Residence was clean, fresh, secure, great location and has a pool and A/C AND soft, fluffy towels!

Not a “dislike” but for people to be aware, the residence is self-catering; so apart from a few basic toiletries, you need to supply everything.

The accommodation was very comfortable and the air conditioning was a real benefit in the crazy heat. The pool was the perfect size for our 3 year old.

new, clean and very simple (in a good way). we got a room just in front of the pool - great access. the bed was excellent and Stephanie in the reception was really nice.

pool area was not that suitable for kids.

It was very nice and clean apartment with great balcony for our toddler. If they would give us the apartment which I originally booked I would give them 10 stars and come back because we are driving to this region twice a year. After this negative experience at the beginning of our stay I can’t do that.

When we arrived we were shocked. We didn’t get the apartment we booked but room made for handicapped person. Which is definitely not suitable at all for a toddler to reach everything. After complain they changed the apartment within an hour which was nice. They said that they won’t charge us for our toddler but I think only because they wanted to put us into that apartment which you can’t even find on booking or their website. Don’t understand why they would put people with no handicap into that apartment. I felt offended. Maybe because I am not French.

all in all a good experience

somebody should set up the tv-set correctly. no use for a smart-TV when ‚smart‘-functions aren‘t available
