The contact person was badly rude.

Sofa cama difícil de montar. No nos dejaron sabanas para el sofá cama de los niños; solo había unas sabanas sucias hechas una bola, dentro de un armario Ruido continuo en el salon-cocina americana q era difícil conciliar el sueño Entrada check in por tu cuenta con fotos y códigos muy complicada si llegas de noche y un poco tarde. Zona común de la urbanización con poquísima luz, lo q impide hacer el check in

the property was horrible

The property had everything we needed for our stay, we only stayed for one night after we checked out of our Disney hotel. I was clean and comfortable.

We were leaving the apartment at 8pm to go to Disneyland, our kids aged 5 and 7, ran down the flight of stairs to go outside to get our uber. Immediately a neighbour on the ground floor came out and told us the kids were shaking the whole building and we need to be quiet. Totally understandstood, we were now in a residential building but it also made us nervous of any noise we were making and kinda ruined it for us. Coming from Disney hotel, full of kids and families to a residential area was not ideal!

There is very small bed in bedroom and very loudly bed in living room.For 4 people they prepare only 2 towels and one small.Bathroom isn’t clean.And the room when we arrive was no air and bed smell.

Clean and comfortable and close to the bus stop. The nearby village is also charming and it was a lovely place to recharge during our 2-day Disneyland visit.

The room was a 5 minute taxi ride from Disneyland Paris. great location.

We had difficulty getting access to the room. The entry was in a gated area and we did not have the code for the gate. Fortunately, a resident walked out and let us into the gated area. From there, we were able to access the room.
