Within walking distance of Shiraishi Castle for our open time. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was some English on signs, I believe, but since my wife and I both speak Japanese, we're not sure if there were any any English-speaking staff available for non-Japanese speakers.

The price of the breakfast buffet was reasonable for what was offered (900 yen per person), but Western options were minimal, so we decided to not purchase the breakfast there, and drove to a nearby Gusto family restaurant. We paid about 1100 yen for both of us for a Western breakfast more to our liking. Also, my wife had no allergy problems, but I had an allergic reaction to something in the room that gave me an itchy, runny nose. Went through quite a few tissues. Perhaps the disinfectant for cleaning between customers? Not sure.

Excellent location by the station. Staff were very helpful and the hotel restaurant was exceptional, very lucky at a time when most places were closed for the state of emergency

The location is very convenient - especially if you plan on visiting the fox village and don`t own a car. The staff are friendly, the room has all you need and doesn`t cost too much. Would recommend.

My only complaint would be the breakfast. There was not a great deal on offer there. The food was OK, but nothing that special. This might just be personal taste, but I`d recommend grabbing breakfast elsewhere.
