This was our first visit to Lake Anna and it exceeded our expectations. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed. There is something for everyone. The ages of our families ranged from 1-85. The screened in deck was perfect for my parents and we all enjoyed being together on the boat dock. We enjoyed kayaking, nighttime fires, playing games (you don’t need to bring any, the house has plenty!) and relaxing on the hammocks. The amenities at the house are endless! We rented a pontoon boat which was fun for all. Our host, Cindy, was excellent. She provided us with so much information about the house and things to do in the area. Thank you for opening your home to us. We made beautiful memories. We look forward to coming back next year!

We stayed here for 5 nights with 4 families - 8 adults and 8 kids age 4-12. It was a blast. The house is beautiful and functional. Unfortunately, some of us had some work, and the WiFi was excellent. The kids had so much fun playing on the huge property. They refrigerator on the dock, all of the life jackets, the paddle boat, it was all amazing. I have stayed at several different VRBOs and this ranks among the best! Cindy was also a fantastic host and was very responsive including offering to mail a left behind coat.

The property/house was exactly as shown, very clean and nicely decorated. The setting overlooking Lake Anna was so beautiful from sunrise to sunset. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed cooking together on the spacious well-stocked kitchen. What a great place for all of to meet and spend time together!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We are a large family (8 adults and 3 kids 2 and under) and this was perfect for us. Cindy was an incredible host who truly anticipated every need. She had toys and a large baby gate, a well stocked kitchen, floats for all ages, and so much more. The little beach area and shallow lake edge were perfect for the babies and the adults enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. The house was very clean and stylish with ample room for each family. This is really the best place we’ve stayed as a family and we highly recommend it.

Pineapple Point was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The house itself is beautiful with lovely lake views and is very well appointed. We had everything we needed. However, the outdoor areas were the highlights of the property. The boat house with screened in deck area was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The beach area with Palapa for shade was a great place to sit on those hot days this past week. The wooded area of the lot has a more rustic feel with wood benches and fire pit area that also provides shade and a breeze off the lake. The outdoor sports equipment was enjoyed by all. My 7 year old grandson was the captain of the pedal boat and spent a lot of time pedaling his little cousin around the cove. The cove was great place for the kids to kayak and paddle board also. Cindy is a gracious host and it shows that she is interested assuring her guests have a positive experience. And we certainly did. We hope to come back. Thank you.

We spent a week at Pineapple Point with our children and grandchildren and had a great time. The house was immaculate and one of the most equipped we have stayed in both inside and outside. There were all types of outdoor lake equipment to use and a beautiful boat house/dock for sitting and hanging out. The Solo fire pit was also a great addition as there was a chilly night and it was perfect. This house was well thought out for a variety of vacationers. Cindy was so easy and efficient in the check-in/checkout process and was always to available if needed. We are looking forward to returning to this property again!!!!!

Our family of twelve had an amazing stay at Pineapple Point! We have a group of kids and adults from 2-75 years old and there was something for everyone! Communication from Cindy was wonderful! Very friendly! Check-in was easy and convenient. The home is clean, comfortable, and fully stocked! We spent most of our time at the boat house and beach area. There were many floats, a life jacket for everyone and sand toys for the beach! They also have Paddle boards, kayaks, and a pedal boat! Our family had so much fun! It was the perfect home!!

Three generations of our family spent a wonderful week at Pineapple Point, which is on the "warm" side of Lake Anna. The house was beautiful - clean and bright and especially well-equipped. More than enough silverware, plates and glasses. Pots and pans were of good quality. We ate all meals in, so the two large refrigerators on the main floor minimized our trips to the super market (about 10 minutes away). Washer and dryer were first-class (the dryer even played Schubert when it finished running). Beds all were comfortable. Towels (except beach towels) and linens were provided. The owners have arranged for twice-a-week trash pickup, which saves a lot of time and hassle over hauling it to the County site. It is obvious that the owners put a lot of thought into designing and furnishing the house. Beautiful views of the Lake. Plenty of seating in the house, on the deck and at the boathouse. There were more "extras" than we could list here, but high on our list were the number of board games and all the "active" games (such as Foosball, air hockey, ping-pong and stand-up Connect-Four). Our grandchildren especially liked the playground set, which features swings, climbing wall, sliding board and play house. We came for the Lake, and it did not disappoint. The water equipment (canoe, kayaks and paddle boards) were well used. There were plenty of life vests in various sizes . Because of everything else that was available, we never got to use the fire pit or the horseshoe pit. We'll save those for our next trip. Most important, the owner, Cindy, could not have been more gracious and helpful. It was a pleasure to deal with her

Three families of friends stayed at Pineapple Point for a week and we had a blast! The five kids (10-13) were never bored and the adults were able to relax. The owners were attentive and responsive, the home was beautiful, the scenery was perfect, and the weather was great. We could not have asked for a more memorable vacation!

This house is well maintained and well equipped for you to entertain your group. Water sports, kids games, kitchen equipment, linens, you name it, are all there and ready for you. The owner is great to deal with.

We had family join us from Virginia, North Carolina and Tennessee and this house had something for everyone, from water toys to tyke toys. House offered all the amenities we needed at a prime location. We had a great time!

This was our first family vacation and we all had a great time! The house is amazing! There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room with a few beds left over. The lake was great but we had no clue how warm the water was, due Virginia Electric and Power Company which uses the lake to cool the nuclear power plant so the temperature was around 90+ and it gets warmer when you get closer to the plant. We were told it can get to 100 so you have your own private hot tub! With respect to restaurants, there were a couple of good ones and a couple of not so good ones but we eat in most nights either grilling or cooking. The owners are great people, granted my wife and I met them for about 20 minutes at the house due to some internet snafu (not there fault, service company) but they drove approximately 2 hours just to try and get it up before we arrived; they really went out of their way. Cindy was also checking in periodically and was super helpful with local information such as boat rentals. Thank you to both Cindy and her husband. If we ever think about coming back we would absolutely rent their place again.

I’m hesitant to say publicly how great this house is because I want to stay there again and don’t want the competition for booking it. But it is honestly fantastic. We had a group of six adults and seven kids and had a great week of vacation, swimming and boating and relaxing. The house is new and in great shape and was very thoughtfully stocked. We are used to bringing cooking items with us and the house had about everything we normally brought. The owner was very helpful and put us in touch with boat rental that was great. I look forward to going back.

This was the best vacation rental that we have ever used! The property has all of the attributes that a family would want: beautiful home and waterfront, tons of activities (fire pit; a game room with Pop a Shot, Air Hockey and Foosball; horse shoes, playground; kayaks; paddle boards; ping pong table; and more); and easy check-in. Two things that stand out in our wonderful experience at Pineapple Point is the cleanliness of the property and the accessibility of the owner, Cindy. She asked that we touch base after checking in to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. She also provided good suggestions regarding boat rental, restaurants, and things to do in the area. It is a pleasure to write this review for such a wonderful property.

Great spot for all ages but especially families with children. The sandy beach front provided hours of fun for our grandchildren. What ever you enjoy doing its here. Fishing, boating, lawn games, tennis, ping pong. The house is new and easily accommodated three families.

I always try to do a lot of research before renting because my husband and I are admittedly picky travelers and when we go on vacation we like beautiful views and nice accommodations. We could not have been more pleased with this rental home. The lot and location of this home are excellent. It is located in a community called The Waters and is directly on a point which is one of the most sought after lot types on the lake offering huge water views. The community is also only a few miles from a Food Lion grocery which is super convenient and has beautiful streets to walk/run along for exercise. The house is located on the private side of the lake which offers warmer water temperatures and lighter boat traffic. The house has all sorts of amenities such as kayaks, stand up paddle boards, games, a Solo fire pit (this is one of those fire pits that generates very little smoke), books to read, WiFi, two screened porches and hammocks. The house is also new construction so everything in it from appliances to mattresses to dinnerware is new and clean. One of the owners is also the primary point of contact for the rental which is great because she is able to answer any question you may have.

My family and I stayed here for our family vacation and were truly amazed by the house and the boathouse! The kids loved the beach and fishing! We had a great time with our boat rental, jet skis, and water skis! Loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen too! Great selection of pots and pans.. The crib was perfect for my young nephew and my other nephew and niece loved the bunk beds! The house was very clean! Overall such a relaxing trip, can't wait to come back next year to enjoy the ambiance again!

Stayed here with my entire family and in-laws, could not have asked for a better house and location. Plenty of board games for kids to enjoy inside and toys to keep them entertained outside. Will be staying here again in the future! Thanks!!

Our group (6 adults, 6 kids) had a fantastic time staying at Pineapple Point. The house had everything we could ask for and each family had plenty of space. The house was clean and organized. Cindy, the property owner, was great to work with. The home and location was a dream come true. The decor was tasteful and comfortable, especially the beds! Every amenity was thought of and supplied. As each family member arrived, the first word uttered was, “WOW!”.

We loved our stay at Lake Anna! There were three generations of us staying at Pineapple Point, and from the moment we arrived we found ourselves relaxed and happy . My teens really enjoyed the stand up paddle boards and hammocks. My tween daughter, niece and nephew had a blast swimming in the lake, jumping off the dock, and playing foosball when we went indoors. The adults enjoyed the screened in boat house, floating on the rafts, and the beautiful house with gorgeous views and plenty of room for us all. It was truly a vacation.

What an amazing home. Cindy and her family really thought of everything and the attention to detail was amazing. We spent a week here with 4 families with small children. Everyone had their own space which was beautiful and comfortable. The beach front was great for the little ones and the older kids loved jumping off the dock, playing on the paddle boards, or air hockey inside when things got to hot. Cindy was a pleasure to work with and everyone in my group would come back again to this property.

This property and owner were fantastic! Cindy communicated quickly with us answering any of our questions and was very accommodating. We had 9 people stay at the house and had plenty of space, activities, beautiful location and view! Our family of 16 ( ages 68-3) was absolutely thrilled with this property. The home itself was spotless and well planned. The beds were very comfortable. The amenities that come with the property are terrific. Kayaks, paddle boards, games. What wonderful toys! But this review would not do the already remarkable property justice without describing the boathouse and beach. The top tier boat house accommodated my 21 ft boat with ease. The screened in porch and large open deck were the focal points of our daily fun. Swimming and fishing from the deck was easy, safe, and fun. Cindy, the owner, was highly accommodating. A real pleasure to deal with. If there was a sixth star I would award it. Thanks Cindy.

This house is truly amazing! If you are thinking about renting this house, do yourself a favor and book it! It’s lovely. So much attention was put into this home. They thought of everything: the view, the decor, the high-end kitchen, numerous games, kayaks, paddle boards - and the beds and linens are so comfortable. The dock is amazing - we couldn’t decide where we liked hanging out more. The kids had so much fun fishing, swimming, and playing on the beach. Cindy, the owner, is so pleasant to deal with and very responsive. We have been renting at Lake Anna for years and we will be back. This house has it all.
