Plenty of space! A lot of eating utensils for a huge number of people so you will never run out. Nice playable level pool table - not just for show. Back yard and pool area are very nice. Bluetooth speakers in outdoor bar. Nice grassy area in back yard for cornhole. Our 3 families had a wonderful time!

Great House

Thank you for sharing your house with us. Very clean, spacious and the first time no air mattresses had to be used for our family of 12. Walked across to Beach every day then back to the pool late afternoon and evening. Enjoyed a Reds game poolside, while sitting at the Tiki Bar. Loved playing corn hole out back. The beach chairs were a huge plus in my book! Deep Freeze off driveway worked well with large bags of ice for coolers. Appreciate Gina’s quick responses when texting her upon arrival. This was our second time staying in Dune Just Fine and it was just as perfect as last time. The property manager, Gina, and the owner, Lacy, are the best! They are quick to resolve any issues to ensure your stay is perfect. You’ll find the kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals for a large group. The beach access is just across the street which is convenient for families with small kids. We spent the mornings on the beach and enjoyed the great backyard and pool in the afternoon. We look forward to staying here again!

What a great house. Across the street from the beach, amazing pool and backyard, 5 great bedrooms, porches galore, well appointed kitchen, games, beach chairs, everything you could need. We had 12-14 people staying at the house at all times, we cooked big family meals every night, and the house did not disappoint. Easily fit everyone, slept everyone, fit 6 cars. The ideal home for a large family gathering with a good price point. We only had one issue over the course of our stay and both the owner & property manager were in constant contact throughout and got it resolved. Highly recommend and we will be back. Thank you Lacy!

Holden Beach and Dune Just Fine are a hidden gem. The property was clean, furniture was comfortable and everything was thought of. All their recommendations are fantastic. The hook string game was a family favorite!

We had the best week at Dune Just Fine in Holden Beach 🏖 our family was treated to a beautiful home with everything we could possibly need ! The weather cooperated and was awesome with a little clouds when needed and lots of sunshine ☀️ We got to the beach by 9am, came in for lunch and had naps for the littles and the afternoon consisted of swimming in the pool , putt putting , and ice cream . We went out to dinner a couple nights once at Calabash and two restaurants in Holden . The house is so beautiful, so clean and close to the beach. The layout is perfect for family fun, we had enough bedrooms for nap times and room for afternoon puzzles too. The kitchen is awesome with everything you could possibly need. But the real fun is in the backyard with the pool, grill, tv, and yard . Thanks for the fun memories ! See ya next year , The Knox Family

This was our first trip to Holden Beach and from the moment we crossed the bridge we knew we found our forever vacation place. We've been vacationing in the Carolina's for years and Dune Just Fine is hands down the best vacation home we have stayed in! Our family of 14 enjoyed the pool, the proximity to the beach, and the stunning ocean views. The owners and property manager were awesome to work with! We've already booked for next year and can't wait to go back to our happy place.

DJF was a fabulous home for our family! The views of the ocean are much better than a typical 2nd row house — you can even hear the ocean! The crow’s nest gives you a full view of the island! The view of the Holden Beach Bridge is spectacular—especially at night! The property manager was attentive and prompt in responding with any communication before, during, and after our stay! The back yard is a true oasis! It is unusual to have a grass yard at the beach! Our 2 1/2 yo grandson loved running around in the grass! The pool was incredible and became a tropical oasis at night! We loved having the outdoor kitchen area and outdoor TV! The decor is prefect and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean! Best house we’ve ever stayed in during our 33 years at Holden!

Everyone in our group complimented me on the "wow" factor of this property. I have rented quite a few homes over the years and this one was far the cleanest. The property manager Gina, was the best ever as well.

This is our second year staying at Dune Just Fine and it was just as great as the first year! The ease of checking in as well as the cleanliness of the property made the start to our vacation great. This home has comfortable beds, spacious living areas, easy access to the beach and a gorgeous pool and backyard area that was a HUGE hit for our family. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed for our family of 14 and the addition of the bonus fridge and chest freezer were tremendous. We enjoyed evenings on the Crow's Nest taking in the views and it is an easy walk or bike ride to the pier. The owners are amazing and so easy to work with as well as the property manager. They were so attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We give this a 10/10! We have loved our two years at Dune Just Fine and can't wait to return again!

Our stay in Holden Beach was perfect. We loved the beach house and it had everything we needed.

Our family had a great time at this house. There were three families with 6 kids ranging in age from 8-14. I have stayed at Holden beach and Ocean Isle many times and this was the best house by far. Layout of house was great. The house seemed brand new and we loved the pool/bar area. Great views and easy access to beach.

This was a great vacation home! Even better than the pictures... tasteful decor and stocked with everything you could need. House was sparkling clean and we immediately felt comfortable. We so enjoyed our late August stay at Dune Just Fine! The house is lovely and nicely furnished — it has comfortable beds and cheery beach accents. There was plenty of space for our group of six, which included two kids. We cooked a fair bit and ate outside a couple times, perfect for sunset viewing from the third story. The kids loved the pool — so did we! — and the beach is simply spectacular. Access is close to the house, a major plus. With temps in the mid-80s, the water was inviting and the beach combing around low tide was fruitful. We ventured to the East End twice; the water there felt more like a bay with gentle waves. This was our first trip to Brunswick County, and we’re so glad we now know its beauty and family-friendly vibes. It’s a gem!

We really enjoyed our week at this house. We didn't even use the downstairs living room because the upstairs is so spacious. The kids loved the pool and yard. Thanks so much for sharing your house with us!

Despite rain, rain and more rain we had the best week at Holden Beach. Dune Just Fine is such a great house. Perfect location, totally up to date amenities - powerful WiFi that easily handled multiple people online at same time, Tv/sound systems, great appliances, fully stocked kitchen. The pool , tiki bar, outdoor shower and fenced in yard were perfect for after the beach. Excellent communication with owner and property manager. Two small suggestions - dimmer switches in kitchen/dining area and a clothesline downstairs to hang wet, sandy towels etc. We will without a doubt plan another Dune Just Fine vacation!

This house was amazing. Everything about it was wonderful. The location was great..steps to the ocean. The back yard with the pool..perfect place to unwind at the bar with tv. The house was so spacious ,we had 12 people and you were never on top of each other. There was a view from every room..amazing house..and the elevator was very important as my husband is handicapped..this was the best house we have ever rented from VRBO..can't wait to go back to this home.

Our 3 generations of family gather at Holden Beach every summer. This year we had to get a bigger place as the family is expanding. DJF did not disappoint and we booked again for next year before leaving. The house has everything you could possibly need and more. (won't have to pack as much next time!) The pool and bar area was fantastic. And the elevator made it so much easier on the eldest in the family to get around and enjoy everyone. Views are fantastic from top deck. Every generation enjoyed the amenities. Wish we were doing this again sooner.

We had a wonderful visit! As my wife pointed out the pictures of the place, which were very nice, didn't really do it justice. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well appointed, the beds are very comfy and the outdoor area is outstanding. One of the nicer, if not the nicest, beach properties we've stayed in. Highly recommend!

We couldn't have asked for more...beautiful home (kitchen well equipped, gorgeous views, quick walk to the beach, comfortable beds, plenty of comfortable living space but our all time favorite was the outside backyard area. We had a ball and hated to see the week come to an end. We had quite a 50th wedding celebration with our family of 3 kids and spouses and our 8 grandkids!!

We loved our stay at Dune Just Fine!! The home was beautiful, ocean views were gorgeous, beach access right across the street, and the backyard/tiki bar was the place to be!! The backyard was a great place for a game of cornhole! The house was immaculate and roomy enough to accommodate our party of 10. We would definitely look forward to staying again. Family get together by the ocean. The house decor was beautiful, very clean and loved the tiki bar by the pool! So many extras provided by the owner...k cups, kitchen equipped with anything you could possible need and in excellent condition, great beach chairs, very clean and comfortable beds, AC worked perfectly, awesome TVs, beach pathway right across the street.

My family (me, husband and 3 teens) have rented beach homes all along the eastern coast from NC to Georgia for at least 15 years. Some were great and some could use upgrades or better cleaning. "Dune Just Fine" was a fantastic property. Location, cleanliness, well-stocked kitchen, ease of check-in were all spot on! The location was the perfect distance between the bridge and the pier. Pier within walking distance (1 mile) but the house was not too far from the bridge off the island so traveling off the island was an easy hop. Property manager and owner both were very communicative and friendly with just the right amount of attention. We did not have any issues with the house but both of these folks were just a text away and both would answer promptly with any questions we had. I was most impressed with the well-stocked kitchen. My family laughs at my obsession with the kitchens. Nothing is more disappointing than not finding the tools you need but this kitchen had it all (from muffin pans to wine openers to plenty of big pots and serving dishes) and the items were in great shape. The pool in the back with the bar and built-in grill was a wonderful escape each evening. They even had RING TOSS on the post by the grill (an old game for boomers - hehe-- brought back many memories...thank you for that!!!) House was stocked with books of all types and games and puzzles too - that is always a plus. Lastly, the flow of the house really worked well. All bedrooms had great bathrooms and comfy beds and were close to the same size. For a large family no one would get short-changed with the "bad bedroom" because all were great. Lastly, the view was fantastic. You could see people walking on the beach from the second floor balcony because the house on beachfront did not impede the view. Also, the pelican watch up top with swivel chairs and table was a cool hangout to chill and see even further down the island. Thank you again for sharing your lovely home. The property was very nice. The location to the beach was awesome. Having the private pool and beach right across the street was wonderful. We wanted to have our annual family vacation but with Corona putting a damper on things, this was a wonderful location and very relaxing. The pool table was nice as well.

Great location and well-equipped. The street can be a little loud at times but shouldn’t deter you from staying here. Easy walk to the beach and convenient.
