Breakfast was lovely and my mum was fully catered for being a coeliac. The location was lovely with plenty of places to walk around the property and was located well for exploring.

Bespoke to our requests in dietary requirements, quality of ingredients, to order, perfectly cooked and an all round tick.

Vivienne was a marvellous, warm welcoming host . The breakfasts she cooked were so well presented and tasted every bit as good as they looked..having used quality produce and offered so much choice. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the decor throughout very tasteful. Very comfortable bed which made for a good nights sleep in such a fantastic, quiet rural location .

Rural location very pleasant and close to good pubs and dining. Greeted by Vivienne on arrival. Clean, spacious and airy room. Bed very comfortable. Really good breakfasts served . Good base to explore the Broads

Vivienne, the host, very friendly, welcoming and gave plenty of information about the local area with recommendations for ‘eating out’ in the evenings. Breakfast(s) were substantial, delicious and perfectly cooked! Great choice of ingredients to tempt the palate. Overall, Willow Barn is the ideal location to stay, has great facilities, with a most comfortable bed in the room we were allocated.

Absolutely nothing to dislike! We will book this B&B again in the future, without any hesitation.

Beautifully situated with lovely views over the garden from the bedrooms and useful table and chairs on the patio just outside. The weeping willow tree (a favourite!) in the entrance by a pond was charming and the whole embience made it all very relaxing. The bedrooms were a good size, as were the showerooms. The breakfast area was spacious and full of light overlooking more garden, and the breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. Our host was so accommodating and it was nice to chat to her as she cooked the breakfast.

The only snag was that there were no drawers at all. Fine for just B & B but we had already been in transit for five days and would have liked to really unpack before moving on again!

The location was fab, quiet but so close to everything. The room was lovely with a very comfortable huge bed. Breakfast was amazing with everything you could wish for and I am a vegetarian but still had cooked breakfast with veggie sausage. Would definitely visit again.

Vivienne’s breakfasts were amazing and my wife’s gluten free options were excellent.

Vivienne was a very special host. The breakfasts were of a standard that you get in the top restaurants in Dubia. The barn rooms were designer quality & of a high standard of cleanliness. Beautiful B&B in fabulous countryside. Vivienne was a great, helpful host who made the most amazing breakfasts. Covid safe. Super clean with stunning bedrooms and gorgeous ensuite. Glass door from the bedroom that lead us out to pretty garden with bistro table and chairs. Lots of walks to do from your door step and close to the Broads and Gastro Pubs. Definitely go back.

We liked everything. It was perfect.

The accommodation was perfect - good size room, excellent show and bathroom plus a private outside space in which to relax in the sunshine. The garden is huge and a delight to explore. It as also a great location for visiting the gardens and Broads of Norfolk.

A fantastic location within the wonderful Norfolk countryside. The outside space is fantastic and very peaceful. Quality of the room and it’s cleanliness was faultless.

The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The bed was a nice feature, and was extremely comfy and snug. The facilities in the room were very well thought out, and the fresh milk delivery in the mornings was a unique touch. The consideration around safety at this current time was exceptional. Masks were worn in the common areas, and Vivienne ensured there was adequate spacing between people. There were plenty of hand sanitiser dispenser’s everywhere, and everything was wiped down behind you.

There is nothing to dislike with this property, it was simply perfect

Beautiful room, loved the decor. Bed was very comfortable. En suite facilities great... my husband loves a bath, I prefer showers... we got both. Fantastic selection of fresh foods available for breakfast. Meeting Tara, the beautiful black labrador :) Covid precautions in place and adhered to. Thank you for a lovely stay.
