Had a nice visit with family from England and Missouri. Location was good with stores close by. House was big and accommodated all 8 of us easily.

We were in town for a wedding and this property was perfect for my group of friends. We all had our own space, but also had plenty of spots to spend time together. If we come back to this area we’ll definetly be rebooking.

I contacted this location after a host cancelled my family trip less than 72hrs before the trip. The host and property manager were by far the highlight to what was a displeasing start to a family trip. The location was clean , spacious, and literally close to everything.

The house was nice and roomy, well appointed kitchen, and comfy beds, plenty of bedrooms and space for essentially 6 adults. The amenities were good, pool was clean, pool table had all the balls and cues, and the putting green had plenty of balls with a right and left hand putter. We did find a couple of areas in the kitchen & bath that could be cleaned a bit better (dishwasher wasn't run, old food in pantry, empty water bottle behind bathroom cabinet). Not filthy but could have been better, but not enough to keep me from renting again.

We went to the west coast of Florida from Fort Myers due to hurricane Ian. Our house was damaged so we looked for alternative housing. This 5 bedroom house saved us. We told friends and family that were affected to come join us. Depending on the day we had between 4 and 8 people staying at the house along with 3 dogs. The kitchen was large and we had no problem cooking large meals, the grill was new and worked great and the dining table seats 10. The Outdoor pool, and putting green were a nice place to relex and forget about our worries. The yard is fenced so dogs were safe to run around. My only recomendations for the owners is to clean the lania pavers, Fix the front door lock so it is easier to open, and update one guest bedroom that is very dated ( but clean)

I stayed here with family and friends for a week in September. The house is in a great location. We spent most of the time in the backyard patio and in the pool. House has a great layout for multiple families. The pool was awesome! House needs some updating. Some of the ceiling fans made a squeaking noise when turned on. The pool and surrounding outside areas, as well as the outside furniture, needed some attention. There were loose, raised, and dirty pavers around the pool. The Tiki hut area was disheveled, with dirty cushions on the furniture. There were major spider webs hanging from the screens around the pool. Some of the sliding glass doors need some repair. It took us a while to figure out how to lock them. One was very hard to open. The outside speakers do not work. One of the bathrooms had ants and another bath we could not figure out how to get the hot water working. Some of the towels and bed linen was stained. The property manager was super nice, accommodating and responsive. He sent cleaners as soon as I reached out to him and they replaced the stained lined and towels.

Stayed here with family friends for a long weekend in hot August. We spent most of the time in the backyard patio and in the pool. The pool is great for cooling your down. House is spacious. We had 9 guests and it felt roomy.

When I arrive at the location no one had message me with check in detail. U had to call several times and finally was speaking to young lady that barely new English. She first said we didn’t have reservations, I said yes you all took money from my account paid for. How can I get inside the property. She told me she would call me back l, I waited and waited and i had to call her back. She finally told me where the keys was . Open the door HOUSE WAS A MESS… later owner came by and said the person suppose to be cleaning the property was diagnosed with COVID..: I said what!!! Another cleaning crew showed up.. I felt I should have gotten half of my money back. Looks are deceiving!!! House wasn’t what we Expected. Lizard were everywhere,ants were in bathroom . I text and call no response . I was given my cleaning fee back only. We had to go to Walmart shop to clean house again. Later while there. My 4 month old grandson- caught COVID. Yes !!WOW😲REALLY🤔 we are battling that right now. My husband has tested positive as well, he has underline conditions… Peay for him please.Now we all have gone to get tested today 8-1-22.. I have pictures to prove ur. Very disappointed, response time was 0… will never stay there again will not recommend..

For a family get away we had a great experience. Had pool cleaned Tuesday and had toilet fixed same day with great response. Happy with everything.

The best part of this house was the pool and how spacious it was. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The location was great...close to amenities and a good starting point for day trips. The property manager was flexible and easy to get in contact with. Something to be aware of, the house is not stocked with cooking basics (spices, cooking spray, etc...) other than salt and pepper so just be prepared to get some on your first day. Overall, a good rental.

The property was great for our group of 10. The interior was spacious and the rooms/kitchen was clean. The only downfall was the pool was not cleaned until our last day (6th night) of our stay. This definitely was the worst part of our trip and home. Other than that all was good

The front door lock needs some repair. The hosts are very response. They sent us stand light quickly after we wanted more light in the evening near dining table. Overall, we have a great stay!

Very clean and comfortable home with plenty of bedrooms. Nice location in between Pompano and Fort Lauderdale beaches. Owner is very responsive.

This pool home was wonderfully set up for our multi-generation family vacation. We loved the big kitchen, open flow to the lanai, mini putting green, and good size heated pool.

The kitchen was a great size, with a very large island and nice appliances, including a dishwasher. The house also had a washing machine and dryer. There were some basic kitchen items that were not provided such as measuring cups and spoons, mixing bowls, and casserole dishes. The dining room table was large enough for our group and there was great closet space. There were plenty of bath and pool towels, but only a few wash cloths. However, there were several issues outside. Initially, the pool was cold and dirty. After contacting the property manager, the pool was cleaned on day 3 of our stay. The pool and surrounding outside areas, as well as the outside furniture, needed some attention. There were loose, raised, and dirty pavers around the pool. The Tiki hut area was disheveled, with dirty cushions on the furniture and beer cans on the ground. Initially, the pool table was missing cue sticks, but the property manager brought 4 new sticks on day 2. There were also old, rusty gas grills and a rusty table that needed to be discarded. With a little TLC, the outside could be as nice as the inside.

Erika, the property manager, was very welcoming and helpful the first day we checked in. The house was clean and ready to enjoy. The home was very well taken care of. They also had all the extras they listed in the contract and more such as clean towels, bed sheets, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergen…….the pool and bbq were ready to use. We had an overall very good experience. Neighborhood was quiet and family friendly with a supermarket 5 min away.

Our stay was great. The house was gorgeous and clean, the pool was perfect. The proximity to the beach, local restaurants and markets was amazing. They checked on us 3-4 times during our stay. We had all the amenities we needed, including pool table, ping pong table, bikes and more. The value for the location is unbeatable. We definitely recommend and hope to stay again. Thanks.
