The movie theater and game room was a hit with our kids.

Awesome place with a ton of extras - my friends and I did our fantasy football draft weekend here and we couldn’t be more happy with how it went! Movie theater and game room were top notch and we loved that there were golf courses close! Would stay again!

So much nice place to hang with friends and family. Great location. Host is so nice that they try to do anything that makes stay your stay more comfortable. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved the house and the location! Although we had some mostly rainy weather, all of the accommodations and activities in the home and resort kept our 8 kiddos for our combined family vacation busy! The adults and kids highly enjoyed the hot tub, theatre room and game room! Dan was a super host and answered all questions accordingly! We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved this house! Our family enjoyed a great week in Massanutten, and even with the rainy weather we encountered, the house provided plenty of entertainment for everyone in our group. The kids loved the theatre room, game room and even the hot tub! The resort also had plenty of entertainment options for everyone in our families. The home was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. all we had to bring was food. The beds were also extremely comfortable, and we all felt well rested. The host was very responsive to our questions, and extremely friendly. We will absolutely stay here again in the future! Highly recommend a stay at this property!

Family vacation was a success. I love thar there are plenty of activities and rooms in the house for large group and small team activities, like pool, foosball, and ping pong. And let's not forget the favorites - movie room and hot tub. We are a very active and competitive team that enjoyed this vacation immensely.

The owners of this house are so awesome. I received a phone call from the owner making sure we didn’t need anything. This is a very nice and spacious house with an amazing movie theater, game room and candy vending machine.🤗 My children and grandchildren absolutely loved! I highly recommend staying at this house.

This property was perfect for what we needed. We had adults from mid-20's to mid-60's and kids from 4 to 14 and they all enjoyed it! Plenty of space to spread out. The hot tub, game room, and theater were all a hit! I loved that light switches and cabinets/drawers were labeled. The beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. And it was close to lots of fun - water park, go karts, mini golf. We had one issue, but the owner was very responsive and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely incredible stay at this property. A house full of JMU Alumni coming into town for homecoming. Started with the drive in and the beautiful lake within walking distance of the house. The house itself was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. My personal favorite aspect was the theater room in the basement which we put to use watching Halloween movies Saturday night. The beds were very comfortable so we all got a great night sleep. We always have a large group return for homecoming every year and this house was the perfect fit. Will definitely be looking to book it again in the future!

My family and I LOVED this house! There were 15 of us in total and there was still plenty of space for us to spread out. The theater room is great and I couldn't get enough of the hut tub. Having the "game room" was very nice too. Everything was as described in the listing. I would highly recommend this rental house.

We had a great weekend despite the weather! The home was great! Plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen. The owner was wonderful to work with. Hope to visit again soon!!

The house was roomy for a large group. We all had a great vacation from grandma and grandpa down to the youngest grandchildren and everyone in between.

This house was perfect for our large family reunion. We had four families stay here comfortably, and the layout was perfectly suited for our group. The theater room is incredible, and definitely was the highlight. Great communication with owner and rental company. Definitely plan to stay here again in the future!!

Our grandchildren loved the game room, and the movie theater was a big hit with everyone. The hot tub and the barbecue grill made for perfect evenings spent in the backyard. The kitchen was fully stocked, there was a plentiful supply of pillows, blankets, and towels, and the bunk bed rooms were a plus for the little ones. Breakfast on the large deck with a view of the mountain and deer was a family memory-maker. Communication with owner was top notch. This was our second visit to Massanutten Resort and we can’t wait to come back again.

The hot tub was epic. And the house had everything we needed to make meals for 10+ people. Another highlight was the movie theater. We were very impressed by the personal touches like complimentary popcorn and the microwave right in the movie theater room. And most of the kitchen cabinets were labeled by what was in them - super helpful in an unfamiliar kitchen. Thank you so much for a perfect weekend stay!!! Also, highly recommend the blackberry jam/preserves from the gift shop, and the Ridgeline Hike is really cool - definitely difficult (none of us leaders could finish it [2 retirees and an almost 30-something moderately fit female], but most of the senior guys are athletes or at least fit, so all of them finished the hike).

Great communication and instructions. Lots of recreational options at the house was plus with pool, pong, hot tub, and theater. Location great. Lots of seating at beautiful table which is a plus for us playing games. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely mountain house! Pictures don’t do it justice. Living room/upstairs is big enough for party of 14 and very comfortable! We had snow and issues getting out and the property manager was able to help us! Can’t wait to come back!

Nice and well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the hot tub. Provided towels were good quality unlike cheap ones experienced other places. Beds very comfortable. Property manager very helpful and accessible. Will definitely consider returning to this home.

Our entire extended family consisting of adult children, their spouses, and our grandkids enjoyed the weekend at this beautiful property as an early Christmas celebration and to honor the December Birthdays. We played games, watched movies in the amazing media room, dipped into the hot tub, and went for long walks. The house was sparkling clean and well equipped. The game room in the garage was well utilized. We would definitely consider renting this property again.
