My boyfriend and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday. He lives in Chesapeake and I live in Alexandria, so we met up halfway. It was so clean and very welcoming! The only critique I would give is that the skillet at the apartment is stainless steel and you need a lot of butter or oil for it not to stick, I would recommend including more than the one skillet. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

The property was quiet and within walking distance of a handful of restaurants and attractions. The apartment was clean and inviting, and the bottle of wine upon arrival was a nice touch.

Everything was as listed. It was clean inviting and wonderful! Thank you so much. I will definitely be back.

This condo exceeded my expectations. It was like staying at a friend's house with the cozy, well thought out items they have. Nice blankets if you need them to sleep or curl up on the couch. They included even more bathroom extras than most nice hotels. And the bottle of wine to welcome you as you walk in was an extra nice touch. The building is quiet and getting in and out was easy and I felt very secure. Parking was also never a problem. I would definitely recommend this as well as consider staying again if I find myself in Richmond again.

Walking to great restaurants. Millies Lulu's Alewife Boathouse Oak and Apple Bookbinders Sub Rosa Bakery Pizza Bones (Poe's Pub [late night drinking]). Visiting UR. Will always stay near Shockhoe Bottom.

Nice clean place to stay close the restaurants and canal club we're we attend a show there. Parking was on the street but pretty easy going for Richmond. There are two doors for extra security we felt save in the immediate area although was a little nervous coming in from the outside areas are a little rough but once in the appt it was pretty/safe. Only minor thing is the bed was a little uncomfortable but all n all would stay again thank you

Visiting our daughter for the first time since she moved to Church Hill. We feel so fortunate to have the beautiful Eileen Boutique Hotel within walking distance of her apt. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at the Church Hill. The place was nicely decorated, updated, and in a fun location. Plenty of food options in walking distance and close to the Capital Trail for exploring. The check-in process was seamless, which I really appreciated. The only negative was the mattress was did dip in the center.

Stayed at this property for an overnight while on a road-trip. Easily accessible from the highway and very close to downtown but in a residential neighborhood. The entire apartment was clean, fresh and had everything we needed. Easy to follow instructions for check-in and check-out. Host was very accommodating for a special request, and left a lovely welcome surprise that was unexpected and appreciated!!! Would definitely recommend and revisit. A++

Stayed here for a weekend getaway and every thing was exactly as described. The property is at a great location and is perfect to stay at!

Everything was exactly as described and shown in the listing. Parking was easy. Quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Loved the black-out curtains to cut the light from the street. There is some traffic noise but it's not bad. Really enjoyed the stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and to book another stay!

This property is very comfortable with all the amenities you’d need. Great location for walking the Churchill area with lots of restaurants, coffee/bakery shops, markets. Daniil was wonderful when I had to change my dates for my reservation. Great communication regarding any questions I had. Checked in on me after I arrived. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at Eileen during our first trip to Richmond. The host was very communicative, he reached out to us during our trip to check in on us. There is plenty of street parking and some great restaurants (Cobra Burger was our favorite) within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean with plenty of amenities, a great little living room and a nice kitchen. The bathroom and bedroom were spacious as well. Our only real issue is that the apartment is on a street corner by a roundabout, so there was a bit of traffic noise. There’s also some construction happening next door, but that will go away with time. Overall we had a great stay and highly recommend the Eileen!

Great apartment in an older neighborhood, lots of new construction nearby. Beautifully decorated, cozy and great for relaxing. Property management very responsive with my one and only issue and took care of it immediately. The bottle of wine was a great touch and was very welcoming after a long day traveling. Restful stay even though the reason I was there was for sick parent.

This awesome little place is a gem! All the little bells and whistles. Amenities were perfect. Coffee waters and a nice bottle of wine. A perfect wind down after our six hour ride. Thanks for being such wonderful hosts. We hope to be back soon

What an incredible find. We used to live in Church Hill and were here for a return weekend away - we could not have been happier with this gorgeous apartment. The location is perfect, the building is very secure, and the view of downtown Richmond is lovely. We actually ordered a set of the towels they have in the bathroom before we left, we liked them so much. This will be our go-to Richmond stay from now on!
