The Pool and Location
The AC was not working when we arrived. I had to call 3 different people for them to send someone out almost 4 hours later. The studio was not as clean as the photos appeared. The walls are very dirty and there appears to be water spots and possible mold on the ceiling. The stairs to get to the unit are carpet, so the hallway smells like a wet dog mixed with a plug-in that one of the tenants has plugged in the hallway. The dryer only worked on one setting and it took a us a few loads to figure this out (clothes were still wet after cycle was completed). There were a few small stains on the comforter and you could tell that the area rug had not been vacuumed. I unfortunately would not recommend this place.

Location is good. The place does have some small soaps and towels. Also some cups and plates.
We had a reservation for three adults, there were no sheets for the sofa bed and no covers for anyone. The TV only had one channel available. The bathroom should have some table in the little closet for toiletries, there was no place to put personal things. The pillows are flat... we made it work only because we were using the place only to sleep at night.

The apt was very clean
I didn’t like that I could never contact anyone DIRECTLY. I was not able to use the pool because my code did not work. That was the main reason I booked this location , the indoor pool. When I reported it I never got a return call! I went to the office location ( during business hours) and no one answered the door. Very disappointed

The space was nice and larger than expected. The AC worked great!! Peaceful and quiet. Only 4 miles to the beach. There were a few little complimentary items. Thanks!
Our stay was 4 nights. We didn’t have enough towels and each used the same towel every night after showering. NO washer and dryer. That would have taken care of that issue. There was no carafe for the coffee maker. The can opener didn’t work. And we had no blankets. Oh, and it was a third floor space and we had a handicapped adult. We managed though. Perhaps I missed that detail?!😳 Other than that, things were great.

It was fairly clean
It was worse than the cheapest hotel! The smallest hot water tank I would take a shower then my husband would wait 20 mins to take one! Things that were listed that would be there weren’t (WiFi password, hair dryer). Washing machine didn’t work! No instructions on coffee maker. There was nothing for us to use cooking spray, etc.. no wine opener or wine glasses, mixing bowls, foil, plastic wrap, etc…. Not enough towels and wash clothes for bathroom or kitchen if washer worked it would have been ok! No hand towel rack or sink space to set anything on (pedestal sink)
Was not told it was a 2 flights of stairs walk!! If our daughter in law was with us that would have been a big problem!!!
The smell in there was awful when you opened the door! And everything was so cheap we were afraid of touching cabinets that they would break! It was an over all very awful place to stay!

The view off the balcony was nice. I enjoyed the walking path located behind the property. The location was convenient.
