We loved our stay here and will definitely stay again when in the hot springs area!

We enjoyed our stay here! The property owner let us check out an hour late which we really appreciated! The beds were comfortable and the inside was really clean. The dock was full of webs/spiders. We weren’t able to use the hammock cause of them. Overall great place with awesome view.

Great property and location. Would rent over and over as available.

The house is lovely and very close to everything we needed. The boat traffic was a little heavy but I’m sure you wouldn’t mind if you were part of it. The kids had a ball swimming off of the dock.

The house has a great view! We spent a lot of time on the dock and in the lake. Not a far drive to bath house row.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The view is awesome! We ended up staying at the home more than we thought, because it’s such a relaxing place. You feel away from everything, yet you’re close to anything you might need. Would love to go back!

This property is beautiful and we loved every minute of our stay. It felt private and secluded and we enjoyed such easy lake access for kayaking and fishing. Ron was a wonderful host, was easy to communicate with and provided great information about things in the area. We hope to return soon!

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner checked in on us on the first day and even let us know we could do early check in. He also was very accommodating and even recommended a few places and things to do. If we were missing something from the house, he was willing to bring it to the house. House was very clean and updated. We liked that it wasn’t cluttered.

The house was great. It was close to town, the race track and restaurants. The outside area was very peaceful.

I did not receive an email on the check in process with code for door. Had to call the owner who was very helpful and informative during our stay.

The home is lovely with great view to the lake. The host was very nice and gave us spots to check out during our stay.

This was the perfect place to call home for the week as our family explored Hot Springs. Our host was helpful and accessible. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Everything was comfortable and well-appointed – just the right set-up for our family of four. The covered patio was a particular treat. And everything we needed was nearby: grocery, restaurants, stores, and plenty of activities. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Enjoy!

This was the perfect place to call home for the week as our family explored Hot Springs. Our host was helpful and accessible. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Everything was comfortable and well-appointed – just the right set-up for our family of four. The covered patio was a particular treat. And everything we needed was nearby: grocery, restaurants, stores, and plenty of activities. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Enjoy!

I 100% recommend this property. And thank goodness, as we spent a lot of time there because it rained the majority of our trip, ha! My husband, four year old, and I had a great time during our four night stay. For us, we wanted to also explore lake ouachita but have a house on the lake, so this lake hamilton location made it an easy commute to lake ouachita (30-ish mins) while still having a close location to lots of amenities. We also enjoyed the easy hike over at the Hill Wheatley area just a few mins away. The house is so so so clean - we brought cleaning supplies to do another round before the full family entered, but we decided we just didn't need to! The little entry/alcove is great for keeping stuff, or for doing a little indoor yoga/workout session overlooking the water. The living room is a great size, and they have a few board games available. The kitchen is huge, and again, very clean. The fridge and all the appliances appear nearly brand new. The bedrooms are a good size with nice beds- the bedroom with multiple beds even has two tvs, one setup to a gaming console. Bathrooms are nice. The main event, of course, is the outdoors. When booking, I was a bit worried that the covered patio off to the side was not close enough to the water/that it wouldn't be a good view, but it was perfect! We loved the multiple seating options out there, and the dart board and outdoor TV to have some sports on the background were an absolute lifesaver for our rainy days. It was great to be able to enjoy the outdoors and the view while being safe under the covered patio. The yard itself is lovely and made for some great baseball games. And of course, the dock and view out on the dock is so incredibly peaceful (also another great place for some yoga!). Ron, the owner was so sweet and thoughtful, always quick to respond, and went above and beyond trying to help us think of ideas for our rainy days. They have just done a great job with the remodel of the house. A couple of clarifying notes: FYI, there are two kayaks, but one is youth sized - 150 pound max. The four life jackets are as follows: Youth 50-90lbs, Adult XS more than 90lbs chest 30-33, Adult L/XL more than 90lbs chest 42-50, Adult XXL more than 90lbs chest 52-60. Also, if you are doing major cooking, you may want to bring your own knives and cutting board - I believe there were only steak knives available. Thanks Ron for our fantastic stay!

Property was everything!

It was out first time renting a house for a vacation. The house didn’t disappoint. Great administrator, pictures don’t do the house and the view justice. We would definitely be back !!!

This is the most perfect lake house rental! Stayed four night, fully equipped with everything you need to cook & grill with. The outdoor patio is amazing. The fenced in yard is great for younger kids. The house is so much nicer than the pictures. The property manager is easily accessible, We will definitely rent again! 10/10 would recommend, you won’t regret it!

House was way more than excepted. Owners texted us daily to make sure everything was going well with our stay. They were very attentive. We loved it!!

Everything you need for a nice lake getaway!! The owner is super helpful and very nice. The location is awesome and the house is beautiful and very clean. Not a thing went wrong on our stay would definitely rent again!

The photos don't do the property justice. There are so many thoughtful amenities included. We loved the outdoor living area with a TV, dart board, and plenty of seating. The guest room had an Xbox hooked up to the TV, which our boys loved. The kitchen was well appointed with everything, including a coffee maker AND filters. There was even a welcome package of snacks and drinks left out for us on arrival! The owner, Ron, was very accessible and helpful with any questions we had during our stay. We plan on returning soon!
