We stayed in the upstairs unit. It had everything that was needed. The view is gorgeous can not beat it. Had some AC issues but after talking to the owner and closing the curtains and using the portable units it took care of that. Refrigerator wasn’t working well but my husband fixed that and sofa is broken. I talked with the owner about those things and I am sure he will fix them. Seemed very engaged in the upkeep of the unit. Whoever layed the vinyl in the kitchen should never lay vinyl again 😂. Beds were very comfortable. Shower pressure in back bedroom bathroom wasn’t good we did try to fix that but didn’t have much luck. Lots of space for toiletries. Nice that they had beach towels and chairs. All in all it was a great place to stay I would definitely go back just maybe not in the summer as all the beautiful windows and doors leaves so much heat in you can’t fully enjoy that beautiful view.

This property has breathtaking views. Waking up each morning on the bay was tremendous and just a short walk to the beach. The rental was very clean and came with many amenities that my family loved, such as kayaks, paddle boards and bikes. We will definitely be coming back!

This home was amazing from start to finish! The large windows across the backside of the house overlooking the bay created beautiful views all day long. The rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen stocked with everything you may need. Conveniently located to literally everything! The beach is a 2-3 minute walk across the street, the AMI trolley stops right at the end of the street. Walking distance to Bridge Street shopping (take the back way behind all the houses, it’s faster and more scenic of the bay) and several restaurants. We really enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, fishing poles, and heated pool! We would 100% come back to this home and hope to do so soon!

We absolutely loved this house! The wall of sliding glass doors provided amazing views of the water from kitchen, living room and even from bed! We felt like we were staying on a house boat. Saw dolphin from the dock. Very peaceful and tranquil location yet super close walking distance to beach as well as to great restaurants and bars. House was well equipped and extremely clean. Perfect place to stay on AMI. Looking forward to booking it again for our next trip.

We loved our stay here! It was just perfect. From the gorgeous sunrises on the bay to the super easy and close walk over to the beach, all was wonderful.

The location and house itself were okay. Amazing housekeeping, but the dishwasher is broken and there are leaks in the bedrooms from air conditioners. Several rusted and unusable bikes took up space where parking is atrocious if staying when another tenant is there as well. Host claims parking lot fits 4 and is adamant to stay in designated parking areas where “signs are located” but there are no longer any signs and 4 cars are impossible to fit without blocking others in and backing up to get out is difficult as you have to reverse out into another house’s driveway and between other buildings just to leave. We were told from the host to act like adults and figure it out ourselves when we asked for clarification about parking. Would not rent from him again due to attitude and a lack of accountability about upkeep of his rentals.

This property was right by everything we wanted to do and see! We also rented a golf cart to go to the north point of the island. The sunrise was so pretty from the dock. We really enjoyed this place it was equipped with everything we needed. I recommend this place to stay if you are looking for a place in Bradenton Beach!

Beautiful place and location is perfect for a quick getaway. Comfortable setting and lots of room. Patio is perfect overlooking the bay and the beach within walking distance. Very well equiped. Will stay again and most likely rent both floors !!

Had a great time staying here for our family vacation. The best thing about this house is the location; the beach is only a block away and the Bridge Street stores and restaurants are only 2 blocks. The sunrises over the bay the in the mornings were also very nice. Rex is a great host and was very responsive to our messages.

The location was superb. We loved parking our jet ski on the dock and walking out the back door to jump on whenever we wished. 100 steps the other direction and we were on the beach. We literally didn't need to bring anything besides our clothes and whatever food we wanted to prepare. Beach chairs, games, kayaks, paddle boards... it was all there. The pool looks small in the photos, but it was more than sufficient for our group. We went to Bridge street nearly every night either for dinner, ice cream, cocktails, music, or shopping. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and the house is clean, but is due for a deep cleaning.
We loved it and will be back.

Our family had fun at the beach where we spent most mornings with a run before spending hours relaxing in the sun and water. When we weren’t at the beach, we enjoyed sharing the pool and dinner with our friends who had the house below ours. We all rented a boat and visited the nearby island also- so much fun!

Stayed in the upstairs unit. The unit is newly renovated and the new windows and doors block ALL the outside noise. You don't hear the boats and jet ski at all!!

We loved our location so much and and the communication with the owner was always prompt. The bay view and sun in the morning was gorgeous and the gulf beach across the street was not over crowded and just perfect in every way. Would definitely recommend this place, and already cpnsidering booking it again for next year!

We loved our stay at Sitting on the Dock of the Bay. The property is in a great location for the beach with amazing bay views. We loved fishing off the dock and launching kayaks. Kids loved the pool!

We enjoyed our 7 nights on Anna Maria Island. This property is in an excellent location close to Bridge street and the beach. Also has a nice dock on the bay for fishing. This was our first time to Anna Maria Island and plan on returning next year.
