Staff is extremely welcoming and professional. The room is spacious and well arranged. Bed is very comfortable. I like the fact that you can open the windows to get some air. Breakfast is very good and there's a lot of choice.

using facilities is weird - you should ask to turn on small sauna and wait about 30-50 minutes. they could forgot. at once I wait 2 hour before I could use it. another time they told, that it works just with reservation. and when I come after few hours and it was full, they told, like it for all guests. it was very strange.

Not such a thing

The property and room were both very modern and we'll furnished, looked just like the pictures. Staff was very helpful with questions and ordering taxis. The room service menu was great and the mini bar was very well stocked, which was helpful when recovering from a wedding reception :)

It was impossible to control the room temperature from the thermostat in the room. I had to call the front desk to have the temp lowered, and even then it moved very little. As a result the room was too warm too sleep comfortably so I tossed and turned all 3 nights I was there. I tried opening the window to let some air in, but a few mosquitos got in so I had to close it and suffer through without the breeze. Additionally, the shower head was leaky and kept spraying all over the place, which made it difficult to keep my hair dry.

The hotel is amazing. The location is great, only a 15 minute walk into the centre of Belgrade. It's a stunning hotel, the lobby and restaurant are very cool, the rooms are sleek and minimal. The best thing about the hotel is the staff though, they were super friendly and gave lots of good advice on bars and restaurants.

The AC was broken in our room for the first night so we were moved to a different room. Staff were super helpful and moved us straight away.

Very good location, excellent service and amenities. And (which extremely important for Serbia)-fully non-smoking property.

The best thing about this hotel was the service/staff. The staff was very kind, friendly and always eager to help. The breakfast was great, the lobby was cosy. The hotel is very well located and there are some of Belgrade's landmarks close-by. We had booked the executive room and firstly ended up with the one with the bathtub however the staff was very helpful and we were able to switch to the one with the shower which was much better in our opinion and also more spacious.

Room very small, breakfast poor. With the low number of breakfasters should be easy to fry an egg to order, instead of a tray of congealed eggs. The serving of freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee lovely. The prices also seemed high for the location.
