the house was extremely spacious with plenty of room inside and out for everyone.

the bathrooms weren’t as clean as they could be. dirty grout.

The location of the house is stunning - we loved seeing the vines right outside our door. The bedrooms are very generously sized and beds are super comfortable - we had a great sleep there. The heating is a bit complicated but once it works it's great. We liked having two bathrooms.

The house needs proper maintenance. The outdoor furniture and barbecue were dirty and covered with spiderwebs. Several kitchen cabinets were broken. The toilet seat was broken in one of the toilets (was repaired on the second day of our stay). There was a cabinet with water boiler with standing water in it and animal droppings. The amount of bugs (mostly millipedes and spiders, including red backs) was outside of comfort levels, although we've stayed at numerous rural properties before.

The place is beautiful and with a nice view in the morning

Great location, the home is large and spacious within close proximity to a number of iconic vineyards.

Some of the cupboards in the kitchen are starting to fall apart and the rugs and carpets in the living areas and bedrooms need a clean.

Location was beautiful and the beds were super comfy. It was all super clean and it is a huge house.

The property is in need of some TLC. The toilet seat was broken and kitchen cupboard handles and drawers were broken. The carpets were not in the best shape either.

Great location. Easy access and lovely property with spectacular scenery. Very clean home. Outdoor firepit was a bonus and nice add on to a great day on the Barossa.
