Great spot in Rexburg, easy access to highway and town. Townhouse was perfectly appointed and very clean. Perfect spot for a family to stay.

We decided to come to Rexburg for a low key family getaway. Our stay was perfect thanks to our wonderful hosts. Their home was set perfect for our needs! We spent a whole day just relaxing at the property because our kids were so in love with it. All of the extra details from toys to hot chocolate in the pantry were amazing.

We came here as a gateway to Yellowstone and it was great. It was large enough for all 7 of us and was well stocked with food, etc. The location was great. Check in was easy and fast and went well. I would stay here again if I was on the area.

We had a very comfortable stay, and everything was just as shown. We stayed for a week and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was prompt, and directions were clear. The home was clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We were able to stay comfortably while visiting family. We would definitely stay again!

This is a wonderful place to stay. They thought of everything you need and also labeled the cabinets so it’s easy to find the items. The toys are a nice addition to have my grandkids loved playing them. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to staying there again next time we are visiting family in Rexburg.

We stayed at this awsome place 4 nights. VERY clean, my wife is a clean freak and she loved how clean and decorated this place was. She felt as confortable as our own home.My kids loved exploring new place and play with the toys. Overall, best place we stayed by far.

This was this clean-freaks mama’s dream. Our kids loved that right out the back door was the playground and basketball court.
The air conditioner worked great in the 100+ degree heat.
For anyone who likes to cook or bake on holiday - this kitchen was very organized and the island was perfect for preparing meals.
The upstairs bathroom has a separate shower/toilet room - which is great so boys could shower while their sister monopolized the mirror doing her hair.

Property is super organized and clean. It was quaint and beautifully decorated with many handy little toiletries and comforts of home, that were helpful while there. Kitchen was super stocked with all the amenities of home to include spices and even our favorite, chunky Peanut butter…Instructions for maintaining property while occupied were thorough and concise. Neighborhood is quiet even though it is a condo/apartment community. If we’re ever in the area again, this would be our first choice for a relaxing stay!

This was a perfect place for our family of 6 to stay. Plenty of room for us and well stocked amenities. Our 3 year old loved having access to toys to play with as well! This rental was clean and cute and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Such a great house in a cute little community, perfect for our needs! The house it next to the highway but separated by a wall. The noise wasn't noticeable inside the house. We loved our stay and totally recommend.

We had a great stay while visiting our son and daughter in law for the weekend. The condo was sparkling clean upon check-in. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and was well stocked with a variety of spices and essentials. Beds were comfortable. Not a big deal to us, but the ice maker in the refrigerator was not working. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Honestly I have used VRBO with at least 10 different properties/owners and my overall experience with Comfy Cozy was the best I have ever had. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Townhouse was perfect! Easy to find, good location, out the front door parking, immaculately clean, well organized with more amenities than you can imagine (camp chairs, kids toys, baby stuff, LABELS on every drawer, door, cupboard!, Q-tios, cotton balls, body wash, shampoo, hand soap), stocked with bottled water, spices, instant oatmeal, coffee, creamer, floor rugs at all the ‘right’ spots…the list is endless!
Tammy and Sarah were immediately, pleasantly responsive and take great pride in this unit.
‘Cozy Comfy’ is home away from home.

On the technical end the property was very clean, well maintained, in a great location, and felt very safe.
On the personal side this place felt like a home away from home. From the extra food in the pantry, to the nice decorations, the attention to detail just makes you feel very comfortable. There is nothing sterile or "vacation rental" about it, it's a home that is cared for and it shows. If we head back to the Rexburg area I would love to stay here again it is a place that I would gladly recommend to others who might be headed that way while on vacation. Thanks for a great stay!
