We came into town to host to a wedding at Bryton Barn. Communication was amazing with Jeremiah and neat suites. Having this location only 7 mins away and an awesome outdoor area to relaxin in really helped to make this busy weekend enjoyable!

This house was just what we needed. It was cozy for family but it worked and was functional and nicely decorated. Close to everything and easily accessible

The house is extremely convenient to the interstate. Beds & pillows are great, kitchen well stocked, TV & living area comfortable & set up well for viewing the TV. Just a few issues: (1) coffee grounds were left in the coffee pot, (2) found a dried-up eaten apple core under the couch when I was doing exercises, (3) when I stripped the bed, I noticed that the mattress pad was stained. The bed needs a new pad. (4) the washing machine had mold in the detergent dispenser. Cleaning services should clean out the mold. The dispenser & door to the washing machine should be left open when there are no clients in the house. This will allow the washing machine to smell clean & prevent mold from growing. Again, we enjoyed our stay & we would greatly recommend this house to other clients.

We loved the decor and hominess of this cute property. It provided great access to Ark Encounter and Creation Museum which is why we came. It is located close to some busy roads however, so if you are looking for an out of the way stay , this is not it. The check in and out was very easy. I did notice a smoke smell in the home right away as I am sensitive to this. The property manager offered to bring in a machine to try to help with this, but we didn't take him up as we were in and out so much. The property is not a 2 bath, but a

The house was very clean which is a huge deal for me as I stay in VRBOs when I travel. The location to the Ark and Creation museum was convenient. The only downside was a lot of traffic on the little road and at times a little noisy. Other than that no issues. We enjoyed thoroughly our stay!

Very happy from the onset.....communication with the owner.....location....property was very clean......well stocked .......big surprise was the backyard and grill.....loved having the washer and dryer......rooms were spacious......enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Wish one of the 2 bedrooms had a King bed. They both have Queen beds but very comfortable.

Place is clean, very very close to Walmart to grab breakfast items and snack foods for later. Ark Encounter is also close by and so is Cincinnati where we went to the Butterfly conservatory after we were done with the Creation Museum. Only 30-45 mins depending on traffic. Beds were also comfortable and believe me I’m the worst when it comes to sleeping in strange beds. But I was able to sleep comfortably through the night.

This house was perfect. Near all the attractions we wanted to see. Soft decor and all necessary amenities. Plenty of towels and bedding to accommodate our party. Highly recommend.

Loved the property. Very,very clean. Convenient to the interstate. Accommodated 7 of us ,the owners had extra bedding and plenty of towels.We have rented many places but this one was really nicely stocked.Mr. Jeremiah Hines was a gracious host.Try Grandma's chocolate cake recipe listed on the kitchen wall 😋

The house was great! Everything was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. So close to the Ark Encounter and not too far away from the Creation Museum.

Modern Creation was the perfect place for us to crash after all the walking we did each day. Comfy bedding, cute decor and plenty of room for my family of 4. Loved our visit!

The house was cozy, clean and super comfy. Quiet neighborhood. Couldn't figure out how to start the dishwasher. So we just hand-washed dishes. The hot water is on demand, tankless. So, you don't have to worry about running out of hot water. The 1/2 bath off the kitchen made life convenient. House was stocked with necessities, coffee & sugar, oatmeal, toiletries and lots of towels and extra linens. Ark, Creation Museum & Cincinnati were all within an easy drive. We enjoyed every meal we had in the area. If you go to Cincinnati, you have to get the pastrami sandwich at Taft's Ale House.

My family and friends had an amazing time her,it was so cozy and comftarble,the furniture was beautiful,we saw snow for the first time over at the house and it’s a memory we will keep thank you god bless!:)

Our family consists of mom and dad, son and daughter-in-law and 5 year old granddaughter. There was a roll out bed in each bedroom which was perfect for my granddaughter. This house was charming and everything was updated beautifully! The house is even more stunning in person than the pictures, so much attention to detail! Everything was provided for us and very clean! We had everything that we could ask for in this house and we enjoyed our stay! We also changed dates and Jeremiah was so accommodating and we truly appreciate your hospitality Jeremiah - Thank you so much and we will definitely book with you again when we are in the area!

Our family stayed here for two nights. The house is very well-done as far as decor, furniture, and amenities are concerned. Very tasteful decor, comfortable furniture, and everything we needed in the kitchen. It was wonderful having nice quality pans and dishes to use! There were so many thoughtful touches, such as bedside phone chargers and curtains that could block out light. Plenty of places to sit, tv worked perfectly, air conditioning was a nicely upgraded system, etc. Very clear instructions for check in and check out, and a helpful app with dining and entertainment suggestions. Our kids range in ages from 4-17, and they all commented on how classy the decor was. We will definitely share this rental opportunity with others! Thank you!

Have never rented a house for vacation and did not know what to expect. The house is exactly the way the pictures show it. The beds were comfortable, the wi-fi signal was just like home - fantastic, and the essentials (towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee and filters, etc...) were well stocked. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen has everything you need. A few more things, the area was extremely quiet at night and the house has security cameras outside to monitor the property. I had to contact the owner with a few questions and there was no problem getting a hold of him. They did a very nice job taking care of us.
