Terrible Internet, the worst in our 2 month travel.

The room was really big and had a balcony which was a bonus. Lovely restaurant on site with really good food - and they have the most amazing cakes too. Breakfast was also very good with warm fresh rolls, and the interior of the restaurant and breakfast are very beautiful. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk down to the town, and you can walk down via the water cascade park which is unique.

The location was ideal for us, as it was close to hiking trails. Lovely food and outside patio. The room was very large, so great for us and our baby.

A little bit far from the center but almost in the forest; so excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff, very good dinner and probably one of the best breakfasts!

This hotel was a stop off on our way to Italy.. absolutely fantastic, so clean and comfortable and the food was amazing. Special mention to Adelina who helped us choose favourites off the menu and drinks for us, she really made the night in the restaurant. All the staff were lovely, a hi from the chef on the way in to a hello from the cleaner on the way out.. brilliant place to stay.

This hotel is just amazing. The location was great, away from all traffic noice the only thing you can hear is the birds chirping. The Staff are amazing and so friendly and are a credit to the hotel. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable and mine had a balcony. The evening meal was (Steak) was delicious and cooked to perfection. Breakfast was good and overall the hotel was fantastic value for money.

The property is ideal for a quick stopover. We obviously stayed at the right time as we were able to eat outdoors in the garden. The hotel also has plenty of facilities indoors. The staff were courteous and attentive and we found the food (although not many choices) was enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and very clean.

The hotel appeared to be a good distance from the local amenities situated on the outskirts of the town.

the location is great! we wanted to go on walks and take the train up to the Merkur. It is a short drive to the downtown area, and there are plenty of parking garages. the hotel had an awesome breakfast.

the beds could have been more comfortable, but that is German issue, not the hotel's fault.

Comfortable, quiet room, very friendly staff and great food in the evening and at breakfast. Secure parking Walking from the door. Bus stops at the bottom of the drive which takes you straight into Baden Baden. There is a funicular railway 5 mins walk from the hotel that takes you up the mountain. Where you can get great view and a very nice restaurant open all day until 930pm

Lack of amenities, no slippers, reception close at 7PM l, the road to the hotel is very dark at night, putting a light on the road would be great for visitors.

The rooms are very spacious and the beds super comfy. Staff are very welcoming and it was easy to reserve a table to dinner. The breakfast is very good, with a cooked option and plentiful buffet. Parking is easy as they have a large car park. We have stayed here several times now and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Baden Baden. We usually eat at the restaurant too, the food is always good and service swift. Nice walk around the local area in the forest or by the funicular railway.

Beautiful setting and cozy dining room. We loved the food! usually German good is a bit bland but I was so impressed!! Both the dinner and the cakes too. super friendly staff, and clean rooms and hotel area. We also liked waking in the surrounding area (e.g. to visit the wild animal enclosures)

located in the trees above Baden-Baden with a direct connection to hiking trails on the Merkur hill. Large room with a very spacious bath room and shower. Excellent dinner available

Location is perfect. Restaurant proposes very tasty food. Stuff is very friendly. Room is big, clean, with all necessary stuff. Parking quite big. Would like to come back in spring/summer
