Shannon was really awesome & very accommodating. She allowed an early check-on & even offered a late check-out. The property was perfect for my family vacation & we all had a blast!

Booking and communication with the host was easy and quick. The home was clean and had everything you could want or need.

Loved this place a lot. So many zones! Places for groups or individuals to find a spot to hang or isolate. Makes it so easy to relax or socialize. Super comfy furniture, huge windows and vaulted ceilings. Kids loved the play room. Adults loved the patios and shared spaces. Definitely want to come back again. Only reason for the * was the construction noise two doors down. Definitely made it harder to relax with open windows but still loved the overall experience. Hard to beat for sure. Thanks Shannon for being so responsive and helpful.

This has to be the best dollar-for-dollar VRBO listing in the entire area. Wonderful property with great amenities; located nearby plenty of food/drink/entertainment; host is friendly and responded immediately to all inquiries. This will be our VRBO of choice every time we plan to come back.

This place was perfect for our trip with 2 other families! It was clean, well maintained, and very cozy. It was close to Snow Valley and downtown Arrowhead. Would totally recommend!!

I stayed here twice in 2022 with two different groups, the house is in a good quiet location. The house could be a little cleaner. There were old pillowcases and candy wrappers under some of the beds. I also found candy and crackers all smushed in the downstairs couch when I removed cushions to look for something that fell. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, but there were chipped coffee mugs and some food particles stuck on pans and cooking spatulas. Shannon was great and quick with questions, but the app to open the door could be a little easier to navigate.

We Really needed a get away, this home was very beautiful, big ,comfortable, had everything we needed, the owner was very helpful and we had great communication between us, I most definitely would rent again.

Our extended family loved our Christmas holiday spent on Lake Arrowhead. A large part of the e Persian empire was this wonderful property!

We loved our stay at this property. Shannon was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. We went during a winter storm and she checked in with us often to make sure everything was going well. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. Would definitely try to stay again and recommend to anyone visiting arrowhead.

Shannon was super fast in communication! We had a great time. The house is big enough to accommodate 3 family's with kids. There is enough room for adults and kids. Be ready to check in/ open the front door using a phone app, thus must have a cellular connection in the area. I have Metro PCS which had no internet/service at the door, and had no wifi info for the rental. The check in could have been a hassle but we arrived a little early while janitor was still there and communicated with the PM for us. I wish the wifi info was shared a little earlier to avoid potential issues with the check in. Overall we had a great time! Thank you, Peter

We visited in the summer and the house was extremely hot each day. This place is probably wonderful in the winter. The house did not have a refrigerator that could produce enough cold to enjoy our visit. As a matter of fact we lost food due to the low performing refrigerator. We reported the issue to Shannon. She was very concerned and tried to remedy the issue. Unfortunately the action was too little too late. They delivered a replacement fridge but didn't hang around long enough to plug it in. By the time we got back from being out and about, it was too late for it to become cold. The replacement did get cold but it wasn't soon enough, we had to check out. The place is advertised to accommodate a big group but the appliances are under rated for the offering. Shannon offered a $100 refund for the inconvenience but that was not enough to cover our expenses. You cannot walk up to the front door without your every moved being potentially monitored both video and audio. As a matter of fact, they have a camera right above one of the bedroom windows. The camera cannot see in but it can listen to everything happening in the bedroom, the window had to be left opened to relieve some of the heat built up in the house. All in all, Shannon was very pleasant and she tried to help. Unfortunately, she needs to be more concerned with the property delivering on the amenities it has advertised. The fridge may be okay for a regular use environment but that is not what this house is advertised as. The fridge as never cold, maybe the previous occupant, or the cleaning crew left it open for too long. I can only speak from our time. On a final note, we were accused of taking 2 pillows. I tried reaching out to Shannon to come to a reasonable concession for out troubles but she didn't bother to respond.

Had a terrific stay. Shannon our Host was excellent and very attentive. Always available for the smallest of questions. The split levels was perfect for our needs. The lower game room floor was for all our girls to hang out, play pool, watch Netflix and even have S'mores on the balcony with the fire pit. And the main floor was a great setup for my 93 year old father in law to have his own room and bathroom without having to worry about stairs. It was a great time for all and close to all the activities at the Village and Lake Gregory for swimming. Would definitely stay again.

My friends and our families always do a yearly 4th of July getaway together. This house was perfect for all of us, including children ranging from 1-4 years old. There was plenty of space for them to play and sleep. The decor and cleanliness of the house were amazing. Cleanliness was very important for us and our expectations were well beyond met. The location was also perfect to get to the village, Lake Gregory, and hiking trails. The owner was very quick to respond when we had a question and was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was great. Decks and outside areas could stand a good cleaning, but the house overall was great. Had a wonderful weekend with my family.

Lake Arrowhead village is about 8 minutes from the property and there’s another little strip mall closer to the house. The kids had a blast in the game room and they treated it like their own little domain pretty much taking over! The property was even safe and secure for our special needs son which is a huge first priority for us when traveling. The huge floor to ceiling windows were beautiful and it made for an amazing postcard moment when the rain unexpectedly came down for about 20 minutes! It was awesome! The smart TVs were a plus along with the games and light up Bluetooth speaker downstairs were very thoughtful touches! We travel by rentals a lot to meet our son’s needs and this has been the most accurately described and portrayed property and we so thoroughly appreciate that! The cabin was clean, updated, and the perfect size for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. The location made it easy to get to the town and hiking trails. Would definitely stay here again!

Shannon was amazing! Everything about the property was great and worked for the most part. There were a few things that we noted broken or didn't work but Shannon was quick to respond to any concerns we had. Overall, my family had a great time and will definitely come back! The Village was a quick less than 10 minute drive and theres a market a few minutes away so its an amazingly convenient location. Will recommend this place anytime! The pool table and fooseball table was a hit with the kids as well! It did get warm because it was warmer the weekend we went and theres no central AC but it wasn't something we couldn't handle. They do have a AC unit in the master though since its the warmest room of the home which was nice. DEF DEF recommend!

House was really well stocked with about everything a family could need on vacation. Grocery store less than 3 minutes away for the rest. Plenty of room for everyone. Just enough room to get 3 cars parked out front. We highly recommend this home.

It’s conveniently located near the village so it was perfect to head into town for meals or things to do and then head back to the house for family game nights. The kids loved the foosball table and we all loved being together in such a gorgeous & peaceful setting. The host was friendly, helpful and accommodating and we made some really special memories together here. We will hopefully be back soon!

The house is a dream, really spacious and perfect location (about 5 min to the lake, to hikes, to restaurants... nothing is far!). The kitchen is fully stocked, the temperature of the three floors is tracked separately and the cleaness level is just the best I have seen in a Vrbo (and I travel quite a bit). We went with a group of moms for a get-away-from-kids weekend, and it was just perfect. The house is actually a lot better, more spacious and majestic than the pictures, which is rare. The host, Shannon is the best host too, really responsive, providing guidance in the area, flexible and just a dream host. If there were prices for BEST super hosts, she would get #1 for sure! We all loved the property, and I plan on returning to it, it was just the best. I wish all Vrbos (properties and hosts) where like this one, is just a 6 star in my opinion!

This cabin was amazing! We booked it for a small church men’s retreat and it was perfect. Nice and spacious, great location, had all the amenities we wanted and the hosts were so gracious and thorough. Beds we’re comfortable and the cabin was super clean. The game room was a hit and the fire pit. Thank you Shannon, we will definitely be booking again for our family vacation!

The property is amazing! The game room was a hit! We were so comfortable. The house is stocked with everything you will need for your stay! The neighborhood is so peaceful and the view from the big room is amazing!!! Loved, loved, loved our stay! We will be back during the summer. My family absolutely loved our stay! No complaints! We stayed here in February as a family, and we absolutely had a blast. The home is so perfectly setup, super comfortable and spacious, everyone had a spot to relax alone or be together. The game room was a big hit with everyone, very cool to have such a large space with a pool table and foosball, and even a giant couch and TV with fireplace! The neighborhood is lovely as well, it's quiet and a nice spot to go for a relaxing walk. We go up to Arrowhead as a family every year, and we all agreed that this will be our go to vacation rental in the future, it has everything you want and need to provide for a relaxing vacation. Also, the owner Shannon is incredibly responsive, any questions we had were answered quickly and she went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. Thank you Shannon, and can't wait to go back!

Arrived anew days after a heavy snow. The weather was great. The House was clean and plenty of space. The Neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors/residents are very nice. Really felt like we lived there, during our stay. Wanted to come back immediately, but to my dismay it has been booked for the next couple of months. No worries, another magical time will come!
