In short, there was a plumbing issue that flooded feces water in the powder room and into dining room. Mgmt company did respond and got a handyman to come out who told them we needed a plumber. He proceeded to carry the dripping towels through the kitchen into the sink then into the dryer (was disgusted). Plumber was able to fix the problem by 10pm. This started at 2:30. For seven hours we had to walk to Starbucks to use a public bathroom. Had wasted 14 lobster tails because we could not cook dinner for our plebe. And all the grandparents that drove far to see him had to leave because of this. There were no cleaning products so I had to go to cvs in the morning and buy them so I could spend the next few hours cleaning the feces remnants from the floors and disinfecting the kitchen. We had to go buy towels to take a shower. Simply said, it ruined this special USNA parent’s weekend we had been looking forward to all summer. And we left Sunday evening a night early because we were just so exhausted from what we went through and just wanted to go home.

Such a wonderful stay in charming Annapolis just steps to everything! Very great house and will stay again!

The location of this property is great for walking to the Academy Yard and to local shopping and eating places. The booking process was confusing and it was not clearly stated that this property was managed by another company which required a large cash damage deposit and a contract outside of VRBO. The management company was very nice and responded quickly to our questions prior to arrival and after arrival. We arrived late at night after attending an event in town to learn that the power in one of the bedrooms was not working and that there were not enough bath towels for the 6 guests we had. The management company responded quickly when I contacted them the next day and had the electricity repaired and brought us newly purchased bath towels. They also asked for feedback on the house to improve future stays which was very nice. The street is noisy at night with a lot of through traffic. 4 stars for the management company's responses.

Beautiful antique home! Loved the proximity to DTA and Naval academy! Well cared for and comfortable for our adult family! It would be difficult for aging parents due to stairs and shower accessibility. Parking garage is close and we didn’t have any issues loading or unloading our belongings! Great weekend getaway!
