My husband and I booked this wonderful lake house over Christmas weekend. The house was immaculate, and furnishing are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed for cooking a Christmas dinner. Stocked well for two or for a larger family. We hope to return when the weather is a bit warmer, but we did get one day on the back patio overlooking the lake.

Three couples formerly of Tulsa now living in Virginia, Dallas, and Tulsa gathered for weekend of friendship. Excellent accommodations for privacy and watching football games on a rainy weekend. Five stars.

We enjoyed a wonderful 3-night weekend getaway which included a beautiful home on the lake, outstanding weather and a totally relaxing atmosphere. The home was very clean and well supplied. The view of the lake from the multiple porches made each sitting a new adventure. The owners and neighbors went out of their way to make this a truly memorable gathering. We will be back.

The property was beautiful, right on the lake. We enjoyed the outside deck, the screened in porch, and the sitting area on the dock. The home is spotless and the beds were comfortable, we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful little spot on the lake. Dock was clean and easy access to water. Kayaks were available and the deck was perfect for relaxing with a stunning view of the water. We will definitely try to come back. Host was awesome and home was clean and roomy.

We had 7 guests overnite and were comfortable. Prob would host up to 12. We had 16 for our holiday meal and everyone had adequate space at a table. No complaints other than too few coffee filters-easy fix! Also a beautiful lake view!

Beautiful location, lovely home, wonderful location. It was a peaceful place to visit. And it was close to plenty of attractions that we enjoyed.

Best-stocked kitchen ever! Loved that there was a 2nd thermostat downstairs. Wonderful place to stay. It was "almost perfect" because we did have a minor disappointment. There is a lovely jet tub in the master bath...but only enough hot water to put a couple inches into the tub. So dissappointed after our hike.

The house was beautiful but we did not receive any correspondence from VRBO regarding checking in or out. The owner had fortunately texted me and gave me the passcode. Otherwise we had no correspondence.

Wow, what a beautiful place! Great setting on the lake; immaculate, very well equipped! Quiet and peaceful. Lots of room and great space to hang out; would not need to leave the place to have a great time; we used the screened in porch, deck areas, the dock and kayaks and the comfy spaces inside to hang out after dark. We did go hiking in the area and that was just beautiful and really, really enjoyed the Mildred B Cooper Memorial Chapel. The owner was so prompt and gracious to work with! Sometimes hate to give such a well deserved review for fear that it will be so booked that we won't be able to get reservations next time we try but, that would be so unfair! Would definitely recommend a stay here and would stay agin when in the area. Thank you again for such a restful, fun and spectacular place to stay!

Fantastic property for a casual family getaway to the lake in NW Arkansas. Plenty of fun lake activities (kayaks provided by host). Public golf course close by was another perk. Visited many of the parks in the area for fun time with the children. Gourmet cooks will love well equipped kitchen. Plenty of space for everyone!

This has been our happy place for family get togethers for several years. Great house and owner is terrific to work with in answering any questions and providing services such as guest passes.

Wonderful property Relaxing setting

If you want the best of lake vacations with a family....this house is for you!! The home was immaculate, very well stocked, great amenities and perfect location. The boat dock is fabulous--plenty of space and much needed shade. The owners are very helpful and responsive. We have used many different of properties on lakes....hands down my adult kids gave this one 5 stars!

House was extremely clean upon our arrival. Kitchen was the best equip one we have ever seen. Screened in porch was awesome. The walk down to the dock was not as steep as other houses we have stayed at in the area. Bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious. This is an awesome property and if we want to go to another concert in Rogers at the AMP, we will definitely check on the availability of this property and stay there again! The owners stayed in contact and asked if everything was ok and wished us well during and after our stay. The condition of the property shows that they really care that their renters enjoy their stay. Amazing house with an incredible dock on a calm cove where we enjoyed floating in the lake! And if you are distracted by work, the Wi-Fi from the house works down on the dock as well!! Thank you and we will definitely be back again, hopefully soon!

We had a really good time at this property. The place was clean and just as described. The property manager was easy to get a hold of. We feel like the house had all the amenities that we needed to cook for the family. We were able to catch some fish while we were there. We also canoed quite a bit with the provided canoes on site. The lake is calm on most days so we felt comfortable canoeing.

We had a rough week of rain five out of seven days but we managed to enjoy the entire time on the lake.

Beautiful and relaxing.

The weather did not cooperate with our short stay, so we were disappointed we couldn't be outside to enjoy the lake, but that was the only downside of our trip. My daughters and I enjoyed some much deserved girl time and couldn't have found a lovelier place to spend it. The home was spacious and clean, quiet, the view BEAUTIFUL and communication with the owner A+!! Thanks Peg for sharing your amazing home with us!!

All four of us were impressed with the location, size, cleanliness, and hospitality of the owners!

We were expecting a lot as this lovely place is perched near the boat ramp on Loch Loman and also has a lit dock where we could tie off the boat. (With bumper rails no less) As we had three generations here, Bella Vista had fun stuff for Everyone. The rental felt like a home away from home. The kitchen had all we needed to cook all our meals there, the gas grill is sweet and the board games and kiddie supplies were much appreciated. Rob and Peg are awesome hosts and responded quickly to any requests. The coolest part of the trip was listening to my 30 something sons talking in the kitchen about millennial things of which I have not a clue. We all liked the enclosed porch. Great spot over the lake to reflect, read and pray.

Beautiful views and easy access to the lake. The house worked perfectly for our cousins reunion of 10 people.

We have rented this house for our Labor Day weekend and always enjoy our stay. The addition of kayaks was a plus!
