Staffs are super friendly and very accommodating. Place is safe clean. You can sleep and relax well. Suuuupperrr worth the price because it's super afforable.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly and the place is really accessible. Location is excellent to drive around tourists spots. Clean rooms and surroundings with free drinkable water in the office!

The room doors are glass and hard to lock and unlock. The door is glass covered with curtain which gave you a non-secure privacy. The pool contains too much of chlorine which is obvious when you just stand around the pool you can smell it from there. There are no place outside to hang wet clothes or swimwears. I suggest to have one since guests are often go swimming. And we werent notified ahead that there are construction going on in the neighbor's side so were up early because of the noise even if we wanted to sleep longer. 😬

Greta hotel in perfect location just by the beach. a they have a pool but also a beach access for a really nice beach with the most beautiful sunset!

Breakfast was not included in the booking. It doesn't matter anyway. We have access to the kitchen where we can cook our meals. With a minimal charge.

The size of the pool is not fitting for a resort. It is only for family use. The property can extend it.

Good location and close to everything in San Juan!

There is no hot water for showers and the water pressure is really bad. Beds are very simple and pillows are poor quality

Worst accomodation so far in Philippines! Overpriced minimalistic place with completely no any amenities! $21 for just a bed, cold water and bugs. it should cost not more than $10. Not even any furniture in the room except for 2 shelfs. No hot water. Nice, helpful staff and that’s it.

Pool was small along with the room the mattress was thin no hot water had to get up on the bed to change the air conditioner the door locks are commercial door locks which are a pain to lock coming out and lock going in no tv Wouldn't go back No atmosphere at all

Hotel room was too small

The location is very nice, just across the street is the beach front. Check out time is 12 noon which is nice compared to other hotels which have 11am check out. The staff was very helpful and will try their best to accomodate your needs. The beds were surprisingly comfortable especially the pillows even if they did not look like it. Looks can be deceiving sometimes. Good value for the money.

When we came the toilet was full of mosquitos, we had to borrow the hotel's insect spray to get rid of them. Neighbors dogs was loud during the day but they were silent during sleep hours. Something the hotel has no controll of since it's the neighbors dogs. We had to pay 100pesos for extra blanket since we only booked one night (you get it for free if you book minimum 2 nights). The pool was dirty but the staff cleaned it right away when they received the feedback (they just needed to switch the filter on and the pool was clean again). The beachfront was dirty when we came but the staff cleaned it when they found out. The beach area could use a nice set of outdoor beach furnishings.

close to the front beach, the beach has fine white sands, and its close to restaurants, wifi is pretty fast, nice small swimming pool.

As a 4* hotel I was disappointed they do not offer laundry service.

The Room was comfy, there is a nice pool, the reception is also quite good and well organised.

The room was really clean and a good size. There's a swimming pool to use which was nice to chill out in. They also offer guests a private access to the beach over the road.

There were no chairs or anywhere to sit around the pool which is a shame. So you have to sit on the edge of the pool which can be a little uncomfortable! And some more hanging space to hang wet clothes and towels would also be handy as there weren't enough hooks on the back of the door!

water pressure was bad
