We had an amazing week in this property. The Villa has everything you need and more and is in the most beautiful position with 360 degree mountain views. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and sitting out enjoying the peace every evening. The owner and management team provided us with prompt and useful correspondence before and during our stay. We were two families and a Nana and had plenty of space and facilities for all to enjoy. We explored Lucca and trips to the coast. Delicious local restaurants and Pizzarias, couldn’t ask for more. Thank you for sharing your beautiful villa, would highly recommend.

Besser geht’s kaum: modernes, sauberes Haus, riesiger Pool, großer Garten, wundervoller Rund-um-Ausblick in die toskanische Landschaft und Rund-um-die-Uhr-Betreuung… Wir haben einfach gar nichts auszusetzen. Es waren traumhafte 14 Tage in denen es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Auch die Kinder (7 bis 13) hatten keine Langeweile: der große Garten, die Tischtennisplatte, viele Spiele, der Fitnessraum und der Pool boten viel Abwechslung. Dank des großen Esstisches, der super ausgestatteten Küche und des Grills haben wir viele schöne Abende auch ohne Restaurantbesuch verbracht. Supermärkte sind zahlreich vorhanden und mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Es gibt sogar einen Pizzaofen, den wir aber nicht ausprobiert haben. Nachts war es traumhaft ruhig und herrlich frisch, trotz hochsommerlicher Temperaturen tagsüber. Wir haben uns super erholt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Wir können dieses Anwesen nur wärmstens empfehlen!

The location, accommodations, and views were amazing. The pictures of the property represent exactly what you are getting. The location is within an hour of Cinque Terre, Pisa, and Florence. This was a memorable vacation with our family and friends. Gina was an outstanding host helping with airline lost baggage, car issues, and medical problems. Her recommendations for chefs were outstanding both of which produced Tuscan meals for us to enjoy in this most beautiful setting. All of their ingredients were fresh from local farmers. Do not miss out on Lucca, not covered as much in travel books, but a true find. Also get your meats and fresh eggs from the Fattoria at the bottom of the hill. Hoping to return soon!!! Ron

Prachtig mooi huis, super modern ingericht, zwembad te mooi,heel groot, kijkend richting Pisa. Helaas in de hele warme periode geen airco, toch wel een must met de warme zomermaanden. Maar kortom, fantastisch huis met alle comfort, mooie omgeving, 20 minuten vanaf Lucca, leuke stad, aanrader een fietstour.

We just spent a week at Casa Colle with two families and it will be a week we never forget. As you lay in the pool and look out at the scenery you can’t help wonder if it’s real. The house was well appointed and so comfortable. It’s a quick 15 minute drive into Lucca and a great base for exploring. Or just relax on the patio and stay awhile right there in the Villa. I felt like we were in a dream or magazine - such an amazing week. Gina was so helpful with arrangements and we had a wonderful chef prepared meal at the property by Francesca. It could not have been more perfect!

We visited in early July 2018. Everything is perfect and indeed glorious about this property. We had another family with us, and there is plenty of room for everyone. The pool is superb. The view is incomparable. The house amenities spectacular. The overall location is just 20 minutes from Lucca yet feels remote. There is no air conditioning but it is absolutely not required. It’s high enough in the hills that the nights are cool and the ceiling fans do the rest of the work. We never felt hot in the evenings. This is everything a Tuscan Villa should be and much much more. We will be back again!

From the description on the Internet we knew we had rented a fabulous home in a beautiful mountain setting. However, this home exceeded all our expectations. The house was bigger than we expected, had top notch features and appliances and the grounds of the villa were spectacular. We spent most of our time there enjoying the fabulous mountain views, the outdoor entertaining area, beautifully landscaped gardens and the infinity pool and adjoining hot tub. Gina was a most gracious property manager who assisted us long before we ever arrived with suggestions for the best wineries to visit. She even made arrangements for us to have a private chef for a special birthday celebration. Upon arrival, she gave us a thorough tour of the house along with some “welcome” beverages and advice on local grocery stores, restaurants and a pharmacist to assist us with some needed medication. We highly recommend hiring Chefs Francesca and Federico - the delicious Tuscan meal they prepared for us also included preparing some special gluten free dishes for one person in our party. All in all, our extended family of 10 loved our experience here and would highly recommend this rental to others.
