The so called "resort fee" of over $500.00 is exorbitant and ridiculous!

The space was good for 2-4 people.

The lighting in the 2nd bedroom was very dark and I could not open blinds because window screen was broken and could not open for safety and bug reasons.

The room itself was clean and well-furnished. I liked the amount of activities open to the guests, from an outdoor and indoor pool to the tennis courts and basketball court. The view from the rooms were beautiful as well.

Not enough hygienic products like shampoo or soap. Other than that, nothing important was missing from the room.

Couldn't find extra blankets.

Proximity to and view of the water. Responsive and friendly staff. Upgraded/newly renovated property. Comfortable beds.

Oven complex to operate. No instruction. Had to borrow a hot plate from leasing office. Empty propane tank upon arrival. Had to call for replacement. Toilet not bolted. Every time we sat on it it moved and made a loud noise. No beach towels or anything for the guests at the place. Hot tub was broken, parts were arriving after we left. Pool was not heated as we were told. No games. Nothing in the kitchen other than salt and pepper. Not made to stay for a long weekend. Lock on sliding door from bathroom to bedroom did not work. Pans we were told we had to use for oven need replacing. The non stick coating had completely worn off.

No hair blow dryer , loud noise when flushing toilet , loud noise when shower is on , no iron for clothes , washing Machine not working
