The house was clean upon arrival and exactly as shown in the listing. It was a very short walk to the kicking horse run and having the ski closet as well as hot tub were fantastic. The beds were comfortable. No complaints, would love to go back.

The location is beautiful. We found the house small for 5 adults in regards to the kitchen and living room. The hot tub didn't work and we asked for a refund but haven't received. The outlets in the loft area as well as the master bedroom tv didn't work but am hopeful they will for the next renters. The house allows pets so we found a lot of pet hair in the carpet and stuff under the bed from previous renters. However, we did contact the cleaning company and they were great about responding to our needs. For the price they are charging, we were expecting a cleaner and more spacious home where the amenities all worked. Although it was very cozy and had a very small patio in the back with no furniture there was a nice grill. We enjoyed the close proximity to hiking trails and beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable. If I could give it a 2.5 I would, it's not quite up to par but is a great location, just needs some TLC if they are wanting to charge the rental price they are charging.

Place was nice, smaller than what the pictures indicate. Hot tub was working and the kids enjoyed that very much. Overall, it was nice for the purpose of our weekend.

Great house with lots of space and in a good location

Enough rooms, bathrooms and space for everyone to enjoy family time and personal space. We rented for our daughters wedding and had multiple family members stay with us. there was plenty of room to make the dining room a makeshift beauty parlor the morning of the wedding and still have room for all the other family to do their thing. Beautiful wildlife everywhere and kind neighbors. Thank you for sharing your home.

Ideally located and great space for our family! Everyone was able to spread out and be comfortable. All of the necessities were there as well, including board games and all kitchen supplies for family nights in. Loved that it backed to open space for our dogs to hang out as well. Definitely on the list to visit again! Thank you for accommodating us!

Plenty of sleeping space. Well stocked kitchen. Gas fireplace. WiFi worked great. Short easy walk to catch the Kicking Horse lift at Granby Ranch. Garage space for one vehicle (must open garage door physically as there is no keypad or automatic opener) but for no larger than a regular mid-size SUV. We brought a Jeep Grand Cherokee and it barely fit in the garage. There is one space to the left of the garage that is supposed to be for this property in which a truck or larger SUV would fit. However the neighbors next door had parked in that space plus they had a 12-15 passenger van parked in the driveway so we were unable to use that designated parking space during our stay. These driveways are essentially 90 degree angle to each other so can be tricky with multiple and larger vehicles. We had some trouble with the hot tub but the property managers were quick to refund us for the hot tub fee so we were happy with their customer service. Would suggest they update the TVs so guests can log in to streaming services.

Our family was traveling with our family dogs. House was a little tired, but very understandable considering up to 4 dogs. Pictures make the rooms appear larger than they are. We were a family of 5, not sure how you would accommodate up to 11.

I would add a few nice features not listed:-Ski closet is heated and prefect for storing ski gear. Warm ski boots are always appreciated. -Kitchen has lots of equipment not listed, pots and pans, crock pot, blender, plates, silverware and baking dishes. This location allows you to use the pantry. Other places we’ve stayed don’t allow it because it’s used as an owners closet. -They also provided hotel style shampoo and soaps. Most places we rent don’t do that. While we didn’t use them, I thought it was a nice touch. -Being able to park in the garage is great! We had 8” of snow while we visited. Our car was spotless. A very nice feature when you come from Texas without an ice scraper in your rental car. -The heater works really well. It was a bit too hot even for us Texans. We turned it down to 68 and it was perfect. It’s is nice we could control the temp. Some places only allow it within a certain range. The only other thing I would add is it was about a 2 min walk to the slopes via the streets. Our group discussed if it was ski in/ski out. We determined it was since the walk is so short. I would have loved to have a note in the check-in instructions on the best ways to get to the slopes. Technically, you can go out the back and up hill but most of us couldn’t traverse the deep snow so we used the streets. Much easier and faster. Enjoyed our stay and we will return again.

The property was ok. Enough beds for everyone. The hot tub was filthy gross with green water. The bbq grill and the oven were both very dirty as well. Let the management company know so issues could be addressed. Overall, decent place to stay for 3 nights.

We had a great stay. Area was quiet. Cute little town.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice house and was thoroughly stocked. However, beware that as a renter the community pool is NOT available. Renters cannot make reservations to swim. We were told that only 32 people were allowed in the pool and we tried several times to take our girls. Understandable that during the COVID-19 pandemic they would limit the number of people. Each time we went there were maybe eight people, but we were told they had 32 reservations. The pool was one of the reasons we loved the area. Our girls were so disappointed. Also, too bad the restaurant at the base lodge was closed. We had enjoyed the food there the last time we visited. The girls did enjoy the nearby pond and one day we rented a boat on Lake Granby which was a blast! The golf course nearby was rough and in need of attention. Luckily our guys only paid $30 to play.

The home itself was great. Great space, beautiful views, very comfortable. The “premium clean” was less than subpar. Several of the dishes in the home were very dirty, high touch surfaces that were to be disinfected weren’t even lightly cleaned, so many crumbs on the table that it looked like it wasn’t even lightly brushed over, there was hair in the bath tub and a vape pen in the hot tub (that was also supposed to be cleaned and disinfected). If it wasn’t for those issues, I would give 5 stars because the house itself is beautiful. Because of the amount of cleaning that had to be done to use even just the table and counters, I had to give only 3.

The house is absolutely wonderful and exactly as described. Vacasa, however, was extremely difficult to work with. I was unable to get customer service on the phone as their hold times were over 2 hours. The owner of the property had also changed the lock without informing the company, so we had to wait outside for an hour for someone to let us in. Overall the house was great, but I do not think I will book with vacasa again.
