Condo was well appointed in a great location. Internet was glitchy. But, host was responsive and no need for it much anyway as there is so much to see and do!

A beautiful condo in a cute area. Some local stores within walking distance, including a movie theater, wine bar, salon, and multiple little shopping spots. A quiet stay with some surprises in the home. Overall, a wonderful visit that we would definitely plan again!

Nice comfortable 2 bedroom condo with a lovely balcony. It was clean and easy to access. Indoor garage was great. The beds were a bit soft but otherwise fiine.

Great location, comfortable and clean

No entry fob or code so got locked out and had to enter through garage. Live vacation rentals, have used them all over the world. Never have they not had the basics for at least a 24 hour period: coffee, sugar, creamer, evoo, tea, crackers, cookies, etc. NO Welcome Packet: how to use tv, favorite dining, hikes, experience, etc. We always read them cover to cover.

The condo was clean but quite a few stains on the carpet. There was no fob to enter the apartment from sidewalk level. We had to walk in and out of the underground garage. Spent about 20 minutes with the property management to find out that the fob had been missing for a while. My instructions told me I was responsible for it and would owe a fee if not returned. People who live at this condo building said we weren't supposed to be parking in the garage. They said we were supposed to be parking out in the lot with a placard in our windshield. Other than these issues it was a nice condo and nice area. Property management was very responsive and helpful.

Beds were comfy, large clean bathrooms (3!), kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Super nice to have a secure garage. We will be back.

Luxurious accommodations for our family. We got great indoor parking in the winter, close to Starbucks and beautiful down town coeur d'alene.

Wow such a beautiful place! We came for a wrestling tournament in town and couldn’t wait to leave the tournament to come back and just hang out. Close walk to all kinds of food, wine, movie theater, etc, etc. Rooms were big and comfy kitchen was amazing. We will definitely come again!

The condo is nice, and the location is good.

Loved the location! Close to Lake, restaurants, biking trails, resort, downtown, interstate and many rental companies and golf courses. Check in and check out simple procedures. Clean UNTIL the day we were leaving my husband found a previous tenant’s underwear (Gross)! We really didn’t have a way to enter building to walk outside without going through the garage (no fob for man door due to sale of condo). That was at times inconvenient. The window above glared the hot sun in the afternoon which made it unbearable to sit at table. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms/bathrooms were very nice.

Great rental

We really liked the location that was close to so many restaurants in Riverstone, and the Spokane River itself. The Centennial Bike & Pedestrian Path takes you straight to downtown Coeur d'Alene as well (around 3 miles). The condo is well furnished and comfortable, too. Only small complaint was the lack of helpfulness by the owners when we had an issue that Vacasa couldn't take care of. It had to do with the inability to access the complex from the common door. It ended up being a very easy fix that took five days to address.

This was a wonderful stay for our party of 4 adults. The condo was beautiful and met our needs perfectly. Situated in a great location, we were right above food, shopping and entertainment. Would stay here again if available on our next visit.

The condo is in a great sport for relaxant enjoying the beautiful views. We will be back next year.

Home was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Would stay here again without question. The location was perfect. Close to a beautiful fountain, many shops and restaurants.

The bed in the master bedroom was one of the most comfortable beds we had ever slept in. Wanted to find out what brand it was. Melted in the mattress and down pillows.

Condo was clean and as described! More details/directions to the underground parking garage would have been helpful, also clear location of key fob in unit (we were not able to locate) and had to walk through the garage door. All shops and restaurants within complex were great! We will stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay. The many walking trails and amenities close by, in addition to a very clean and well furnished condo, makes for a fabulous home away from home.

I loved that it was clean, it had a lovely big tub, a nice balcony to sit out and enjoy, and very quiet!

Super nice area. The home was nice, clean and new. The picture didn't do it justice. I with I knew the K-cups I brought wouldn’t work for the Type of coffee pot they had. Thank goodness for the coffee shop downstairs.

Everything about this place was great. However I was disappointed when I went to take a shower there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner. I expect these things to be there and don't travel with my own. There was a blow-dryer but no iron.
