Very spacious with nice kitchen facilities

I liked the apartment, very clean, modern, a lot of facilities included.

I did not like the check-in process and the fact that nobody answered the contact phone to give normal instructions. I understand we live in an electronic era and the keys have been replaced by electronic systems, however the instructions received by email were not clear, we tried to use the contact number, a guy bored to death answered a couple of times and sent me back to study the videos he sent as intructions. It was 11 pm at night and -12 degrees, we were freezing in front of the block of flats watching these instructions. I also did not like that the parking place was taken when we arrived and this guy insisted that we did not know how to look for it. I also asked for an invoice and I did not receive it, asked for it twice, now after calling they tell me they can not issue an invoice. Even though people travel for personal reasons, sometimes, they need an invoice. I am told they are not using Booking's messaging system and that I should use the service company details, then maybe they should be delisted from Booking if it has no value to them. I am not their direct customer, I am Booking's customer. So disappointed, horrible customer service. To be avoided. As this is the only way to reply to the property feedback, I will add few lines here: you have no idea what customer service means, continue living in your world. No matter how nice a place might look, if the customer service is zero, you will keep getting lower reviews. I wonder what was so difficult in issuing an invoice. Yes initially, I gave you a 6 before having the last discussion with you which I found arrogant and did not solve the issue. I wish you luck and hope the owners see the message. Hopefully so does Booking.com.

Very beautiful and nice place. Clean and so sunny. You have everything in the apartment. So easy to check in and take the key. Thank you guys:)
