Very cozy, comfy place to stay. Feels just like home! We loved our stay. So much love and detail went into this place down to the dresser knobs. I love all the little touches! Who thought it would be in the 90’s in September but thankfully there is a window ac in the bedroom upstairs. The house stayed pretty cool and didn’t feel stuffy or hot at all. We would highly recommend!

Home was clean and well-appointed. No information book onsite so we weren’t able to find wifi as the communication feature on VRBO wasn’t working and we had no other means of contact with the owner.

Nice location. Could walk a few blocks to some great spots, the Cold Iron Brewery, Ben Franklin gift shop, and Joe's pasties. Clean quaint house. Only had coffee grounds for one pot. We enjoyed out stay.

So impressed with its cleanliness, quiet and accessibility to downtown, nice sized bedrooms, and nicely furnished bungalow that we are strong considering revisiting this home again when we come back to Ironwood. It made our visit a wonderful one.

House was nicely remodeled and up to date. Convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. Had everything we needed - coffee maker, toaster oven, coffee press, electric kettle, spices - but no coffee. We picked it up when we got our things for supper at a nearby grocery store. Not a big deal, but a little surprising.

It was nicely remodeled property. Very clean and well stocked. The only thing missing was air conditioning. Some windows would open but were missing screens. It was an overall enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very clean and the kitchen had all of the amenities you would expect. The house is within walking distance to downtown and is close by to trails, which made it very convenient. We used Ironwood as our base for tips to the Porcupine Mountains and other hiking in the area.

This is a charming older home updated to appeal to today's traveler. This is the second time I've stayed here...and of course had my experience not been good the first time I'd have tried somewhere else instead. I'm glad I stayed again. The home has everything a person needs and both times the neighborhood has been very quiet and peaceful. Glad I came again!

We enjoyed staying in the UP and having this quiet little house to ourselves. It was clean and convenient to several points of interest. The owners were responsive to messages.

Good location for driving to see the waterfalls and Lake Superior Quiet area short drive to grocery store etc. No Wifi which would be nice, overall a great stay

This house was very spacious in a good location and close to ABR for Nordic skiing. Kitchen was very functional (though no dishwasher).

We enjoyed this comfortable house in Ironwood while checking out the local ski trails. Easy access to both Wolverine and ABR was a great plus for us. All in our party reported comfortable beds and relaxing accommodations. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental.

Tom and Pam’s home was very, very comfortable for our group. We had everything we needed to ensure a wonderful stay. The owners are easy to contact and the home’s location made it convenient to take advantage of all the opportunities Ironwood has to offer! We would highly recommend it to others.

We stayed 3 nights in Dec 2021 while on a skiing trip. Our group included 5 adults. We really enjoyed the fact that the house is well-maintained and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and kitchenware, bedrooms were roomy. In bathrooms, there was a supply of fresh towels, as well as soap. The only thing that we noticed was that neither of the bathrooms had a lock. Was not a major issue for us, just something that I wanted to mention for awareness of future renters, as this may be inconvenient to some people. Overall, a pleasant experience. Will stay there again.

Great place to come back to after a day skiing. Cozy, warm house with plenty of room and nicely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. We'll book it again!

VERY clean, VERY well maintained. This is one of the most well kept rentals I've ever stayed in. Two moms and four teenagers had plenty of room and everything we needed. It felt like we were staying in someone's home, not a rental that gets the tyical hotel room grade of cleaning and basic supplies. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of linens. There were books, games, and puzzles but when we wanted electronics, the wifi was perfect and we streamed music on the tv. Ironwood is a cute town with a nice brewery and coffee shops and like other reviewers said, it's a great home base for all the things to see in the area. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful house!

Nice centralized location to stay. Traveled to a number places around the area. Clean and well kept home. Enjoyed our stay.

First experience using VRBO and it was wonderful! The house was only 3 short blocks from where I grew up 50 yrs ago so the neighborhood was familiar as well. Great house, very clean and people we worked with - property owner and caretaker were great. A bit challenging for entry for a somewhat physically challenged person but we were able to negotiate the few steps up into the house. Overall a good experience an I would definitely recommend this property for a family or group of adults to base out of the enjoy the Western Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

In an excellent location just off US-2 but a 5 minute walk to downtown Ironwood and all it's options. Also, we were 30 minutes from the Black River Harbor and an hour from the Porkies. The house was super cozy and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. I'd definitely recommend this over a stay at a hotel any day of the week. Our 6 year old really enjoyed the plethora of games (we've got Christmas gift ideas now!) and puzzles. We absolutely loved the ski decor throughout the house. Thanks for the lovely stay!
