There wasn't enough toilet paper provided. The kitchen wasn't well stocked. The bathroom trash cans, and garage refrigerator were filthy. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out and beautiful views from the porches. The upper porch railing is a bit wobbly. Overall, everyone enjoyed the house. We would consider this property for our next reunion. Thank you.

Great view and location for any trip.

Third year in a row, we stayed at this property for a golf weekend. Clean house, great location on the country club course, great Wi-Fi. The host had great communication. Would definitely recommend for any trip!

This is a beautiful home with more room than you can imagine. It has both a lower walk out patio and upper level deck. Extremely clean. Ambience is restful yet also nice for children to play. Kitchen is fully outfitted. Beautiful deck view over hole number 17 of the country club. Only one negative comment. Outdoor garbage can was awful but only a problem when I threw garbage bags in to it! Can't wait to rent again.

We spent a ton of time hanging out on the deck and hiking the nearby nature trails!

This is our second time staying out the house on the Country Club course. Brandon was once again get to deal with booking the house. The house was prefect for 11 guys on a 3 day 72 hole golf outing. Perfectly located for all of the course. The house clean and is everything you could want. The group has already decide we will booking again for next year with Brandon. Very conveniently located close to all amenities Bella Vista and the surrounding area has to provide. Beds are very comfortable, host is very accessible, roomy, and great outdoor deck overlooking Country Club golf course tee box #16. We had 6 men staying 4 days playing golf and it met all our needs. Look forward to staying there again next year.

Great house for our group of 11 golfers. Lots of room and comfortable beds. Kitchen worked great for cooking all of our meals. Only one suggestion, get a new grill, we love to grill out, that grill needs replaced. Will definitely rent again.

Wonderful location with a beautiful view of the golf course. We comfortably slept 6 adults and 3 children. We were the meeting house for our family reunion and were able to feed and entertain 27 family members easily. Would love to stay here again.

Potential to be better than it already is. Beautiful house with a convenient location. The house was clean and well suited for our crowd of 13. Easy to make child friendly adjustments to decor. Bring your baby gate if you have a baby. Critique/Suggestions. * Owner was very responsive to communications but then appeared to disappear on check-in day - learned that was because they were working their full time job and was unaware of my message earlier in the AM on that date. However, they did answer their phone and we were able to address the issues that were causing some last minute stresses. * Pool access was absolutely a deciding factor in choosing this property and the Pool Pass process left much to be desired - partly because of the POA that owns the process and partly because the property owner did not follow up in a reasonable time after the request was made to make sure that it was followed through on. A third person we did not have access to was handling the request and did not follow up so even though a list of guests was provided weeks in advance, we still did not know if the guest passes would be waiting for us on the day of check-in and when we went to pick them up we had no idea of the name that they would be under. The POA website does not mention this, but apparently a hold up was they wanted names and home city information for all persons and that was not communicated back to us until the day of check-in as only names and relationship to renter were provided. * Refrigerators were not cleaned out of spoiled food. Having to deal with someone else's leftover and spoiling food upon arrival sets a negative tone from the start. * Grill has large amount of grease drippings inside bottom and flamed up quickly. Needs thorough cleaning. * Deck (effectively second floor level above ground) needs maintenance, some of the balusters (vertical boards) are not firmly secure so a young child grabbing them and rocking against them could fall through. * Master BR Ceiling Fan needs to be fixed. * Information on website and in check-in message is not consistent (check-in time for instance). * A cheat sheet for how to operate multimedia equipment as well as what equipment does not work would be helpful as would labels on remotes pairing them to the device they control would be a nice touch. Controllers found on walls do not appear to work and a note to that effect or a resolution would give back time spent trying to get them to work.

Had a 3 day golf tournament with 8 guys from KC. This house was perfect!! Plenty of room, great deck and patio. Perfect location minutes away from all the golf courses. Brandon and Adam were so easy to work with during the booking. Couldn’t have gone better!!! Outstanding!!! Tim
