Nothing to dislike

This hotel is a beautiful rustic facility with classy decor. I love that it’s not too big of a hotel. The breakfast is on another level- coffee, OJ, eggs, toast, granola and yogurt. The service provided by staff was exceptional as well. We had to leave our luggage because our flight was in the afternoon and it was no problem. Next time I come to Asuncion, I will definitely be staying here.

I went with my partner for one night to celebrate our anniversary. The staff was nice and tried to help. The hotel itself is beautiful and so are the rooms.

The hotel doesn't have much to do inside. The area is a pretty doll, there is no Sauna, Spa, or other facilities that I would expect to have in similar hotels. Also, it's a fancy hotel, and cost a nice amount of bucks per night, but you don't get anything else besides that. I think that serving the rooms fresh clean and free jars of water will be a great addition and great customer service. Furthermore- Having cooperation with the business around the hotel in order to create attractions and interest, could make this hotel shine as it should.

Best hotel in Asuncion The breakfast is amazing. The location, close to business center but on a quiet street. Close to Parque de Salud for a morning run. The size of the rooms.

This hotel is a stand out, and possibly, a reason to visit Paraguay. Helpful and friendly staff at all positions in the hotel. Rooms are very big and great decor. Really lovely hotel and happy memories.

Everything is excellent.

the most fascinating hotel we have ever stayed at. it’s an incredible building filled with really quirky details. the staff were great - helped with city visit and taxi to airport including arranging an early breakfast. dinner one night was the best we’ve had for ages. room was comfortable (a bit dark though) and the gym was pretty good. loved breakfast on a tray.

the pool area was beautiful- we even saw a hummingbird, but not a sunbathing area as lots of shade. not an issue for us but worth pointing out.

I have no words to describe how good the stay at Factoria was. Suffice it to say that I booked the hotel only for one night and wished I could stay the whole week. I am looking forward to coming back.

relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, good food

breakfast was very good, quality products. The only problem was that the only one waiter was spaking english, one was understands and another one at all! The hotel decoration is very nice and special; the garden gives a plus; as we stayed in several rooms , all of them were really confortable ! A pleasure.

Incredibly friendly staff — great location (near 2 malls and lots of restaurants) — hotel design and styling is unique and stunning — if I ever make it back to Asunción, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else — hotel is amazing

By far the best hotel in Paraguay. The place is really charming. the staff is really friendly and responsive. I’ve been treated like a king. I’ll be back for my next stay in Asunción.
