This property is perfect! All the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Besides having fun on the lake, our family enjoyed our private pool and the indoor pool table. The large dining room could hold our family for meals or games.

Very family oriented house! Very spacious kitchen with a lot of countertops, plenty of room for all 9 of us at the kitchen table. Pool was fantastic, with lots of outdoor space and plenty of seating! The sunsets are gorgeous! Could definitely use an outdoor plug or ceiling fans on the top deck. Loved the back door that automatically shuts behind you, especially when you have kiddos!

Exposed electrical wires were children sleep, One child ended up in a hole after bed collapsed because it was only a piece of wood floating on top of a platform, We lost electricity on half of the house four times, refrigerator leaking water at all times very dangerous for slip and fall, Lacking all kinds of pots pans and utensils and what was their made all our food stick! The very first call we got was from someone very rudely asking us to leave because we were there 15 minutes before time so rude that they hung up the phone on me for no reason, we lost AC when the weather was 104° outside because of repairs that were not explained to us ahead of time, had to let workers in and stay and cancel our boat trip until they left, The house was filthy specially under couches and beds dust all around lamps and ceiling fans, The house was extremely hot not able to sleep or get one night of goods rest because it never cooled off, We’ve rented houses from VRBO for years and this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had would never recommend and definitely will never be back. I’m not one for leaving bad reviews and for the first time I’m doing it because I am disappointed and feel like the money for this house was not worth it at all! Just stay home

We really enjoyed the location and space! Great kitchen and living room space and we loved the deck and pool. Lots of room to spread out and host a family getaway. Lake access is available but wish it was more built out with better steps/accessible as it's a bit of a treacherous descent. Several things need repair - garbage disposal wasn't working or ice machine, the refrigerator was really hard to open and leaked on the floor, igniter on grill was broken, a shower drain cap wasn't screwed on and the gate at the top of the outdoor stairs was broken. Wanted to communicate this for the owners to hopefully fix. Overall it's a great location and space and we'd certainly love to return!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation at Sereniry Point! The highlights for my kids included the canoe, fishing, pool and pool table. Overall, we would recommend booking for the location. Make sure to take groceries because the winding path in and out takes time, but once you are there, it's worth it.

We had a great time loved the home the location and the view ! Eveything you need is there ! We got welcomed with a bottle of moscato it was sweet! Only thing I would wish was different was the pricey for the rental. Everything else was great !

Nice lake view and pool, but the house has problems. Major one was that the septic system was clogged and we were without a toilet in the entire house for 12 HOURS! You don't even want to know what 7 people did for that time and you don't want to know. Property Management of the situation wasn't ideal, with multiple different people involved and a lot of mixed messages. The situation was extremely stressful and caused us to miss out on an entire day of our three day vacation. It ended up getting resolved at 10:00PM. In addition, the beds were uncomfortable, the sheets and towels provided were cheap. The disposal wasn't operational and the sink was clogging up. There were wasp nests near the deck upper deck and pool area. We tried to enjoy the lake, but walking down there isn't safe. There are broken stepping stones, no guard rail which makes it very easy to slip. This house could be incredibly nice, but needs some significant upkeep. We checked out a day early just so we could get a good night's sleep. Suggest they fix some stuff before hosting more guests.

The house was perfect for our 2 families. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the lake. The place was well stocked, well labeled, and so comfy.

I will only share this feedback constructively with you, not VRBO or social media. The house was just ok. It needs a lot of work and for 4 couples to each pay $542 each for a 2 night stay, it was a lot of money for a mediocre experience. For $1084 a night all in, the house should have had better amenities like coffee filters and paper towels. The air is difficult to regulate in the bedrooms off the kitchen, and the house had speakers everywhere but no music system. The house also has no ice maker and the hot tub/spa listed is no longer there. The view was lovely, you guys were very nice as a management company, (thanks for the champagne). We had a great time and I am not asking for anything. I think the house just needs to be refreshed a bit, have better towels, and personal care product. Thanks, Thomas Jackson

We loved the incredible view and enjoyed the large, rambling house very much. The swimming pool was a special treat for this late September long weekend, and it is fabulous overlooking the lake! Our first time to the Canyon Lake area was so relaxing and refreshing in this home.

The place was nice, but there was not room for 12; 10 max. Luckily we had an air mattress with us.

The combo of the lake and the pool was wonderful. We enjoyed the view of canyon lake and the size of the living room was a huge plus too!

Our group of 12 had a blast! Huge, fully equipped kitchen, extra large refrigerator and pantry area, worked great for our big group. Great outdoor areas with awesome lake views and beautiful sunsets! Easy access to the lake and the house is located on a cove, which is perfect for swimming. We loved this house and will definitely be back!

Great views of the lake. Kids enjoyed the firepit roasting smores. Extra large frig. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Enjoyed the wildlife (birds, squirrels, deer, foxes). Enjoyed the pool (note goes quickly from 3 ft. to 8 ft.). Convenient to attractions (Comal Park, tubing, San Antonio, Fredericksburg, Fiesta Texas, etc.). Cove below the house was easy to enter & water was crystal clear. Would have been nice if canoe has 2 paddles instead of 1. Sky Run was exceptional. Always answered questions promptly, took care of any concerns immediately, & notified me when service people were coming out (pool, septic tank clean out, etc.)

There were seven of us women staying here. We had a wonderful and relaxing trip! Sitting on the patio and deck overlooking the lake was exactly what we were wanting. There was more than enough room for all of us to be very comfortable. The oversize gallery kitchen was great and the living room was very comfortable. I have a feeling we will be back!

Excellent location on beautiful Canyon Lake. The house was very nice.... spacious, great deck and pool, huge kitchen, good beds, good AC, awesome view. Would stay again and highly recommend.
