Great amenities and beautiful place. Was able to walk to Mardi Gras world for a concert. Great location!!

Location is good - easy walk to all things in the Quartet. Because unit opens to the street sidewalk it is noisy for anyone sleeping on the sleeper sofa in living room. Place was very well stocked, very clean, and well finished. Only complaint is the beds are not very comfortable. But for 3 nights it was fine and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We celebrated our 32nd Anniversary with our son and his wife. Great location, especially if you are interested in going to Harrah's Casino. Great food within walking distance, " Bittersweet Confections " and "Cochon Butcher " are two places we enjoyed. Would definitely love to stay here again!

The property was gorgeous! It was decorated for a feel of comfort and succeeded. We stayed 5 nights. The beds are very cozy and the bedrooms are so quiet, lending to a good night’s rest after walking around and eating great food all day. Two of us who like to walk found it a nice distance to walk from the hubbub of the French Quarter; the other two preferred a short ride share trip. It was nice to have coffee and water provided as well as some snacks. It is located on the street, which we preferred for ease of coming and going. Some reviews said the street traffic is loud. You can hear people walking by, but we spent most days out and about. At night, as I stated it was super quiet to sleep (when waking up we couldn’t tell what time it was without looking at a clock!). Communication with the property manager was great. Didn’t need much bc they provided ample info before checkin and we didn’t have any problems to report. We would definitely stay at this property again! Thanks so much!

The Bordeaux was the perfect place to stay! Within walking distance of everything and easy access to the building. We were greeted with a welcome basket of New Orleans treats and a note and the building was so clean! My husband and I and our friends were very pleased with the entire stay! 11/10!

We spent 4 nights during a summer heat wave and had a fabulous time. The condo was well cooled, very clean and comfortable. It is centrally located for things we went to do (eat well, ride the St. Charles line, WWII museum, Aquarium and more food. It’s a hike to canal street for the obligatory French Quarter walk through, which we did a couple of times. We all felt that we would stay there again. We kept car parked in a nearby public lot and took it out Saturday evening through our Monday morning stay since there is free street parking Sunday and also in evening. We had a couple of breakfasts in the condo and found we needed more than the sampling of sugar that is provided. Olive oil salt and pepper is available. If you want to cook, take or buy supplies.

We found the building to be charming and comfortable in a great neighborhood! The lobby was beautiful and was always clean! The building always smelled good and the room was SPOTLESS! Highly Recommend this rental!

A great place to stay in the center of the city!

Property was very clean well equip, and in a very nice location. Walking distance to Bourbon St., a convenience store, shopping and quite a few nice bar and restaurants.

The apartment is really spacious and has everything you need to stay in NOLA. Plus, the location is ideal for walking everywhere from the hip warehouse district, art district or even to the French Quarter. There is also an amazing grocery store a few blocks away to stock up on supplies.

Fantastic luxury rental in great location within walking distance to everything. This is our second time staying in this property and we will visit again. Beautiful and very well maintained. Management team is very professional, helpful, and prompt to reply. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful property in a great location. Within walking distance to many places and adjoining an awesome restaurant. What was not mentioned in the listing is it is street level so you do hear street noise. We loved the property though as it has 2 super comfortable bedrooms which are very quiet and dark. Great for sleeping! Its also beautifully decorated. We never got the car out of the parking garage and walked everywhere including the quarter and the WW2 Museum.

Located in the arts/warehouse district within walking distance of the Quarter and other downtown attractions. Perfectly charming and super clean with easy access right from the street. I will be staying here again during my next visit to the Big Easy. Highly recommended - five stars! And don't miss the beignets @ Cafe du Monde!

This property was amazing! We have zero complaints and really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I stayed here for a trip to NOLA and found it a great home base for exploring everything the city offers. It's in the Warehouse District (safe and pretty quiet), and roughly a mile to the French Quarter and 2 miles to the heart of the Garden District and Magazine Street...conveniently located between the two areas. We pretty much walked everywhere, but Uber rides were easy enough to get, too. The apartment itself is very nice...my kids said "whoooaaa" when we first walked in, which is always a good sign. And the communication with the property managers was excellent. Definitely recommended unless you want to be right in the middle of the French Quarter.

When I chose this place it really looks nice from the pictures. But when we arrived at the condo it blew our minds. It was beyond what we thought it would be! The condo was really nice and the host gave us a list of different places to go to eat and detailed suggestions on where they liked. I would definitely recommend booking with New Orleans Luxury Rentals and their properties. You get exactly what you thought you were going to get. I will always try to book with them if I'm ever in the New Orleans, Louisiana area

Great place to stay. The apartment was clean and in order. The decor was very modern and beautiful. My 4 year old had loads of fun being there. He enjoyed being a big boy in the fancy showers too! The place is cozy and inviting. Location was perfect for my family. Most of what we went to see was walking distance. There’s also a grocery store 7 mins walk which was phenomenal. The location is excellent. 10/10. Thanks again for the stay.

We attended a conference while in NOLA. This apartment was the perfect location for walking to the conference center as well as food and entertainment. It was a short Uber ride to the French Quarter. The beds were super comfy and the apartment was very well appointed with high end amenities. We will definitely be back.

One of the most incredible beautiful properties you can stay when visiting New Orleans. the room are always top notch! Location is excellent close to the French Quarter, the casino is a block away! With incredible restaurants just blocks away. You might even run into Celebrity Chef Emeril on the block! The only place I always stay when visiting New Orleans! The staff is always available to answer any of your questions!

Enjoyed everything

This property was absolutely perfect for our group. It was as advertised, clean, spacious, and decorated with great vibes all throughout the apartment. It was located in a nice part of town, walking distance to a lot of attractions. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect place for a quick trip to NOLA, although I would recommend it more for a party of all adults. The location and being a sidewalk entry unit wasn’t ideal for small children, although we had no issues with a nine and eleven year old. Very clean, very receptive and helpful host, and all amenities were complete and included. Overall a terrific experience.

Everything about this rental was great! It was super close to everything and the added amenities are wonderful. The restaurant next door was really good as well. Getting in was easy and the unit is very spacious. I would add darker shades to the windows since the couch can let out into a bed. Just for that person to feel more comfortable and private. You can see in the windows a little. Other than that it's a great rental property and I would definitely recommend it to others and stay again myself.
