We had an amazing time! The home was beautifully decorated, well maintained, fresh and clean. Furniture is modern and comfortable. Two power recliners are set by the sliding doors. Full size washer/dryer set. There was a surprising abundance of extra linens and all towel sizes throughout the home. Plenty of seating options on the deck.  The location was ideal; further down from the main action so less traffic. The beach is so close to the house, a major selling point! The deck is a perfect size and sectioned out that you can sunbathe in full sun, or relax in the shade.  A perfect spot to sit and listen to the waves crashing the shore or see the dolphins, even in late Nov, in the morning.. The pictures were true to what you walk into.

the microwave didn't heat properly; took 25 min using several different heat options to heat up a frozen breakfast bowl; I did let the management know.

Great location on the beach. It has a nice deck. Maintenence replaced a broken fan in half a day. We loved Dauphin Island.

All the beds squeak and were uncomfortable. The fridge stopped cooling, and it took 48 hours to fix. The microwave only works on popcorn mode. The lights flickered a lot, which is concerning loose wires. The oven and toaster did not heat evenly. The kitchen supplies were disorganized. There were no coffee filters or salt/pepper. This property needs some TLC.

Location was PERFECT. We loved right on the beach.... the unobstructed view, down the stairs and ON the beach, and mere feet to the water. Beautiful home.

The refrigerator light was not working. The steps off the back deck were roped off that was a bummer

Loved the full beach/ocean views from both master bedrooms and the living room with double sets of sliding glass doors. Plenty of room.The house looks just like the photos. I would choose this property again if available next trip.

Damage from previous storm kept us from using stairs off back deck but it was secured off as a safety precaution. Kitchen could use some nonstick cookware with utensils.
