Stayed a week in July and found the place to be wonderful. Really liked the 1st floor location with direct pool access. The unit was clean and had plenty of cooking utensils. Was able to easily communicate with property manager on a couple of small things. Being middle of July, I was suprised it wasn't crowded. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable condo, Love it 1rst floor, easy access to pool and beach. Hope they will fix outdoor grill, but still we had great time and will be back next season. Recommend

What a week! We celebrated my daughter's upcoming wedding with her bridesmaids and our friends. The 9 of us had plenty of room in Blu 107. The bathrooms were spacious, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of seating. We loved being on the first floor and had easy access to the pools and beaches. The resort had great amenities and the folks who ran the beach chair service were phenomenal to work with. Check in was a breeze, we felt very safe, and there weren't a lot of hoops to jump through on departure day. We will for sure be back!

We love staying at Blu Condos. We chose the first floor that allowed us to walk directly out to the beach this year and it was really fabulous, but I think we actually missed looking out at the view of the beach from the upper floors. It will definitely be a hard decision when we come back next year!

We stayed at the same condo the last three years, the last two in this unit. The location and property are great!
This year however, the hot tub wasn't working. Overall, great experience again.

Our stay was fantastic. We stayed in another unit last year and it was fantastic as well. The condo was stocked nicely. The owners are great to communicate with and the check in was very easy.
Overall there were things about the condo that I felt were sub par. The condo was not cleaned well. The baseboards and most horizontal surfaces were not cleaned other that tables, counters, etc… All bath accessories including some shower handles were loose or about to fall off the wall. There needs to be a secondary lock on the main door for security. Young Kids can easily unlock the door and go out without you knowing.
If these issues were addressed this would be a 10 out of 10.

My family has stayed in 4 or 5 different places at Okaloosa Island over the years.
Blu is by far the nicest. Great pools and hot tub, only a very short walk to ocean.

The location was great, all the amenities of Destin but less crowded. Being on the 1st floor provided easy access to the pools, beach and grills. The place was clean and new and even though we had 10 people it didn’t feel crowded at all. It was also very close to the marina so renting a boat for a crab island adventure or a fishing trip was easy. Everyone in our party loved it!

Blu 107 is as beautiful, comfy, and cozy as the pictures show. We stayed with our 5 adult children and the accommodations were perfect. Christmas get away, weather was 50-68 degrees. Beach was awesome, close to great restaurants, shopping, and activity rentals. Such a relaxing vacation!!

Steps from the pool and beach plus convenient to shops and restaurants. This condo has everything you need for a family-friendly getaway. Check in and out was super simple. The amenities are fantastic and all your basics are supplied. Clean and modern and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Blu 107 was an amazing place to stay. We love the ground floor location right by the pool! The condo was super clean and had all the things you would need. Owners are super easy to work with! We can't wait to come back next year!! You will never regret choosing this condo!

Outstanding. We have stayed on the Island for over 20 years. The BLU 107 was by far the nicest, largest and cleanest condo we have stayed in. The property with the two pools and hot tub as well as up to date furniture was out of this world comfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay at BLU 107. The condo had direct access to the pool, and the fitness center was right across the hall. The condo is gorgeous and so spacious. My parents, niece (age 21) and my two teenage boys all had our own space and having 3 bathrooms was wonderful! The view was lovely! The condo is also very centrally located, Publix and lots of restaurants are within a 5 min drive. Destin and FWB as well as the airport are all very close by as well. We will absolutely book another stay at the BLU in the future. Loved being on Okaloosa Island!

We had such a great time on our family vacation. Being on the first floor right by the pool was so convenient. We had 10 people ranging from 9 months to 74 yrs old and this unit was perfect. Management answered all of my questions so quickly and the whole process was easy and convenient.

Perfect Vacation Spot
We are a group of 3 couples who range in age from 55-70. We absolutely LOVED Blu 107. The property was beautiful and the decor in the unit was so nice! We really appreciated being on the ground level with the pool just outside our door. The unit was very well equipped with everything we could have needed. Finally, the beach at Fort Walton is always so gorgeous and it did not disappoint!

The grounds were maintained nicely and there was always staff present cleaning and maintaining. Not the greatest ocean view from the ground floor, but the trade off for the easy access was worth it.
We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Blu 107! It had the perfect amount of bedrooms for our family of 5 and the large kitchen was great! We enjoyed the beautiful views from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. So cool to wake up and see the ocean from your bed! Our kids absolutely loved the heated pool and hot tub. Such an easy walk down to the amazing beach and we loved that chair/umbrella service was included. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Spot
This condo is perfect for the access to the beach and pool right out the back doors. Had everything we needed and more. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. We will definitely stay here again.
