The fireplace

Convent location to casino. Villa was clean and comfortable
On booking.com property was advertised to have a fireplace and 2 pools one outdoor seasonal and on inside. There was NO inside pool but a small questionable looking jacuzzi which looked nothing like the photo on website. Also there is additional fees that are not on website you can either pay $35 upfront or let them hold $500 of you money for up to 2 weeks in case of damages also when I was made aware no of non functional fireplace there was nothing I could do the reservation was non refundable. Based off of no indoor pool and fireplace we should have been given opportunity to cancel but we were not. False advertisement in my opinion because we did chose facility because of both the pool and fireplace.

Absolutely phenomenal stay. Unit was clean, communication was beyond excellent, Amanda was awesome. Great location as well!

Peacefulness, fountain & water outside our balcony, good amount of space, nicely decorated, nice attention to providing small extras, soft mattress.
Not really a dislike but found it strange to be requested to empty & take out our own trash at end of stay.

The location was perfect. It was close to many attractions as well as restaurants, stores and shopping. The host was very attentive and helpful. And the property was lovely. As well as the onsite restaurants being very nice and the employees were wonderful.

Pretty much everything! It was very pretty, quiet and clean!
It was a bit pricey and there were dirty towels mixed in with the clean. We were not notified ahead of time that it was a wood stove so we could have brought our own wood rather than having a surprise charge.

Location and access to the pool and spa amenities. Place was really nice and clean.
There was host site trying to get us to pay insurance and more. We received multiple texts saying we had to pay or they wouldn't guarantee our reservation. If I didn't call booking.com to get clarification, I wouldn't have booked. The fees for cleaning etc. were high. Too many hidden costs over the price on booking.

Amanda was amazing she was so welcoming and helpful with everything we needed. So thank you !!! We also loved how cozy the villa was, and how perfect the location was , great for a quick getaway or even a very serene room to stay in while exploring norwich and everything to do around the area. Super comfy and clean rooms. It's also a very stylish room, while having a feeling of being home. Beautiful views of the pond and golf course. It was so much fun just to relax and unwind here. You don't even have to leave the property to have fun or just enjoy a beautiful scenery. Can't wait to come back.

Pool, sauna, kitchen
Sliding glass door broken, keypad on door didn't work we had to wait for the cleaning lady to come and bring us a new code, Netflix was set up for Spanish and I couldn't figure out how to fix it, so we were very limited as to what we could watch.

The villa was clean, cozy, quiet and beautifully decorated! It is also right down the road to Mohegan Sun! It is exactly what we needed for our little weekend getaway!

The location
The heat was not working and the owner does not let you control the heating system and the system is limited to what temperature you can set it for. Also, the system kept shutting off and heat would not come on and dropping to very cold temperatures. Also, there is no hot water after one person takes a shower for 5 minutes.

it felt like home / more then a hotel
we really did like the place .
I did not like that it was drafty . I did not like that I paid $80.00 something dollars to clean the place and I had to clean out my own fireplace and remove my own trash . The Graham crackers were gross and smelled and all broken ( but I get that was a nice touch )

I didn’t like that you couldn’t get ahold of anyone in an emergency.. The key pad for the door was not working because of the temperature and they seemed to be aware of this issue and still book it.. I was locked out of my room for hours..

The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Amanda was very attentive with us.
