Great week at this beachfront- right on the water- home. It was the perfect set up with small children, as we were steps from the beach and the pool!

We had a wonderful time - everything was clean, convenient, and beautiful. We loved the proximity to the beach, the views, the bikes, the sand toys, and everything about Fairview Cottage. We hope to come back again!!

This house was exactly as pictured. The view of the ocean from the back porches was amazing and it was a very short walk from the private walkway to the sand. The beach was clean and not crowded which made our stay even better. Would highly recommend this beach house

Our family of four, with two little ones, had a fantastic week on the beach! The home was beautiful, well stocked, and accommodated all of our needs. Chelsey was always willing to help with questions and provided suggestions for local places to grab groceries. Can't wait to visit again!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very comfortable, listening to the waves sitting on the porch or from the beach chairs was really relaxing. Before booking we were concerned that the pool would be noisy. Chelsea (property manager) assured us it wouldn't be and she was correct. While the pool had people coming and going, it was never a distraction or nuisance. We spent most of our meals cooking in and the kitchen wasn't lacking anything that I'd consider necessary equipment. Only hiccup in our stay was I didn't realize that there was only one TV on the property, which led to friction one evening. That said, kids learned to share again. Another note on the kids, they were happy with the WiFi. I'm not sure that's important for every family, but it certainly is for mine. Chelsea was great in answering our questions. She was very prompt. We would be happy to stay at this property again.

We enjoyed our visit immensely- home is clean and has all amenities….best part is being on the beach, and a gorgeous view from patio!

Chelsea was amazing about answering questions beforehand and making sure the check in process was smooth. Once there, it was one of the cleanest VRBOs we've stayed at, not a speck of a sand inside the house, yet being on the beach is a very hard task. The high chair, and stair gate worked well for our 2 year old. There were a few books for children as well. The views were breath taking. The dishes / silverware were perfect for our needs, we took our own pots (nonstick), but there was stainless steel ones available. There are even towels to remove make up, bandaids, all kinds of little things that show that they are trying to cover every need that could arise. I never had a need to contact her during our stay, but if I had, I have a feeling she would've responded instantly.

This house delivered. There was not a single aspect of this home that needed attention. Chelsey was highly responsive during our entire stay, but I'm pleased to report we didn't really need her because of the quality of the listing and home. We will certainly look to stay here again.

Our stay at Fairview in Carillon couldn’t have been better. Denise is extremely organized with the rental process and her pre arrival packet. Fairview couldn't be more perfectly located. It’s extremely clean and stocked. I stayed with my mom and 2 sisters. Just steps to both beach and pool. Best views ever from every room!! Comfortable beds and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Nothing better than the sound of the waves from the front porch or upper deck Amazing sunsets w a cocktail or sunrise w a cup of coffee Lots of bikes and beach and water toys in the garage Everything you could possibly need for a fantastic vacation. Denise was even extremely quick on the deposit refund. I highly recommend this place. I know we will be back for sure to make more family memories !

We love coming to Carillon beach for its beautiful and quiet neighborhood as well as location right on the beach and the pool right next door. We will definitely be back to Fairview Cottage as it was well kept, clear expectations and great communication. Denise was wonderful about providing what was needed for our kids and checking in. We had a wonderful week!

Our family had a great time at this property. Perfect for our family of 5. To fall asleep and wake up each day to the the sounds of the Gulf is truly a blessing. Great house, great neighborhood, we loved it!

We loved our stay. Being right on the beach was amazing and perfect for the little one taking naps. The sun sets were just stunning. Can't wait to go back next year!

We had a perfect vacation at Fairview Cottage on Carillon Beach. The house is beautiful and situated so close to the ocean with a private walkway, and pool next door. We loved eating on the picnic table on the porch, as well as sitting in the Adirondack chairs and relaxing to the beautiful ocean. The owner and her house keeper were very gracious and helpful. Would highly recommend a stay here. We will return in the future. Thank you Fairview

We had a wonderful stay at Fairview Cottage! We loved having the beach just steps away and the house had everything we needed. It was very clean upon arrival and when we needed to contact Mrs. Smith during our stay she was extremely accommodating. We hope to be able to stay at Fairview Cottage again. Our family has been coming to this area for the past 5 years. This year our kids (13 and 9) each brought a friend, making us a family of 6. This is by far the best place we have stayed to date! To list just a few of the things that made it so great: - We had our own private stairway to the beach with 2 chairs and an umbrella set up every morning for us to use through out the day. We do wish the chairs were a little closer to the water because with the rough waves we felt like they were too far away so we ended up setting up our own chairs closer to the water. - The convenience of the pool next door was great! I feared it would be loud, but it was actually not that bad...and the security clears everyone out at 10:00 pm. We just wish they would turn off the pool lights at night. - Lots of great things to do in the neighborhood, basketball & tennis courts, shops, green spaces. Having the 6 bikes was great but just know that there are 2 adult bikes, 2 middle size bikes and 2 on the much smaller size. - It is very Close to Publix, Winn Dixie, CVS and a short drive to either Panama City Beach to the east or Rosemary/Seaside/ to the west. Also nice restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. And there is a lovely non-denominational chapel with outdoor services, - Kevin does an amazing job of cleaning the house. Unfortunately the people before us were beyond messy (shame on you!) so Kevin was still cleaning when we arrived at 4:00. But he was a fantastic person and made sure we had everything we needed before he left. - This was by far the most fully stocked Kitchen/house we have ever stayed at. She had everything I need to cook every meal we had. Soap in every bathroom, plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, outdoor sand toys, boogie boards, chairs for outside, bikes. - The only downside is that with 6 people there wasn't quite enough comfortable sitting space in the living room. We ended up moving some of the chairs from the bedrooms into the living room and that made it much more enjoyable. - Denise was wonderful to work with. Her communication on the front end, which included great paperwork with instructions and information, as well as her communication throughout the trip as well as afterwards when we thought we left something behind. Thank you Denise for making it a wonderful stay! I highly recommend this place and we would stay here again!

Fairview in Carillon was Awesome!

We needed to cancel our trip due to a family situation. While our payment for the home was non-refundable, Denise was very helpful getting me documentation needed for our claim with our trip cancellation insurance coverage. We will definitely book another visit with Denise and hopefully will get to enjoy the trip next time.

The house was great. The owner had everything you wanted for your stay. All instructions provided were nice to have. There were no questions about anything. Great communications. We would definitely stay hear again. The perfect rental!

For the last 25 years, we have vacationed in Florida at least once a year, and lived in Florida for 8 of those years. This property has been the best all-around fit for our family thus far. Here are some of my favorite things: 1. Beach-front with private walkway to the beach, only steps away. Honestly, this pretty much sealed the deal for me. 2. Private balconies from every bedroom with gorgeous views. 3. Located right next to the pool, (which I feared would be loud and intrusive, but was actually quiet and convenient--and we were there over spring break!) 4. Gorgeous neighborhood, which was a perfect blend of families and children for my kids to play with, but also, quiet and quaint (not overly busy like nearby Rosemary Beach or Seaside) 5. Close proximity to Publix, Winn Dixie, CVS and a short drive to either Panama City Beach to the east or Rosemary/Seaside/Destin to the west. Also nice restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Oh! And there is a lovely non-denominational chapel with outdoor services, so we were able to attend Easter Sunday service without having to drive anywhere! 6. House was SO CLEAN upon arrival. Like, spotless AND smelled so good. 7. Several thoughtful details for guests, like a fully stocked kitchen (even had some spices, coffee, full candy jar, dish soap, etc), pen and paper for note-taking and letter writing, tons of reading material, baby accessories, soap, soft towels, sand toys, chairs, bikes of all sizes--this felt more like staying in a friend's home than it did a rental. 8. Comfortable beds. 9. Denise was wonderful to work with. We have only returned to the same location more than once one other time in 25 years, but I think we will be returning to Fairview in the future. Thank you, Denise!

Great experience, first time to pcb in 16 years, had a great time and a great place to stay. Beach rental was perfect.

Fairview Cottage has all the comforts of home and a breathtaking view of the gulf. Such colors! And the wild life...how often do you wake to a school of dolphins swimming past your window? The home is immaculate, well appointed, and well maintained...my engineer husband was VERY impressed. The general area is quiet, safe, and well-kept. Shops for supplies are a short drive away, and in less than an hour in either direction you have choices for fun day trips. The area offers many ways to experience some great local cuisine: Salt Water Grille, Uncle Ernie's and Buddy's Fish Market were our favorites. Fairview Cottage was a great place for our family to enjoy walks on the beach while collecting shells and having long talks, make wonderful dinners together in the well-furnished kitchen, and spend the evenings watching movies or playing board games. Fairview Cottage was an ideal place for our family to un-wind and recharge for our busy life back at home. Thanks for a fantastic stay...we didn't want to leave!

I've stayed at the Fairview Cottage many times, and despite the winter "dead" season, I think it's one of the best times to visit this section of beach. Carillon Beach is a cut above and less overrun than Seaside or Rosemary. This simply means no people! We saw maybe five people walk along the beach per day, most of them repeats. The water is crystal clear this time of year and begs you to stay and just watch it for hours from the deck. I just wish I didn't live in California, otherwise I'd be down there a whole lot more!

This house is located a short drive away from Panama City Beach - it's in a more refined and private area (Carillon Beach) while still having quick access to Panama City and Panama City Beach. The house is literally yards away from the water with nothing to obstruct your view. Waking up each day to a private view of the ocean was magical. It's impossible to be stressed while staying here! The owner clearly took great care in building and maintaining the home, and was always available to answer any questions. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking your own meals, but with lots of amazing fresh seafood available within a 5-10 minute drive, you may find yourself going out to dinner each night instead. If you want to stay in a comfortable, private, luxury home with an attentive owner and easy access to all PCB has to offer, look no further. Definitely coming back!

We were so fortunate to spend our vacation at the Fairview cottage. It was our 6th year in a row & we love it more every time! Its our home away from home! Denise was a wonderful host & we’re already planning our next years vacation here!

Great home, loved the neighborhood. Would be better if bedrooms had tv,s in them, everyone does not agree on same tv programs. Will definitely return to Carrilon Fairview Cottage.

My family has rented this beach house at least 8 times in the past 10 years. From the very first time we stayed there we found it ideal. It is immaculately maintained with high end bedding and down comforters. The furniture is clean and comfortable. Hardwood floors and tile throughout make this more of a show home than a rental property. We love just walking off the porch right onto the very private, clean and quiet beach. It is so easy with children. In addition, the owners have provided baby gear for the home such as a highchair, portable crib, safety gates, etc. We started out bringing two young children and over the years two more babies were brought there. The gated neighborhood is safe and charming with a park, tennis courts, basketball court and swimming pools (one right next door!). Bikes are also provided. The view, serenity and calming waves are unbeatable. Sitting on the porch watching the kids play in the sand is one of life's greatest joys! My family just loves coming here. This is not your typical rental property!
