are very welcoming and attentive to your every need. The home is cute, cozy and immaculately clean. Our stay at this property made this family vacation very memorable. We loved staying here. Lots of space for 2 couples, very clean, welcome wine, beer, and seltzer. The kitchen has everything you need--oil, vinegar, spices, basic baking stuff, plenty of pans and storage containers. Nice toiletries in the bathroom. Also games, TV, washer/dryer. Caleb and Taylor have really thought of everything. And they are very friendly and communication was excellent. The location is incredible: 1/2 mile from Red Rock Canyon hiking and biking trails, minutes to Manitou Springs, a Safeway, and Adam's Mountain House restaurant. I can't imagine a better place to stay.

Beautiful space and well designed. The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our visit. So nice to be able to cook and eat at a dining table as well. We very much enjoyed our visit.

Not only was the basement suite perfect for the four of us but the hosts were so amazing. Coffee, condiments, appliances, towels, etc. were all provided with excellent quality and there was plenty of room to spare for us 4 adults. Caleb and Taylor were beyond kind, we had great conversations with them, and we were given really good recommendations from the locals. We even got to meet their adorable baby and well behaved dogs. We had plenty of privacy when needed also, it was a great stay for us and we would definitely book with them again for future Colorado Springs stays.

The location was right in the middle of everything we were doing which was perfect! Host are very friendly and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again!
