We had a wonderful time during our stay and the property was clean and convenient. It fully met our expectations.

Bedding needs cleaned better. There were short black hairs on all pillow cases and sheets, (assuming it’s where it is a pet friendly place. The bathroom floor downstairs needed swept as well. Other wise, it was a great place to stay. We enjoyed the location and everything else about the place was great!

Stella's Retreat is a great townhouse located right on the slopes. It was very clean, well-kept and cozy. The kitchen was very spacious and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after a day on the slopes. I really appreciate that it is dog friendly as well. We like to take our pups on vacation whenever possible. Highly recommend!

Stayed here on a short snowboarding trip with my kids. House was very comfortable and in a great location close to wisp. Very clean inside and comfortable furniture and beds. We will definitely book again here.

Stella's Retreat was nice. We came from DC to go skiing but we were a week too early. The house was spacious for our two teens to have their own space. My daughter slept upstairs in her room and my son slept downstairs. We did not get a chance to enjoy the hot tub however, we were able to grill. I enjoyed the heat lamp in the bathroom especially because I'm not a huge fan of taking hot showers. We will come back!

Clean, quiet, and right on the slopes. What else could you want for a couple of fall days in the mountains!

Wonderful location, close to everything we needed and wanted to do. House is big and comfortable, even with 8 people. Would definitely book this property again.

Stella's retreat is a great place to stay. It is spacious, comfortable, very clean, and well kept. The living area and backyard deck with the hot tub are a great place to relax and enjoy with family and friends. Location is great, near Wisp and its slopes, as well as the water. For both summer or winter escapades, I would highly recommend Stella's retreat.

Great out of the way quiet location.

My husband and I needed a place to stay and remote work while our kids were at summer camp at Frostburg. The townhouse attached to us was having major construction the entire time we were there. Starting at 645am… The pictures are outdated. The living room and back deck have changed. The back deck has a hot tub (which you pay a fee for in the summer!). Make sure to look at the fees. I think we were charged two booking fees (vrbo and vacasa) Overall just ok

This was a great house for our family of 6. There was plenty of room to spread out and enough space to hang and watch a movie together. The location was great, but be mindful that if not all of the slopes are open you may not be able to ski right out or in. That being said it was about a 50 yard walk to an open trail. We thoroughly enjoy d coming back and relaxing in the hot tub and some good quality family time. The property manager was fantastic! We got some weather on the day we were leaving and He was very accommodating to our requests. The listing does indicate that 4 wheel drive is recommended, but if there is any chance of weather I would say strongly suggested. It’s a steep windy climb up to the house. We would absolutely recommend Stella’s retreat and hope to go back again.

We loved the location, the cleanliness of the house, the fireplace, and the ease of renting.

We would never come back or refer anyone to use this Vascasa townhouse. On Sat., Oct 24-29, our family was surprised to see an unannounced full construction/Reno crew show on our back deck removing our patio furniture & proceeded to power wash our deck and the one next to us, roof repair lifts parked immediately in front of the twnhouse next to us. etc. from 10-3 pm. No blame to the work crew, it was shocking is customer service/management totally ignored our immediate detailed calls, emails, and took pictures of the work & equipment that appeared. With respect to the workers, we don’t blame them. It’s not their responsibility to respond to our concerns/complaint about what was going on. Customer service reps was polite & apologized on both calls and promised to call us back. No call back or response to our detailed email and two calls to customer service. Totally disappointed & with unannounced roof repair, noise, etc. We paid for a couple of days if quiet & to catch the fall foliage, but we’re still not happy & the jack of support, local management/customer service response was totally unacceptable. Will be interested to see if follow up happens with this rating! Buyer beware! Lucinda & Duffy N.

Love love loved this place. We came with another couple. House is decorated beautifully and comfortably. Very clean. Loved the Hot Tub after a cool day. Loved the fireplace. Kitchen great. Pantry with spices and other things. Plenty of room. Loved 3 full bathrooms. Everything was great. I always like to offer some suggestions. Only suggestions I would have for this VRBO would be hair dryers in the bathroom and fold up luggage racks (inexpensive on Amazon) for the bedrooms so people don't have to open their luggage on the floor. Thanks for a great stay!

Right next to Wisp. Had a wonderful stay. Furniture is upgraded from pictures. Beautifully furnished! Got to jump into beds, if you're short haha, but super comfortable. Only slight downside; trash bins aren't close, down the hill. Definitely would recommend & stay here

Great house, great location. The house was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. We had great ski weather and the ski in/ski out was awesome - enjoyed by all! A hot tub would be nice, but other than that it was great! Highly recommend.

The townhouse was well appointed and comfortable. Good location. Housekeeping though was lacking and our concerns were ignored by Vacasa. The lower floor has an ant problem.

Location next to Wisp slope was very convenient for our pet dog. Everything was excellent.
