My family of 8 had a great stay. The location was perfect. The home was beautiful. My 4 year old loved the landing on the lake, we just made sure he had a life vest on at all times. Kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans. We can’t wait to come back to Granbury - what a beautiful small town!

Six of us (adults) stayed at Bright n' Breezy for six nights over Thanksgiving. It was a little more rustic than we realized from the pictures, but it was a great place to stay. The neighborhood was very quiet. We had lots of room, it was super clean, the kitchen had tons of dishes, pans, silverware, casserole dishes, etc. Each of the three floors has its own thermostat, so those of us who like it cooler for sleeping could control that. All three showers offered shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Manager Chuck is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely book again!

We stayed 3 nights and it was plenty nice. This is an older lake house but worked for our group. Ample parking, quiet neighborhood, on the water, easy to get to and a quick 15 minute drive to Squaw Valley golf course. The downstairs bunk area accommodated our 4th couple but might have been a little cramped had it been an extended stay. Great communication with the owner.

Lots of space for mixing and mingling with friends. Our favorite part was the stone tanning patio/ledge located directly on the lake...beautiful, relaxing and perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Easy access to the town square shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

We had a mom/daughter weekend getaway staying at this beautiful house! It was 10 minutes from everything in Granbury. Wonderful communication and support from the owner. This was our second time staying here and we can’t wait to come back.

We enjoyed our Spring Break vacation at Bright n’ Breezy in Granbury very much. It is usually difficult for us to find a home that accommodates two families with enough beds and bedrooms for all the adults and teenagers, but this home was the perfect fit. All the boys had their own space in the bunk room downstairs and our daughter had her own bedroom with a queen bed. Each pair of adults had their own king bed and bedroom to themselves too. The living room had lots of space to spread out and enjoy watching TV or looking out at the lake. There was plenty of seating on the decks and balcony as well as down by the lakeshore. Being right on the water was terrific! We were able to cook many meals during our stay in the kitchen and we utilized the outdoor grill as well. There were plenty of glassware, dinnerware and utensils for our party of 9 to utilize without having to run a load in the dishwasher after every meal. The pool table was put to use almost every night too! The close proximity to restaurants and Historic Granbury Square is a plus for this home. We wish we could have stayed the full week! The hosts were quick to respond to our questions and were a pleasure to work with. We would certainly recommend Bright n’ Breezy as a place to stay for multiple families.

Loved this house! Worked great for three families to celebrate Thanksgiving. I think we used every item in the kitchen!!

A few life long friends get together once a year & Lake Granbury is a great location. This house had larger rooms & enough beds & bathrooms for 7 of us. The homeowner asked for feedback & the 3 (small) things we suggested he said he would get on it asap. He was very nice & responsive. Easy booking & easy check in & out. We would definitely rent this house again!

Recently booked for my daughters wedding. Beautiful lakefront property. Great layout, high end furnishings and linens, stocked with everything you could possibly need. Excellent communication with instructions . Perfect for family gatherings and plan to book again for the Christmas holidays.

The property is not good for children and teens or older adults. Needs to be represented that way. Landscaping should be done to allow for views of lake and pathways to lake! No activities on property, no lawn, can’t dock boat, boat house dangerous around it, and access to lake bad. We’ve stayed many years in Granbury and worst accommodations for family yet. The house is decorated beautifully but this is not a location for family to enjoy because property does not lend itself to that! Especially for the price! I would sale this is a house only property!

Our family stayed at this beautiful home for our daughter's wedding weekend. The home was clean and well appointed and the host did an amazing job with communication. The only issue was problems with the AC. The host stayed in contact and tried his best to remedy the situation as soon as possible, which was greatly appreciated.

Great experience! Would rent again. Lots of space for family to spread out and to gather together. Bottom/basement floor was great for our 4 teens to have their own space. Communication with owner was great and he was very available to take care of all our needs.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was as advertised on VRBO. Their were 12 ladies staying together at the house and the living room was our gathering place for conversation. The only complaint we had was not having a bathroom in the bunk room and having to go up the stairs to the bath at the end of kitchen. Overall we would all give this property a 5 star rating.

The house exceeded our expectations. Everything you might possibly need to use was right at our fingertips! Communication with the host was excellent. We enjoyed the local sights and restaurants, especially Stumpy’s! Swimming from the rock patio was easy and convenient. A great place to relax and unwind!

Beautiful lakefront property that’s been nicely updated. We had a group of 11 and we’re very comfortable. Kids ranging from ages 7 to 16 and all loved the basement almost as much as the Adults did. Great layout for spreading out. All of the Adults commented on how comfortable the mattresses were to the point I had to ask the Owner where they got them. Location is close to Glen Rose for exploring and downtown Granbury. Owner was very accommodating and we would definitely rent again. Thank you for a wonderful time.

All the bunk beds in the bottom floor were perfect for the teens to have their own place. Main level bedroom fo those who don’t handle stairs well. The top floor two bedrooms, perfect. Pool table and bar added more entertainment. Perfect weather for fishing as well!

It was a perfect house for our family of 8. We had our own space if wanted and space to be All together! Beautifully renovated!

The spotless state of the home coupled with the bright, white bedding and towels indicated great attention to detail. The beds and seating areas were comfortable. We felt very relaxed in the space which can sometimes be hard to achieve in rental properties.The kids loved the bunk room and the adults loved having them contained to a safe and spacious area for them to relax and play. The home also had a sizeable paved driveway and carport that was a great space for the kids to scooter and throw the football.We enjoyed several of the outdoor living spaces, especially at the waterfront where fishing, lounging and play in the lower yard could take place simultaneously. We also appreciated the available fire pit which we used a couple times for s'mores.The kitchen was stocked to easily meet our needs and we liked the proximity to downtown Granbury for ordering food. The coordinated decor and added touches on the home made it clear that the property is well-cared-for. The owner was very responsive to the questions I sent prior to and during our stay. We couldn't have been happier with our visit!

We loved staying at this house! We had 12 women there for a girls weekend and it was the perfect amount of space. It is very well kept. Comfortable beds and bedding. Had all the kitchen cookware we needed plus more! Lots of cute mugs for hot chocolate or coffee and cute platters and bowls for entertaining! So many areas to comfortably all be together and we especially loved hanging out by the lake while eating snacks and enjoying the beautiful weather. Host was very accommodating and very responsive. The list of things to do before leaving are super easy and simple. I've been to some houses where I felt like I was the house keeper doing all the work, but this is not like that, just simple quick task. Granbury itself was so fun and we enjoyed downtown. I would definitely go to this house again in the future! Thanks for an awesome relaxing, worry free weekend!

This was a beautiful house. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The husbands enjoyed fishing and us wives enjoyed the deck and the couch time.

We stayed here while waiting to move into a new home. House was well stocked and very comfy. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the it was. The seating area at the lake is very nice! Surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. Great location close to everything in Granbury.

We had a blast. Absolutely fantastic. The location and privacy of the lake area was relaxing and we really enjoyed the property. The bottom floor is the perfect hangout for kiddos. The only recommendation I would have to improve the property would be to add locks on the bathroom doors.
