Very close to beach, merely 3 minutes walk. Never have I stayed in a flat that had almost everything available. Living room very big, beautiful view of beach from dining balcony. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Very close to bars/restaurants/supermarkets. No need for a car, use the train instead.

It was located over a road tunnel so was noisy until early evening but the view of beach made up for it. Air con was weak.

Two bedroom and two bathrom, very comfortable. Also very clean. The aparment is close to the beach and to the restorants an walking area, it has nice view from the terrace. Everything was perfect. If i visit Menton again i will choose the same aparment!

it was nice and large and the Wifi was fast but it was 30 minute walk from the train station so everyday I had to pay uber/taxi 200 euros to get to Monte Carlo. They also has someone other than the owner meet me and ask me for 170 Euros in cash to pay for the maid... this cash this was the problem otherwise I don't think I would have gotten so upset. Sorry this CASH payment really pissed me off specially since I tried to pay them with US dollars .... but nope

Mold every where, windows are all dirty, the beds are old and totally uncomfortable, bed sheets and covers are all torn and old, the furniture is all old and faded and covered with white fabric to make it look okay. I guess its proximity to the beach was good but I was on a business trip so that didn't do anything.

Location very nice and perfect for a Familyof 4-5 people. Cross the road and you're immediately at the beach. A lot of Restaurants just a few steps from the Apartment away.

That road is at the same moment a problem, the Apartment is also above a tunnel and if you're not noise proved, maybe that location is not the right choice for you.
