The house is so well set up for a group of friends! Multiple comfy twin beds throughout as well as a few private rooms. Master br is excellent. Gorgeous backyard. But it was Daniel, the host, that made the stay for our group. Excellent recs on everything and very invested in us having a good time!

We really enjoyed staying at Daniel’s spot with a group of 19. The backyard was perfect for getting in some sun and pool time, and the house fit us all comfortably. Daniel was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. I’d recommend this stay to others looking to stay in Austin!

This was the perfect house for our group celebrating a bachelor party with 17 guys. Daniel, the host, was very helpful and ensured we'd have a great time while visiting Austin. The house is awesome with a new pool and putting green, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for the whole group. If we were planning another bachelor party I think we would book this exact house because it has everything you need and is close enough to the city for an easy uber/lyft ride.

Amazing Experience
Daniel was just an absolute incredible host. Everything was set up how he said it would be and the property had everything we needed. It was clean, welcoming, and Daniel made the check in process fool proof. When Daniel realized the pool wasn't going to be ready in time for us to enjoy, he provided us with more putters for the putting green, which he didn't have to do. Daniel is what hosts should strive to be like and I highly recommend this property. Communication was swift and he always replied to my messages.

Amazing property manager
There were a few hiccups with construction going on but the host, Daniel, could not have been more amazing! He is super personable and did everything he could to make our stay the best it could be. The house inside was also so spacious and all 20 of us felt comfortable sleeping and having plenty of room inside! I highly recommend his place!

Had a group of 13 stay here and there was plenty of room for everyone! The property owner/manager was very good at communicating with me from the time i booked until the time we checked out. I will stay here again if we ever come back to the area!

The house was perfect for our family weekend. It was easy to get all around Austin from the house. Daniel was the perfect host. Highly recommend if you need a large house with tons of space!

Comfortable house for large Groups
Came to Austin for a buddies bachelor party and stayed at Dan’s house with 9 other guys. Perfect location, less than a 10 minute cab ride from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown Austin. We also never felt cramped in the house as all 10 of us had plenty of space. Dan was a phenomenal host right away. There was a blown fuse the second day we were there that caused the AC to go out, but Dan was completely responsive and arranged for an electrician to come to the house first thing Saturday morning to fix it. Not only that, but he also bought us lunch as a token of appreciation. Overall Dan is a great host and is very easy going, I’d recommend this house to anyone staying in Austin with a large group.

Daniel was an amazing host! He was very accommodating and responsive for me and my party of 16. He was nearby in the event we needed anything. The house was very clean and spacious and there was room enough for everyone to sleep and be comfortable.

The house was nice - actually looks like the pictures as advertised. I've been fooled by photogenic properties before, and that was not the case here. Lots of room and everything we needed. Really appreciated the property manager being ready to help with anything we needed!

Very nice!
This was such a great and spacious place! The beds were all very comfortable, even the pull outs!! It’s very close to the airport and only like 10-15 min away from some of our main attractions. Only minor minor downside was that many various outlets did not work, mainly in the bathrooms! Such a great stay.

Amazing trip
Daniel was absolutely WONDERFUL to us! Due to most things being closed because of COVID, Daniel was so amazing with giving ideas and updates on things to do! We had a group of 14 and slept so comfortably! It’s a super spacious, updated house with everything you need! We will definitely book again here!

Very comfortable house
This house was great for our group. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked out well, as the kid's took the upstairs master bedroom. Easy access to locations in central Austin and a great home owner made our experience wonderful.
