Não existem cadeiras disponíveis para Guest na praia e a piscina é toda ocupada por proprietarios que chegam cedo e jogam as toalhas nas cadeiras. Check in 4pm e check out 10am. Perdi 1 Dia de reserva. Não gostei e não irei novamente.

Location, cleanness, views, amenities beach access , checkin/out process was smooth and easy. Loved that prior to arriving was kept in the loop of rules, what to expect throughout the stay.

Once there it was difficult to speak to a person that is located on premises. I needed towels and for some reasons n, when I called I was directed to some call center then they had to order the towels. This process took 1 1/2 days to do. We had to use our dirty towels until we were provided with cleans ones. Every thing else was good.

I liked everything about it everything was amazing clean room and all🙌🏽

The room was nice but definitely needs a new bed. The mattress is so uncomfortable and seems old.

We liked how peaceful and safe it was. We also enjoyed how we had access to multiple places within the property such as both of the pools.

The only thing we didn’t like about it was the hot tub at our property wasn’t working and the tv was difficult to watch because the remotes weren’t working properly.

Bugs—roaches in kitchen, seen on three different occasions while cooking.

My husband and I stayed for 7 days I don’t like the fact that they only provide cleaning after checking out they only provide two trash bags four bath towels for two people for seven days. At the beach you are not allowed to put umbrella by the owners area, I just don’t get it if I rented the place I should be able to place my umbrella and chair by the owners area. And coffee mug was dirty I have to wash it but at least they provide us a small dish soap and dish sponge. After being at the beach all day even after washing off the sand on our body you still missed some of course and there’s no way to sweep the sand on the floor. We have to step on beach sand for the whole stay and believe me we tried not to drag the sand inside the condo I even put the bucket that they have in the bathroom by the door so that we can take off everything including sandals and put it in the bucket and straight jump in the shower to wash off the sand. They need to provide at least a sweeper and more towels especially if you’re staying for seven days.

The view, the location, the look of the place

The bed was VERY uncomfortable, it was hot in the room if you didn’t use the box fan

Proximity to the beach, access to the clubhouse and amenities, pools, beautiful view and outside furniture to enjoy it, decor, nice shower, nice table and chairs setups, the staff were amazing and helpful

The bed was squeaky. You couldn't move in the bed without it making a lot of noise. The squeaking bed made it hard to sleep.

Specs did not make it clear that all rooms were not beach front. Specific building should be allowed to be viewed/chosen for the stay.

Our view, the location, access to pools, and beach were exceptional. We never used the shuttle, but saw the shuttles running constantly and the drivers' interactions were fun and friendly. Our room was clean, quiet and the view was beautiful. We were pleased with the linens, extra towels, and small kitchen efficiencies. We would definitely stay at TOPS'L again.

The unit 807A could use a few furniture upgrades. The fabric side chairs and glass top table were not that comfortable. The bed springs were also very worn. Lastly, while at the Beach Manor pool on Thursday, I tried to help a Cleaning Attendant with the air conditioner inside it's clubhouse. She asked very politely because of how hot it was inside. I called the front office, was told someone would let Beach Manor know. No one came to assist. She finished in the heat. I asked her if she wanted a water, she was kind in saying she had some and thanked me again for trying to help her. We hope your staff of employees working to keep your first impressions and reviews immaculate are rewarded and recognized regularly.
