The property was clean and the staff were all very friendly. Quick walk to downtown, great location. Only concern was the size of the shower. I was not aware that this particular room was handicapped accessible which is fine, however the shower itself was very small.

The place was amazing! The pool and service were terrific. Would definitely stay here again.

I would rent this property again for sure

A few days prior to our scheduled arrival, we made several attempts to contact someone related to the property to inform them that I had tested positive for Covid and was unable to travel. We wanted to see if we could reschedule our trip. After speaking to several people from club Wyndham and another firm, we were told we needed to speak with the owner however, no one could provide any contact info. All we had was the owners name.

We had booked our reservation Feb 20 or 21st and two days before our reservation on March 25 or 26 we were sent an email that our reservation was changed and Saturday was no longer available to us and we could either be refunded that night or cancel the whole reservation. In looking at other areas for reservation for the three and one evening as options, there were multiple places that were over 2x as much as when I booked. We had people staying with us and reservations Saturday so this was a huge inconvienience to us and not only did we only get refunded of my original one night stay which was none of the fees that we had to pay for a room somewhere else but, we also had to pay extra fees to travel and valet the vehicle somewhere else 20 minutes away. The Margaritaville location is lovely and great! But the VRBO or whomever handled the changing of reservation two days before we were departing was not okay to us. We don’t intend to use the app again after this as there was nothing to help compensate for the change but a refund on a night which didn’t cover half of nearby hotels for that evening. Or fees. Or parking. Or commutes.

We had a great stay at Margaritaville. The only problem was the communication with the owner of our condo. They split our 5 day reservation into 2 separate reservations without telling us. And each time we had to contact the owner or property manager to release the property into our name. The hotel was ready to kick us out because they had no record of our reservation. It finally came after our constant emails to VRBO and everything worked out but it was very inconvenient!
