I really liked everything. It's a downtown hotel so one would expect some noise. The area around the hotel is very quiet at night however. I was happy to be on the second floor as there is no elevator. Good value, nice staff.

Great location, very nice rooms with comfortable beds and strong AC, wonderful breakfast, and helpful staff. It was just the comfort and luxury we needed after a trip to Punta Gallinas. We would definitely stay again!
It doesn’t have any communal space other than the breakfast area which is also a cafe that is open to the public. Traveling as a family it would have been nice to have communal space. But this wouldn’t stop us from staying there again.

The hotel is in a very central location, within a short walk from the beach, main square, etc.
This was our 2nd stay as we came back from a tour in Guajira
The hotel facilities are very good. The staff is very friendly, room is very clean, and they offer a good breakfast. They also kept our luggage safe while we went on tour. So the hotel is really a great base!
Now, Riohacha is a very noisy place, with locals partying until very late and then no one cares if they have a religious procession at 4:30am or someone doing works to the building until late night. This is not the hotel's fault but you must know it is hard to have a quiet night

Excellent location, what you see online is what you get.
At 5 AM neighbours started to play very loud music. Although this wasn't the hotel's fault, we had to ask the receptionist to call the police after half an hour. They could have been more proactive on the matter.

Astrid the receptionist was magnificent, the room was very clean and fresh, breakfast was delicious. I do recommend this hotel i will go again myself with my family.

Located near the beach, governmental facilities, shops, drugstores. It's very comfortable, specially for a business trip.
The downside is that you can hear a lot of honking because of the busy streets
