This year was no exception. It was our first time at Crown Jewel and Sapphire. Overall it didn't disappoint. The dishwasher and kitchen faucet needed attention and maintenance was prompt. (The dishwasher is old and probably needs replacing). The French door to the front porch was difficult to use, the handle kept falling off, again maintenance responded, but was unable to repair it. Having a pantry with extra refrigerator and stand alone ice maker was awesome! Purging the house of items left by other guests and broken things would free up space and make the house more inviting. Sapphire was very nice and well equipped. The golf cart was very handy. It was a very good week! We will be back at Beachwalk again.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed everything Beachwalk had to offer! The beaches were really nice, the neighborhood is very cute and welcoming, and there is plenty to do! The house was as described and accommodated our large family really well! It was a great time and place to celebrate my parents’ 60th anniversary!

We had some issues working the tv's in the basement, however that by no means ruined our stay. There was plenty of table space so that everyone could sit down together for meals. We caught some fish and kayaked on Lake Kai and also enjoyed the sand volleyball court. We also cruised around the property on the included golf cart. Overall this was a great place to stay and Beachwalk Rentals was great to work with.

The house worked great for our needs. The pictures online helped us well organize our sleeping arrangements. We enjoyed the golf cart. The house did have a problem with ants in the kitchen - both the big house and guest house - which did affect our food storage. The front porch really needed a good cleaning for start of season as well, which we realize we were there in May, as there was a lot of dust and bugs. Seemed it need to be opened up and vacuumed out well.

A tree needed cut away from window, the yard needed attention, the lights didn't work on back deck. Inside the main house we also came across things that we needed to call about for maintenance to address. The management group was very responsive and we will rent from group again.

We love all the rental has to offer including golf cart, extra fridge, ice maker, plenty of bathrooms, location to pool and beach. This is the 3rd house we have rented at Beachwalk and happy to say they have replaced a leather couch, area rug, 7 new outdoor lounge chairs. The kitchen is showing some wear and the porch furniture. I do think that in the off season the rentals could use a good thorough cleaning. We are booked for 2023 at Crown Jewel

The tables and chairs for eating were perfect. However the house needs a deep clean and regular maintenance. The rugs are very dirty and stained and need to be deep cleaned or replaced. The bed in the Master bedroom squeaks badly and needs to be replaced. The toilet in the Master runs and needs to be fixed. The grills are ancient. One is missing flavorizor bars and the lighters don’t work on either. The kitchen is dated and the dishwasher quit working entirely 2 days before we left. The sheets provided were old and thin and the cover sheet in the Master was a twin sheet on a queen bed. Great house but needs work.

Beds were uncomfortable. Dishwasher barely worked. Cabinets need to be cleaned out so renters are able to use them. Would not rent this house again.

There are two properties, the main house and then a second, 1-bedroom with pullout sofa behind it. Both houses were fully stocked which was welcomed. There was ping pong, foosball and darts in the basement. Loved the screened in front porch. Only issue we had was ants starting to show up (early in the season, to be expected) and the electronic door code not working initially but maintenance assisted us quickly. Both properties are updated and in great shape. Location is great, only a short walk to the beach with Washington Zoo just down the street. Overall great property and great location - don't hesitate to rent Crown Jewel and Sapphire.

Booked this for my wedding party of about 22 people. Very accommodating, the area was gorgeous and the golf cart was a plus. The kitchen was absolutely swarming with ants so we could not leave a crumb out without seeing at least 50 ants and the exterior doors were very frustrating, working half the time and knobs constantly falling off. Outside of that, this was an amazing place and I would come back if the ant problem was resolved.

This house was EVERYTHING AND MORE!!! All of my 20 guest LOVED the house, from the bathrooms, basement and bedrooms. There was a little issue with the sink in the basement but management came RIGHT AWAY and took care of it. The pictures are EXACTLY what to expect!!! CANT WAIT TO COME BACK WHEN ITS WARM!!!!

Nice, but needs a little work. Guest house smelled OK when we first got there. But when we turned the air conditioning on everything smelled like sewage. In the main house the refrigerator did not keep food cold and leaked water all over the floor.

Resort property was amazing, house has a lot of space and nicely stocked.

We loved staying there for few days. Golf cart is very helpful for going to the beach.
