This apartment was adorable in the pictures, but they don’t do it justice! The décor is so eclectic and unique, yet comfortable and cozy. Have I mentioned CLEAN?! Gleaming! The owner has plenty of fresh fluffy towels, washcloths, bathmats, and the beds are divine. The biggest surprise was how quiet it was at night. You cannot hear a peep from the other apartments. I slept like a rock. The outdoor spaces were a huge bonus, such a nice treat to be able to sit outside, upstairs AND downstairs. The first floor has a nice open space living room and dining area, with glass French doors to the deck. There is even a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen has everything you need: coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer with ice maker, beautiful Viking range, and plenty of kitchen tools. Everything was so perfect and private! It’s a penthouse, so you need a key to take the elevator which opens to the front door of the apartment. That made me feel very safe. The upstairs bedroom suite was almost like a separate apartment, you could close the door to downstairs. Complete with a second full bath, TV, deck with Adirondack chairs AND a massive built-in desk, perfect for remote working, the fast wi-fi made that a breeze. The large skylight and sliding glass doors to the deck flood the space with light. The owner was very responsive with answers to my questions and addressing my concerns. She even supplies a weekly cleaning person that is truly a treasure.
